Hello, count me in on this thread! I spent several hours last semester working on a project to promote the Spoon theory, so I'm so happy to see thread popping up I've had with JIA (juvenile idiopathic arthritis) for practically my whole life but I started having Reynaud's and Pernio about eight years ago. That's also when I started to struggle with GAD and persistent depressive disorder. Just recently I found out that my JIA is causing me to be constantly anemic, which is kinda annoying. I have arthritis in both of my knees and I’m only 17. It comes from riding horses my entire life and not taking good care of myself whatsoever, so I’m not pretending to understand the trials of someone with JIA. My history teacher from junior year actually had Reynaud’s. It was quite interesting to see how he dealt with it(he didn’t).

Nope... but I do experience the effects of the mental disorder though. I did a report on the disorder, and as I read more about it, I figured out that I experienced/am experiencing the effects even now.

I'm mostly affected in my hands and wrists, though all my other joints act up at random times. Hah! There isn't really much that can be done for Reynauds except wearing gloves all the time. But you have to admit, it's cool to see how many different shades of blue your skin can get ;3

Oooh what games, Sour? Also thanks for complimenting my art vuv
I've only really flown once, to meet my gf who I'm now living with, and I forced myself to sleep through a good 3/4th of my flight lol. Mostly just Overwatch and Fortnite lately

Arrow↠Deirdre My teacher's hands would get so pale and then turn a violent red before they turned blue. He kept a space heater underneath his desk to keep his hands warm when he was sitting down.

me too ^.^ are you on meds for it? I'm in between medications because the last medication I was on made me extremely manic and my doctors(GP and psychiatrist) didn't want to put me on a new one for a few weeks after it got out of my system.

Not pills, but I DO use hemp oil as well as a diffuser and some rollers that balance my mood and help me focus.

I believe in you, Zelko I used to play overwatch a lot, Sour. I have like almost 200 hours as Mercy but idk what it is, really. I just dont enjoy the game as much as I used to. Jobs are really hard and tricky when you're disabled.

Reaper is pretty cool and I never understood why I don't see him more often. I also love Sombra lol. Im sorry to hear that, @brokennose It could just be a symptom of your depression if that makes sense. I'm autistic and when I see really cute or funny things I tend to hit myself, so don't feel weird or anything for doing it. We both just need to work on...not doing it lol
