Welcome to Camp
It all started with him. Mr. Hendricks, the camp director. However, at the time that's not what he was. He was simply a business man, living in a subtle little flat in New York City. He worked as a computer man, in one of those annoying little stalls in a big building. Everyone seemed to be in a trance as they worked. But not Hendricks. He wanted something more, something that'll make him happy. This job didn't make him happy. To get away, he put in his two weeks notice to his job and moved to the beach-side. He found a nice big ranch house with a huge lot. When he got his neices and nephews over, they always said he should start a summer camp with how much room he had. So, why not? This was tthhe perfect place. There began the long process of building the cabins, the mess hall, and everything else that he wanted in his camp. He had help from all over the state. Finally, when he opened the camp, he got quite a few participants. Over the years, that popularity decreased. In fact, one summer he got two or three kids. He ended up sending them home and shutting the camp down. But it wasn't done. His son, Jonathan Hendricks, decided to take over the camp and reopen it. It suddenly got the attention it needed, even though it was a small camp. It grew in size and now it's one of Jon's pride and joys. It's open to this day, and everyone enjoys going there. A new batch of campers this year, with the older cousolers and such. Welcome to Camp Felicity.
Regulations
All of my rules for this roleplay are simple. They are to be followed at all times though.
ღ activity
- Activity is big for me. Look, I know we all slack off sometimes, but I plan to be strict with this rule. Being active doesn't mean popping in and saying hi, but not roleplaying. Being active means that you're roleplaying a few times a day, and you keep up the plot line/whatever the roleplay is currently doing. I ask that you're at least active four times a week. If you do have any hiatuses that you're planning, please talk to me about it so I don't delete your character. If you do not bring it up with me within at least two weeks, then your character will be deleted from this page.
ღ stealing/spamming
- The artwork on this page is specifically credited to a friend of mine, and if I find you stealing her work or she finds you stealing her work, consequences will be put to order. Also, do not spam this page promoting your roleplay or telling someone else to come to their roleplay. That's what we have PM's for, lovelies <3. All the work on this page is the creation of a person on this forums and are not to be stolen for your own purposes. This includes all information about the roleplay, along with characters.
ღ literacy
- Literacy, as you probably know already, is going to be a big part of this roleplay. Proper grammar, proper length. I expect a few paragraphs at the minimum out of my roleplayers. One liners will not be tolerated. This is an advanced roleplay and if you cannot provide the proper length then this roleplay is not for you.
ღ characters
- Characters must be realistic. All credit goes to the owners and such. Please do not steal other peoples characters. This roleply also supports the LBGTQ+ community, so if you do not support then this roleplay is not for you.
ღ members / respect
- You must respect other characters/members privacy on a situation, and do not force them to do anything. If you show any signs of disrespect, you will be warned. If you do it again, then you will be kicked out of the roleplay.
