"The House has sent us to other blinkers worlds several times, but I went to Kaia and Rae's on purpose with a little help from a friend in my world and some magic," Arlo replied. She remembered planning her little interdimensional trip as if it had been yesterday. As with almost all of her plans, nothing had gone as expected and it had turned from vacation to rescue mission not even an hour after she'd arrived.
It was still hard to believe that Kaia was gone. Rae had blinked in twice that year but not for very long. Arlo wished she could see them again. Them and all the others.
"Old wor- oh right." She'd momentarily forgotten the extreme time difference between their worlds. She couldn't remember what year it was in 7S' world, but she'd known it had been far in the future. "Whoa." Her eyes widened as she looked at the new map of a world that looked the same yet different from her own. It was interesting, how most blinkers all came from a slightly different version of one planet. Even with all the strange things in her world she'd have never guessed it could be possible if she hadn't started blinking in.
"Yes, but I'll have to figure out how, some of these places look like they might be a bit difficult to get to... and even more difficult to get around in once you're there," she said as she flipped a few more pages in the book, looking at places that seemed to have been forgotten by time, including a drawing of what looked like a small group of islands floating in mid air. A note had been scribbled in the bottom corner, floating islands? "Remnants of a world no one remembers."

That's the first thing I'm going to do when I have some free time back home now. I've got to get snoop around that database more. Imagine the possibilities of being able to freely travel between worlds...
Maybe one day I'll finally be able to see Shinjuku.
7S let out a small laugh at Arlo's last sentence. "I know the definition of that phrase very well. Even with all the knowledge we have at the base, there are still many places with lost human cultures we know nothing about. How they ended up 'lost' in the first place..." She shrugged, before speaking again. "Well your first step would be to obtain a way of flying, right? That way you could scout them out without having to get close and plot out an even more detailed lay of the land. Know anyone with access to flight uni-, airplanes?" Of course the Android was jumping into plotting a scouting mission. It was a habit, be it bad or good.
(Might fall asleep soon.)

"Hmmm..." Arlo tilted her head, thinking. "Possibly, but I'm not quite sure. There's a couple of people in my group who used to work on the same island I was on, one of them might be able to fly us there but getting a hold of an airplane or something we can use will probably be a little tricky..." She glanced at the book again, then back to the map. "If they're like the one I was on it'll probably have some sort of protection around it that makes things more difficult but I guess there's know way of knowing exactly what's there until I see it myself."
I should ask the others if any of them can fly when I get back... I don't know if we'll find the answers we need there but it's worth a shot.

sure! I think we’re still in the living room so I’ll blink in there)
Celty blinked into the living room, wielding a large, imposing-looking black scythe as if she was about to attack someone with it. When her surroundings changed, she closed her fist around the handle, causing it to dissipate instantly into shadows and disappear from view. She adjusted her helmet, making sure it was still on straight. Most people she’d run into here hadn’t minded when they’d found out she was a Dullahan, but she still figured it was best to be cautious, since the sight of a headless woman might still startle someone who blinked in unprepared.

(Alright, I hope you don’t care who I use)
“-tian, I don’t know how much more of this I can take,” Ciel muttered, sitting on the ground with his head rested on his knees. The clothing he had on was soaked, which caused him to shiver. He didn’t even realize he had blinked, he just kept talking to no one. “Just distract them and I’ll find some information...”

Celty turned around, hearing several voices. There were two people in the room now - a boy who looked human, and another...goat boy? Boy who resembled a goat? Whatever creature this one was, she’d never seen it outside television before, but he seemed friendly, anyway. She waved, aiming to indicate that she was friendly, and pulled out her notepad. She scribbled out a message, holding it out for him to read. Hello. My name’s Celty. Nice to meet you, too. He seemed relaxed - either that was just his personality, or he’d been here before, like her. She took back the notepad, adding a few lines of text. Have you ever been here before?

(Not a bit! Hello Rain and Lark!)
Kid blinked in, also wet. Time seemed to be passing very slowly in his own world and he frowned as he once again blinked in again. Three seconds...that had been three seconds. It was such a sort time between blinks. Was something important happening here or was the House just messing with him, hindering him getting anything done. "Can you...catch a cold in the House? I mean, not a lot of time is passing in my world with wet clothes, but I'm spending hours in them here. Can't exactly go home and change, can I?" He shouted up at the ceiling, not expecting a response from the building. He looked down at Ciel, who seemed as wet as he was. The thief tilted his head, frown deepening, though for a different reason. "You might want to try warming up while you can, Ciel." He didn't know anyone else in the room, at least not well, and he looked around with some interest.
