Here There Be Monsters We are the creators of all our greatest fears; The maker of all the monsters in the world.
It's Dangerous Out There We live in a world where our fears become a reality. Our thoughts breathe life into them. Our stories give them strength. Every legend, every myth, every creature ever brought to existence was a product of the human mind.
The dark is a dangerous place to tread alone. This is a world plagued by monsters, broken and violent and bloody. These creatures plague every nation, they are everywhere - around the bend of the corner, outside the fence standing in the streets, hiding in the shadows.
We are their maker and as such, we are their executioner. joining page - playlist - inspiration

History Be careful what you say, The world is filled with monsters and all of them Come from the confides of your mind. For as long as humanity existed, monsters did as well. They came into this world by humans. Every God - Zeus, Apollo, Ares, Ra, Anubis, Horus, Shangdi, Yu Di, Tian... They were all willed into existence. Gods do not exist. They were a product of belief, followers giving them unnatural strength to command heaven and earth and control the tides of the seas.
Every fairy tale, every story - dragons, goblins, kitsunes, peuchens, vampires, werewolves - they were real at one point. Some still exist to this very day, walking alongside humans or residing deep in wild lands. They came to life from a thought. They were given strength by their existence spreading and being acknowledged.
These creatures are products of fear, created by a number of deep rooted phobias. These fears manifest in these creatures leading to various results - dangerous blood thirsty monsters, devious tricksters, or mischievous spirits. Not all are violent, but many are.
At first, humanity was oblivious to the cause of these creatures - believing them to be creatures of hell, damned beasts walking the land of man to haunt them forever more. But one thing remained true of all these creatures. Only their creators could eliminate them. Only their creators could expose their true weakness.
Thus began an era of hunters. Murdered by the product of their fears, an army of ghosts, led by Gwyn ap Nudd hunted down these creatures in an event written down as The Wild Hunt - believed to be a legend and nothing more.
However, after fulfilling their duties and slaying the beasts they created, the spirits of the ghosts were finally capable of resting. It is said, however, when there is a monster of devastating strength and power, Gwyn ap Nudd and his army of ghosts rise again to aid in the vanquish of those beasts.
Inspired by these myths were the creators of The Order of Hunllefau, the first organization of hunters set out to track down the beasts of their creation. From there began an organization of shadows dedicated to tracking down monsters and putting an end to them. To this day and age, The Order of Hunllefau still watches over the world protecting them from the monsters they create.

The Order of Hunllefau We took an oath. To serve and protect mankind From what it did not know. No matter the costs. The Order of Hunllefau is far older than any other organization in existence, far exceeding any cult or agency in age. Any individual who dedicate their life to protecting mankind from the atrocities of their own mind and hunting monsters are revered to be members of The Order regardless. This dates back to Taoist priests in China to Gwyn ap Nudd of Wales to the Knights of the Round Table to the shamans of Africa.
Nowadays, in the year of 2249, the Order has long expanded and advanced in their techniques and technology. Located in the wilderness of Peru, the Order has a rather large base of operations for a small organization of one hundred or so members. It is well hidden and unknown to both the public and the governments.
- -
The Order itself is led by a Council which dictates which team handles a case. Each team is composed of 5 - 6 members. These teams are very tight knit, relying heavily on one another to stay alive during grueling missions. However, in this line of work, mortality rates are high and many teams have lost members, making veterans revered for their prowess.
The Headquarters itself is completely equipped with state of the art technology, including a large Control Room that monitors paranormal activity. The Control Room is manned by a team of highly skilled technicians, engineers, and experts, locating cases and rating them on their urgency. The rating system trails from 1 - 5, 1 being not dangerous to 5 being an eminent threat.
The Headquarters also houses technology capable of containing monsters and is impenetrable to paranormal and militant forces.
These global missions lead teams all over the world. Equipped with headsets and earpieces that translate any language to a language the listener can understand, the teams are then tasked with extracting the creator of the creature and training them to face their fears. If the individual shows great promise, they are accepted as a trainee into the Order to replenish for their lost ones.
- -
As stated before, all teams are composed of five to six members. Each team has their own separate wings, given their own safe rooms that are large spaces including tools to create and take care of weapons, training ranges, training mats, bulletin boards for planning, separate bedrooms with their own showers, and a fully functioning kitchen.
These safe houses are locations where teams train, discuss their cases, and strategize their plan of action. These areas are exclusive to each team and can only be entered by team members of that specific team.
All teams are led by a team leader referred to as a "Supervisor", a veteran in the Order. All teams are composed of surviving veterans and rookies recruited from cases. These rookies are a team responsibility, their training is overseen by every member of the team.
These rookies are trained to take on their fears. When they face their fears, they will find out the material capable of defeating their monster. This leads to the creation of custom weapons. Each member of the Order possesses a weapon composed of the material capable of vanquishing their monsters.
If the Rookie does not believe themselves to be capable of destroying their monster they can hand over their weapon to their mentor who will handle the monster in turn. However, if they do this, their chances of being recruited and kept as a working member of the Order decreases drastically unless they are extremely capable mentality-wise.

Team Alpha We live together, We laugh together, We dine together, We die together. Team Supervisor Alphonse Fournier - 51 - French/Indian - CQC Specialist - ☣ Xiahou Dun ☣ Alphonse Fournier is a living legend among those of The Order. Being a veteran for over a decade, he's seen his share of horrors and leads the best of the best - Team Alpha. He is wise, charismatic, and a tad bit cynical. He takes great pride in his team and is a known strategist and close quarters combat specialist. Weapon; A balisong made of titanium.
Veterans Gale Amari - 34 - Egyptian/Romani - Weapon Specialist - amari Gale Amari joined the Order when he was in his early twenties - but he's only been part of Team Alpha for three years. There's no denying his skill when it comes to guns, and he's one talented sniper. However, due to his utility as a sniper being limited to the battlefield, he's taken on the role as a weapon technician; he crafts weapons, and he's pretty useful as teaching people to use them, too - though that's not his job. As curious as a person can be, he's prone to asking questions to people he respect; though it's admittedly hard to gain his respect without certain qualities. He's loyal as a dog, to boot. Weapon; A self-made mobile sniper rifle, utilizing electrum bullets. It also operates as something like a submachine gun.
Quinn O'Sullivan - 42 - Irish - Mastermind - ☣ Xiahou Dun ☣ A late comer into The Order, Quinn belongs in a strike team. A former criminal, Quinn is trying his best to reform while also serving The Order as a highly skilled veteran offering his unique skill set as a thief and gang member to the table. In his span of service, he's offered his ability to do sh*t to the table. He's just afraid he's in over his head and he's found something reminiscent to family. He's been apart of the team for three years, vetted in at the same time as Gale. Weapon; His weapon of choice is a pair of knucklebusters made of tungsten.
Skylar David - 39 - Israeli/American - Medic - Rυву Rσѕє If you ever dare to suggest that being a medic means that Skylar can't hold her own in a fight, well, it might just be the last thing that you do. Despite being the caretaker, the one who patches everyone up after they fight monsters, she's just as capable of fighting them as they are. Her father, an Israeli Defense Forces officer, is the one who taught her to fight, and as a result she can pack quite a punch if need be. However, she inherited her mother's soft touch and skill in healing, and would much rather use her skills in that field. A veteran of five years, she considers her team her family just as much as her biological one. Weapon;
Blanche Batteau - 33 - Belgian/Welsh - Trapper - ℊℓоω Her bark is apparently worse than her bite, but a stranger would be well advised to steer clear entirely of Blanche. She is tough as nails. Her favorite word is schadenfreude. And she swears like a sailor. You get the idea. But those in Team Alpha know her to be as loyal as they come. She would not hesitate to put her own safety at risk for any of the other team members. Her combat experience is extensive; it's a package deal along with childhood trauma and former abject poverty. But the most important thing to understand is that the only people she cares about are the other five in Team Alpha. After that just about anyone might as well be dirt on her boot. Weapon; Combat knife made of chromium.
Ka'aukai Paewai- 36 - Maori/Pacific Islander - Pilot/Navigator - Rαѕнαrɗ Perhaps the most notable thing about Ka'aukai is his numerous tattoos - that, and his tendency to charge into battle in the traditional manner of his people, meaning mostly naked, with only a maro (a kilt) and a tātua (belt). He's wickedly smart, especially when it comes navigation, most notably that of star-reading and seafaring. He's a somewhat unsettling sight, and combined with the fact that he makes great use of the Haka, or war-chant, it's fair to say that Ka'aukai can hold his own in a fight. He's devoted to his team mates, and would gladly step in front of a bullet if it meant ensuring another's safety. He's highly observant and has a photographic memory, which has served him well in the past. Ka'aukai's experience in the world of monsters was kick-started at a young age, when he lost his little sister. Ever since then, although it's cliche, he's dedicated himself to revenge. Still, Ka'aukai's relatively laid-back, tends to go with the flow, but won't hesitate to stand his ground if necessary. Weapon; Folding Taiaha made of high-carbon and Damascus steel

The Case List Be prepared, Anything is possible. Current Case
Maria Flores, 22 yo - Devil's Hunter There are not enough details about this creature other than that it was the product of a wastelander living in Western United States. The woman is proclaimed a "prophet" foreseeing the coming of the beast. The creature itself is the size of a large wolf with a length of 6'0". It has black fur, so dark it looks to be void of color. It has two heads, both with no eyes and a vicious set of fangs that seem reminiscent to shark teeth with multiple rows. Along the side of its neck are eyes, six on each neck. Its tail is that of a scorpion's stinger. Any abilities are unknown at the moment. Case Rating: 5 Vulnerable to: Material Information about injuries/mortalities

The Order It doesn't matter how simple our jobs are. In the grand scheme of things, Each position is necessary. The Council The Council is the voice of reason in The Order. They decide which teams get what missions. They sort members into teams and make sure things run smoothly. Composed of eight former veterans, every member of the council has earned their place in the council.
Sava Eduardovych Ilchuk Hong Ye-Eun Luo Jing Eline Schou Caio Proximo
The Strike Teams Revered by rookie and veteran teams alike, The Order's strike teams are a first response unit to the most dangerous scenes. They are the first ones there and the last ones out. No matter the difficulty of a mission, a strike team gets the job done.
Team Beta - Aerial Team Supervisor: Pandora Katsaros Veterans: Djamel Farah Kidlat Reyes
Team Delta - Mech Team Supervisor: Veterans: Fuyu Isao
Veteran Teams Veteran teams are respected in The Order for their service. These teams vary in skill level however and no veteran team is the same as the next. These individuals take their job seriously and try their best.

Team Kilo Supervisor: Henry Blackwell Veterans: Simon Martinez Charlotte Archer Angelica Spades Rookie: Jamie Thompson
Team Tango Supervisor: Shao Yingzi Veterans: Lucien Baume Jasper Lee Fahad Jabir Zhannah Sokolov Rookie Teams Though less distinguished than strike teams and veteran teams, rookie training teams are thanked for their services. The Memorial They knew the risks. They did everything right, But it just wasn't enough. KIA
Heather Tyler - Team Delta - Engineer Ripped open by an unspecified Class 4 monster. Prolonged death, brought into the medical bay alive. Did not survive the surgery.
Christopher Lopez - Team Zulu - Rookie Underestimated a Class 3 monster, poked and prodded a little too long. Initially, his arm was taken off - this was followed by the rest of his limbs. Did not survive the surgery.
Amihan Catapang - Team Camisade - Trapper Torn to death by a Class 5 monster. Quick and painless. It was said they were decapitated before the rest of the limbs were torn and strewn about.
James Archer - Council Member Stabbed to death by Miriam Nazari.
Miriam Nazari - Team Beta - Gunsmith Seemingly possessed by one of her own creations - possibly a Class 5, though it was eliminated when she was killed by Pandora Katsaros. She stabbed a Council Member to death just before she died. She was shot in the head with an arrow.
Kelly Moriarty - Team Omicron - Shield Expert Tripped down the stairs by an imp of some description, impaled by his own umbrella. He was not noticed for twenty hours, by which time he had bled out.
Name - Team - Position Cause of Death
MIA
Gwyn Maddox - Team Beta - Supervisor Sent on a mission regarding The Wild Hunt, as activity had spiked in Wales. His last report stated that he had found something, but when Team Beta were dispatched to find him, they only found his earpiece and nothing else.
Sirius Chandler - Team Zulu - Veteran Sent on a mission to dispatch some unruly werewolves.
Saanvi Khatri - Team Gamma - Transporter No specific mission; her van just...vanished, one night. There have been countless rumoured sightings of her, but she has not returned to base. It's possible she ran away - but traffic cameras on the road she was on shows her van blinking out of sight.
Name - Team - Position Last Mission
