Littlepaw RiverClan Camp 𝚌𝚊𝚛'𝚊'𝚌𝚊𝚛𝚗
The young apprentice was incredibly bored, tail lashing from side to side irritably as she tried to look for something interesting to do. That is when she spied Willowpaw seemingly snoozing a short distance away. An idea suddenly sprung into the she-cat's mind, fur tingling with excitement as she slowly stood up, dropping down into a well-practised crouch. Making sure that she was downwind to the older apprentice, Littlepaw tried to stay light on her fluffy white paws as she stalked towards the tom, pausing just a short distance from where he was laying. Then, she suddenly sprung forward, pouncing right on top of him with a cheerful meow, "Wake up, sleepy head!"

willowpaw ⇢ riverclan | camp
The small gray apprentice had been dozing off in a shady part of the camp, watching a small brown beetle scurry about next to his paws. Willowpaw was admittedly quite bored, but the last thing he wanted to do was bother anyone. He tucked his nose under his paws, watching the bug continue to run in circles as if in panic. The beetle suddenly froze in place, pausing in it's laps. It struck Willowpaw as strange, but the gray tom decided to brush the oddity away, allowing his guard to completely drop as he closed his eyes to enjoy the time to himself. He had been constantly bombarded with apprentice duties for the past three moons, and he found himself wistfully missing the nursery, specifically missing his time spent with his mother. Unexpectedly, a heavy weight dropped on Willowpaw's back, causing the apprentice's eyes to fly open as he spluttered and choked under the newfound load on top of him. His paws shot out from under him, scrabbling around a bit as he began to shake his body side to side to throw off the thing clinging to him, before using his superior size to pull whoever it was that had jumped on him under him. Finding himself face to face with Littlepaw, the tom blinked wide blue eyes, a perplexed expression on his face. "Huh? Littlepaw?" he mewed, confusion seeping into his voice. His brain was still groggy from sleep - he had acted completely on instinct, and it abruptly dawned on him that their noses were only mouse-lengths away. Willowpaw quickly scrambled off the younger apprentice, his eyes widening further. "Did I hurt you? I didn't mean to!" His previous confusion had been replaced with worry, and the tom examined the she-cat for injuries, probing and fretting over her with such fluster he resembled a distressed mother.

Littlepaw RiverClan Camp 𝚌𝚊𝚛'𝚊'𝚌𝚊𝚛𝚗
She was quite pleased with herself that her pounce had caught the older apprentice off guard and that she had landed squarely on his back. But now the challenge was trying to hand on.
Understandably, Willowpaw was rather surprised by the sudden attack, scrambling to his paws and quickly trying to shake Littlepaw off. It was quite a struggle to try and stay on top of him, but the fluffy grey she-cat was only barely an apprentice and rather small, so it wasn't all too long before Willowpaw managed to throw her off and get on top of her. And the confusion was quite clear in the older apprentice's face, but Littlepaw didn't even bat an eye and reached out to swat at his nose. "Get off me you big lump," she huffed, quickly jumping back to her paws as Willowpaw finally did realize who he had pinned and got off again.
"I got you good, didn't I?" She asked, an excited twinkle in her eyes as she practically bounced on her paws, "You were so surprised!" She laughed at the image of the startled Willowpaw in her head- that was something she was going to remember. Though she was slightly annoyed that he was looking her over like he might have hurt her. "I'm fine," she responded, trying to swat at him again with a paw, "Stop worrying like you're my mother."

m o r n i n g w a t c h e r [ mid-morning | riverclan | rippling willow ] Sighing in annoyance, the tom slowly opened his blue eyes. "Fine, Dewstrike.. Just dozing off a little bit." he mumbled, staring into the water. The river gently tugged at the willow's leaves. The light flickered with the small waves of the river. It lapped at the rock he was on, frothing a little. Lifting his head, the tom looked at Dewstrike with uninterested eyes. "How was your day?" he asked without sounding too enthused. The ginger tabby tom figured he'd entertain the gray tom for a little bit. Besides, he was more friendly than most of the RiverClan warriors. They were too busy padding around like they were the biggest pike in the river. Motioning for the tom to join him, Morningwatcher turned his attention back out to the water. Sunningrocks could be seen in the distance. Regret tingled in his fur as the tom wondered if he should have went there instead of Rippling Willow. Then again, ThunderClan cats could probably taunt him and his Clanmates loved going there just to anger the forest cats. He just wanted to sleep a little, instead he's getting interrupted and forced to make conversation. The tabby wanted to whine and groan about how Dewstrike had bothered him, but the tom knew better. Who knows, maybe Dewstrike would be interesting. [@silvey]

Riverclan | Rippling Willow | Morningwatcher | Mid-morning
The gray tom nodded a bit he was nervous when the ginger tabby asked him how his day was. He then took a deep breath again. "Not the greatest honestly trying to actually talk instead of just being a nervous wreck. It's a lot harder than it sounds." The gray tom stopped talking about his problems he didn't want to annoy Morningwatcher although he probably already did since he said something about dozing off. He laid down next to the ginger tabby tom with his tail in front of his paws and looked up at Sunningrocks. "Sorry for interrupting your um dozing," he said apologetically he felt bad for sure.

Willowpaw gave the small she-cat a sheepish purr in response, backing off to give Littlepaw her space. "Sorry, Littlepaw," the gray tom apologized with a dip of his head. He watched her enthusiastic bounces, twitching his tail in quiet amusement. "You definitely got me good, I didn't even hear you." he praised the other apprentice, a twinkle in his blue eyes. He then glanced down, and Willowpaw lifted his paw with a slow blink. The beetle he had been observing before Littlepaw's sneak attack lay crushed and dead on the ground. "Looks like the poor bug didn't survive the battle, though."

He didn't need to apologize, but she couldn't really be bothered to tell him this and instead just nodded her head a little. He could be sorry if he wanted to, it made no difference to her. Instead, she just continued to bounce from paw to paw almost excitedly.
"Of course you didn't hear me, I've been practising," the small grey-furred she-cat was quick to inform him, holding her head a little higher. Though it lowed again when Willowpaw started talking about a beetle. "What beetle?" She meowed curiously, blinking down at the dead bug in question before bending to give it a hesitant sniff. But, she decided that a dead beetle didn't smell all that great and quickly recoiled again with a slight wrinkle of her nose.

The gray tom listened to the younger apprentice, ears perked to show interest. "I'm sure Adderflame will be proud of your progress," he stretched as he spoke, his claws instinctively digging into the ground to allow him to extend his back, hearing the stiff joints pop as he did so. He then straightened up, tilting his head to the side as if in thought. Willowpaw had been planning on taking a nap, but now that it had been interrupted by the rowdy Littlepaw, he wasn't sure what to do with his time now.

Littlepaw RiverClan Camp 𝚌𝚊𝚛'𝚊'𝚌𝚊𝚛𝚗
At the mention of her mentor, Littlepaw huffed as little as she sat down, slouching slightly to the side out of laziness. "I don't know," she admitted honestly. She hadn't been an apprentice for all that long, but she liked to think that she was making progress and Adderflame was pleased with how she was coming along. But it was a bit hard to tell with that tom.
But she was quick to push her mentor from her head, peering curiously over at the other apprentice. "What were you sleeping for? We should do something fun!" There had to be something they could do while they were stuck in camp. Laying around snoozing was just so boring. And besides, she wasn't sleepy in the slightest and felt like she had the energy of StarClan behind her.

The gray tom blinked at the other, wondering why the she-cat seemed to deflate when he brought up her mentor. From what he had observed, there wasn't any serious tension between the two; but Willowpaw did recognize he didn't have all the facts about their relationship, either. Not wanting to probe further and risk making Littlepaw uncomfortable, he allowed her to change the subject. "It's the perfect weather for napping," the young apprentice replied with a twitch of his tail tip. "And it's so shady right here.." as if to prove his point, he flopped back onto the shady patch of earth he had been dozing on earlier, rolling onto his back and exposing the fluffy fur of his stomach. Dirt kicked up at his movements, causing the tom to let out a vicious sneeze. Looking back up at the younger apprentice from his spot on the ground, Willowpaw tucked his paws closer to his chest as he yawned loudly. "What did you have in mind to do, Littlepaw?" Willowpaw asked.

Littlepaw RiverClan Camp 𝚌𝚊𝚛'𝚊'𝚌𝚊𝚛𝚗
Of course, Littlepaw was still incredibly happy to be an apprentice finally. She had spent six moons waiting for the day she took her apprentice name and didn't have to stay in the nursery with her mother all the time. But, sometimes, she did feel as though she was pushed too much. But, the young apprentice didn't really want to be thinking of such depressing things, so pushed the thought from her head. Besides, there was still plenty of time to get better and she was still determined to be the best warrior RiverClan had ever produced.
Laughing a little as Willowpaw sneezed from the dirt he had kicked up she stared down at him for a moment, before giving up with this standing up business and flopped down next to him. "Only the elders should be napping at this time," she responded, tail twitching a little with amusement, "I'm filled with far too much energy to think about just laying around and doing nothing." However, the fluffy grey she-cat couldn't really think of anything interesting to do.
"I don't know," she considered in a soft meow, "Anything which is just lazing around or sleeping."

Ashwind RiverClan Camp @
Ashwind had ended up waking rather early that morning while Silverpelt was still shining in the night sky, so instead of deciding to go back to sleep, he'd headed from camp to try and clear his head. Most of the other cats were sleeping, so no one saw him go and he hadn't been planning to go very far. However, this didn't really happen and the silver tabby had ended up wandering for some time.
When he eventually returned to camp the sun was already up and he held a fish in his jaw. Padding softly over towards the fresh-kill pile, Ashwind set it down on the top, then, without a word, moved to a quiet corner of the camp to settle down on his stomach, resting his heavy head on his paws and watching the clan move around him.

— — l i t t l e n o t e } I'm not going to make a huge announcement because I don't want to wear you guys out, so small little updates will be called "little notes." I'll mainly touch upon small things. So Dou recently went through a loss and she hasn't really been on due to that and other things. The same somewhat applies to Cro. This is has put a bit more stress on me, as well as Pommy, the WindClan head mod leaving. I was debating about closing the four down, fearing I'd have to run it and that's a bit hard to do with the few members we have. The main issue I want to address is activity and how to get it up. I want to continue our plot, but I want to have a discussion with all members. A few ideas I have in mind are having a war between ThunderClan vs. RiverClan and WindClan vs. ShadowClan. I've also thought about something outside the role-play such as an art contest or writing contest. I'm very open to ideas, even willing to bend our regulations if I'm convinced. I will post this on each page to kinda "bump" them, but only like one post on each thread. Feel free to like this once you read it. I kindly ask that we have all suggestions posted on the information page, because it also serves as our discussion page.

Beetlepaw paced the entrance of camp, occasionally glancing up to see if his mentor was anywhere nearer to reaching him and train him on the outside of camp. He wanted his mentor to take him hunting, fighting techniques or show him the territory. The brown tom didn't care as long as he was out of the camp. In his daydreams, he almost forgot where he was, bumping into a log. He jumped, fur on end, suddenly feeling foolish and embarrassed. He flattened his ears, sitting down, trying to force himself to sit a still and not fidget. Beetlepaw let a deep sigm and looked around camp maybe he could find something else to do to pass the time, socialize with his follow denmates or with a warrior, or maybe leave the camp and go out by himself.

She flicked her tail a bit, stretching out her lengthy limbs. The black-and-white she-cat let her sharp green eyes scan the camp before she spotted the silver tabby that everyone knew as Ashwind. She shook out her thick fur before she sauntered towards the tom, her ears flicking a bit as she settled down near him. "Goodday, Ashwind!" Skunkhiss purred, her bushy tail curling around her frame. "What's got you all mopey today?"

Lifting his heavy head off his paws as Skunkhiss came wandering over, the tabby gave the she-cat a look for just a moment. "I'm not moping," he responded rather shortly, the very tip of his tail twitching as he shifted just to try and get a little more comfortable. "Why? does it look like I'm moping?" Very probably as he was just laying there with his head in his paws, but that was just what he found most comfortable. And, admittedly, he was now a little tired thanks to rising so early, but he didn't suppose for a moment that anyone would appreciate him going back to sleep and he was just going to have to force himself to stay awake.

She let out a mrrow of laughter, settling into a loafing position next to the silver tabby. "Oh, yes. It definitely does. It looks like a gorgeous little she wandered her way into your heart just to bury it like dirt," Skunkhiss explained, letting her wide green eyes focus on the tom next to her. Noticing the tom's obvious discomfort, the naturally folksy cat leaned to one side and looked at the tom from whiskers to tail tip. "You tired, Ashwind?" the she-cat asked, the tip of her tail flicking towards him.

The gray tom purred with amusement before rolling onto his stomach, glancing over at the younger apprentice. "There's nothing wrong with relaxation," he replied with a flick of his tail and a bemused twitch of his whiskers. "But you're right, you're not a cat to just lounge around." Willowpaw got to his paws as he spoke, shaking the dirt out of his fur once he was up. "That being said, I'm not quite sure how to sate your hyperactivity." the tom mewed good-naturedly, sitting down as he blinked wide, curious blue eyes at her.

Heroncreek scanned through the fresh-kill pile, examining each individual fish with a keen eye. His stomach voiced it's complaint with a low growl, eager to have something inside. The bengal tabby nudged another fish aside with his dark pink nose, spotting a rather meaty fish. He grabbed the fat fish, trotting away from the pile with a hop to his step as he scrambled onto a smooth, warmed stone. Purring as the sun warmed his fur, Heroncreek bit into the juicy fish with unconcealed delight as he satisfied his hunger with quick gulps. He glanced up to the sky as he chewed the fish slowly to savor the taste, green eyes quietly studying the pale blueness of the sky. The tabby wondered if there was anyone up there in the vastness who was looking over him; if there was anyone out there thinking of him.

Littlepaw RiverClan Camp 𝚌𝚊𝚛'𝚊'𝚌𝚊𝚛𝚗
Rolling over onto her back, Littlepaw stared at the older apprentice from her upside down position for just a moment. "There is everything wrong with relaxation. It's so boring." Sleeping was nice when you were tired, but the problem was she was never really tired enough to want to sleep. And she especially had too much energy to want to just lay around camp all day not doing anything interesting.
As Willowpaw stood up, Littlepaw rolled back over onto her front, though didn't rise to her paws and instead watched the tom sit himself down. But suddenly she had an idea as to what to do, excitedly jumping up to her paws, small body practically quivering with excitement at how genius her plan was. "We could always sneak out of camp," she meowed, keeping her voice down just in case anyone happened to be listening and wanted to tell her what she could and couldn't do. "Imagine what everyone will think if we come back with lots of prey!"

The mackerel tabby huffed a little at the younger she-cat's teasing meow, wafting his tail at her in annoyance. "I do not," he responded rather stubbornly, instantly clearly trying to look a little more cheerful than he might have been a moment ago. Though that was rather hard to accomplish when he was still pretty tired and was also trying to look wide awake. But it seemed as though he wasn't exactly very good at hiding his tiredness as Skunkhiss managed to work it out for herself. "Just a little bit," he admitted, playing off how tired he actually was, "I just woke up early. I'll be fine, just need something to wake me up." Though he had already gone on a long walk and fished a little, and all that had done was make him even more tired.

The fluffy white she-cat sulked towards her brother. She wasn't happy with him he left her alone to face the Thunderclan furballs. "So why didn't you go out there?" she asks trying to be respectful. She didn't want to be rude to her leader even though she wanted to give a piece of her mind. Her tail flickered in annoyance since she wasn't happy about how it went. Her leader looked like a coward and Tigerstar had courage. She huffed. She couldn't believe that a Thunderclan furball had more courage than her own brother. Even the she-cat he had stood up for him but her own leader didn't even go out there to do anything. She wondered if she would've gotten attacked if he would've bothered to have been there for her. [
