Thomas Mosses:
How wondrous tonight was, how marvelous his day was going today. Though this was not a rare occasion for the older male, his days were spent having a delightful time. It was raining tonight, and the little sound caused the man to have pure joy in his heart. Rain meant the seven deities would have great plans tonight. The forces that be would lead this broken vessel to absolutely marvelous things. As it turned out he was right as he stood in the dining room of madam Vanessa party like everyone else he had chose to attend the little get together, or well it wasn't little. Despite the fact people thought of him as the local loony, he still loved being around people. There was one thing going for him Thomas' broken persona was much more liked than the last persona he was stuck in. The ancient god Thor, his last role had caused quite a few problems. He had smashed glasses, gotten into three fights, and carried around a small hammer. He had quite enjoyed the role, but his broken persona at this point was the closest thing to his true form now. Yes he used to have a normal 'Thomas' persona that he used, though nowadays that role was lost. His method acting at this point was as if the lad had multiple personalities.
At the party the man had caused quite the crowd as he stood in the middle of a group with a gun in his hand. "Russian roulette...hahahaha such a marvelous game!" He laughed in his weird tone. The gun was brought here by someone else, and the guy had offered three hundred bucks for anyone who took the shot. "Watch my dear amigos, as I show you I have the greatest of lucks!" He called with a smile as he pointed the gun to his head..... When someone yelled the infamous words 'Cops'. Which would be okay if he wasn't holding a gun. Sure it wasn't a murder weapon, but he didn't have the licences to have this, and drugs were around so if he got caught with this he was bound to go into penetration.
He couldn't allow this, however he didn't run right away like everyone else. No the lad filled the sink with water, and tossed the gun inside it. This way he didn't have to carry it about. Then he headed out the back door, he watched the few squirrels who were scurrying away still. He wasn't in the mood to straight out feel like them, no he was a god no police would dare arrest the broken man. Luckily for him he wasn't in a Joker, or Dexter persona which would have made this night even funner. He made a mental note to get a role like that soon.
The walk through the rain was pretty long, since well he walked. He found no reason to spirit. Mainly since at this point he was safe from being caught, and arrested since well he looked like a mad scientist what would think that such a person was at a party with drugs. He was tempted to just head home, but a lightning strike caught his attention. "Aahhahaha you don't want this marvelous to end in such a way!" He called out to the seven deities he tended to talk to while in his broken persona. He had just the place to head to, the infamous wailing house. He had always wanted to see a ghost, and a part of his broken persona thought maybe he'd have a joyous time there.
As he reached the large house he stared up at wondering if he'd see a ghost looking through the window. However as he got to the door he heard the voice of Sir Judah inside, and a few others. "Joyus ahahaha." He chuckled as he grabbed the door handle, and opened it to reveal himself to the crowd. "Mi amigos, it's so marvelous we'd all end up in this beautiful house of the wailing!" He called out to them as he entered a big grin on his face. "I see the seven deities have brought us all here." He added his lifting in his arms in the air as he did his oh so infamous chuckle. "The lovely madam Indigo, the devilious madam Andy, a little lass I don't know the name of, the magical sire Judah, the shy madam Brinnshana, and ...... AHAHAHAHA Brother Crail is here as well! The seven deities are sure to make this simply a marvelous night of spooks! Yes ahaha a wonderful night indeed." He rambled on pointing at each person as he spoke their names with a little title added on to em.
Alexander Mosses:
Alexander looked up from his shrooms hearing Judah give him a warning, a slight annoyed look appearing on his face as the man mentioned his ex taking care of him. "I can take of myself." He responded it was too late anyways as he was feeling the euphoria of the drugs anyways. "I've done worse before." He sighed mainly to himself in disappointment as this fact was true. During his sophmore year of College he had gone through a stage of wanting to fit in with the 'kids' since he felt outta place. During this period let's just say most known drugs have been inside his body. A thing he wasn't proud of.
His eyes went to the newest guest of the brandy bunch, a young girl... Like a high school student aged girl which caused him to raise a slight eyebrow. "They get em so young nowadays." He joked as he turned his gave back to the house. He was feeling a bit weird inside the house though he wasn't a scared kinda of person. In fact all this house was doing was making Alex wanna go explore the chambers of this haunted house. Hearing Judah he decided to state his plan. "I'm explore this bad boy." He laughed clearly the mushrooms were starting to take effect.
He was about to escape further in the house to avoid his ex when he jumped a little at the door slamming open, and his wild beast of a brother coming in laughing about his 'seven deities god'. Alex was used to Thomas' antics at this point, he had remembered watching his older brother pretend he was a flirty pirate. It was weird going off his other roles, he remember being his wing man as he flirted with the ladies. It didn't work out very well for his brother since most people thought he should be in a mental hospital. Though one thing calmed Alex now, his brother would keep his attention away from his ex. In fact once the shrooms kicked in Alexander might turn into Brother Crail the title given to him by the broken persona that Thomas tended to use.

JUDAH NIETO
So, maybe the universe had it out for Judah. He must have angered fate somehow, honestly he wouldnโt be surprised with the amount of sh*t he got up to, and away with, so maybe this was karma finally catching up to him. Anyways, right as Alexander decided not to heed his advice and go ahead and shroom it up - (Judah mentally made a side note to find out who he got them from; Judah occasionally dabbled with the psychedelics and the only other person Judah knew Ahti supplied his to was not-ex/Judah was never sure what they were, so if anyone else was selling the little buggers they were essentially treading on his turf. Not that Judah was the kind of dealer who cared, it was more of a side hobby than anything, a dangerous side hobby but one nonetheless, but he was still curious) โ anyways, right as Al did the drugs the literal spawn of satan waltzed on through the door.
Yep. This house may not be haunted but it was a cesspool of bad luck. Thomas Mosses, Alexanders eccentric and certifiably insane older brother, was a method actor who took his position twenty-two steps too far. When he got into the role, he got into the role. Judah was honestly scared for when someone cast the man as a some kind of psycho. One year the theater program had considered doing Heathers and Judah had considered switching schools, lest a certain someone plant a bomb in the boiler room. He was terrifying. Judah didnโt even want to know who the seven deities were; he just wanted to get the hell out of dodge. Or not being around either of the Mosses siblings.
Why did they of all people have to be here. He would honestly take just about anyone else.
Literally, anyone. The freaking devil could walk in with a cup of coffee and he would rather spend the night with him than either of them.
โYeaaaaah, sounds like a pretty good plan, Alโ, Judah bit his lip. โIโll, like, be upstairs.โ

indigo bellefleur kiss the old me goodbye, she's dead and gone dead and gone, oh - - โ - -
How lucky was Indigo to be surrounded by individuals of such upstanding character. Good lord. She was beginning to regret coming out at all, tonight. She could have just as easily stayed home and gotten a little buzzed; it was not as if she were completely drunk or anything now. No, if anything, she was too sober for this.
Who knew that fate could have such a twisted, messed up sense of humor? Honestly. Who would have expected that she, the one and only Indigo Bellefleur, would end up in a freaking haunted house with her stoned ex-boyfriend, his brother, a drug dealer, a broody and moody college student, some girl Indigo honestly didnโt even know, and โ oh, come now, was that other girl even eighteen yet? Doubt it.
Her arms lightly crossed over her chest as she shifted her weight from one side to the other, hair still plastered against her face and dripping not-so-subtly onto the wooden floor. Annoyance seemed to creep into her expression โ probably because of Alexanderโs presence, in all honesty โ and her jaw hardened ever-so-slightlyโฆit would be practically unnoticeable to anyone who wasnโt looking closely.
At Judahโs words, as he inferred that she would be the one taking care of dear, olโ Alex if he decided to get high(er than he already was), the former queen bee couldnโt help but scoff in irritation.
โUm, no thanks,โ she began, eyes narrowing as she ran a hand through her sopping-wet hair, fingers catching on pieces clinging together. Her tone was cutting, sardonic, even. She wanted to make it clear that this guy was not her problem anymore. And he hadnโt been for a long time. โI think Iโll pass, dear.โ Her icy gaze flicked to Alexander, who clearly was not interested in any advice Judah had to give, and she flashed him an utterly-saccharine smile, one that dripped with sweet, sweet venom.
She found herself disgusted with her current situation, with these unfortunate circumstances. But, alas, she was in no condition to go back outside. None of them were possibly ready to face the weather on the other side of that door. The rain continued to pound against the roof of the house, and it echoed down to Indigoโs ears. She could only suppress a groan. Here she was, stuck in the Wailing House with people she despised. (Not to mention, most of them were high. Like. This could not get any better!)
Was she the only one in the house who was even halfway-sane right now? Probably. Good. Freaking. Lord. This was going to be one hell of a night, and probably not in a good way.

frankie heath.
At first, Frankie let herself believe that she'd be the only one inside the house, which wasn't exactly the funnest thing in the world -- but it sure was a lot more desirable than this. A room full of people she didn't like was definitely not how she wanted to spend her night (at least at the party there was a few people she could stand to be around). She recognized some faces, new some names, but other than that? These people might as well be strangers. She straightened her leather jacket, aware of how the rain had made it suddenly heavy. Her hair was wet too, clumping and messy and driving her crazy because it kept sticking to her cheeks. There really wasn't a way out of this situation, she knew that, but somehow being outside was starting to seem more appealing. The house was intact and a good shelter, but something about it felt a little weird. Maybe it was the layout of the rooms or perhaps the significant old house smell that seemed to be a mixture of dust and mildew; whatever it was, Frankie was getting goosebumps on her bare-legs (she's the type that thinks if she wears boots with her shorts then she'll be warm enough) and she was hoping that was just because of the weather.
"Great," she said, crossing her arms and smiling a i'm-definetly-not-happy kind of smile with her red lips and white teeth, "I get to be stuck in a rundown shack with a bunch of losers." She did a little scoff, letting her eyes glance over the entire room and the people that occupied it. Judah and Alexander, two guys she really didn't know were hanging around each other; and then there was Indigo, someone she would rather beat up in a dark alley then have an actual conversation with; and there were a few others she didn't really recognize. Frankie stayed near a wall, looking undeniably agitated, thinking up an alternative to the living hell she was experiencing. And just when she thought things couldn't possibly get any worse, the door was flung open and in walked someone who looked like a complete lunatic. It was Alexander's brother (at least she thought so), the one that was a little... different. She really wasn't interested in engaging in conversation with anyone, however she did raise the corner of her mouth in a sly little smirk when she was referred to as "devilish".

Brinnshana Drossel
To say this situation was awkward would be a severe understatement. Perhaps it would have been less unnerving if the hairs on the back of her neck hadn't begin to prickle despite being glues to her neck by rain. Her hair that had been clipped up had begun a wild escape from its bindings, pulled down by the weight of water. She pulled it free and rang it out, creating an instant puddle around her feet. "Well thats pleasant." She muttered to herself, running her delicate fingers through copper tresses in a vain attempt to untangle it before quickly fastening it back in to a rope like braid. Once her sodden hair was dealt with she took a moment to assess her surroundings, as spooky as they were.
The house had that smell of a building that had been long abandoned. Dust lay almost an inch thick on every surface and it was clear the spiders had taken over. Not for the first time in her life she was glad that arachnophobia was not something she was cursed with. The surroundings were about what one would expect of an average house, perhaps a little dated but that was understandable. Now the people who stood, huddled around dripping wet and shivering, that was an entirely unexpected cast. She looked from one person to the next. She knew all of them by name except the younger girl who stood close beside her, who she would have to admit looked far too young to have been at the party or even out this late on a school night.
Now she didn't really follow any of the drama that seemed to follow the Queen Bee Indigo, but it was quite apparent that what had been the high school power couple was no longer that. She was actually glad of Judah's chatty personality, it at least was helping to break the tension in the air.
"Well I'm not going back out in that." She responded simply, peeling her top away from her skin. "I think even ducks will be taking shelter." She spoke without thinking and realising quite how stupid that comment was, biting her lip as once more a wave of anxiety rose up. If she were to tell her high school self that she would find herself in a situation like this she would have never believed it. Perhaps this year's resolution hadn't been such a grand idea after all.
"I always wanted to explore this place." She said stepping into the room, the blue lights cast an eery glow over the room, dappled by droplets and accompanied by the gentle patter of rain and awkward quiet. Never had she been more glad of the subtle intoxication of alcohol, without it she knew she would be a puddle of nerves probably on the floor somewhere with the water she had rung out of her hair. As if the night could get any more unusual the door once more swung open, a perfectly timed flash of lightning illuminated the newcomer. She recognised their schools native drama student, talking in the same melodramatic tone she remembered, talking about some number of deities. What was more surprising than the sudden dramatic appearance was the fact he knew her name, and she found a small smile turning the corners of her lips. Everyone seemed to share the opinion that this was not a great situation to find themselves in, some more vocally and some with much more venom. Perhaps she would be offended by being referred to as a loser if she wasn't so inclined to believe it herself.

(Nice drawing. ^^ I'm just put out one more reply before I go to sleep.) Thomas Mosses:
Thomas looked at everyone with a weird grin on his face as if he had been expecting some type of better reactions to his bizarre introduction. Even the seven deities had helped set up that amazing entrance with the lightning strike, but all he got was a few glances. After an awkward moment he dropped his hands to his side, and released the grin into a poker face as he watched everyone for a moment. The silenceness was boring him so he turned to look around the dark room. "This place is absolutely marvelous." He mumbled aloud with a sincere interest in the place. It fit his broken persona so well, He walked over to a picture frame deciding he wanted to do something besides stand here in silence. His eyes investigated the photo of a family, most likely the same family who died here. After a bit of staring at their faces he placed the photo frame back on the table that he had taken it from.
With that he took one last look at the group before escaping into a nearby door that led in a kitchen. It was clear he wasn't scared in fact most would say he was like home in this haunted abandoned building. He would be tempted to agree with him, as the dark atmosphere was quite amazing to him. The thought that a killer ghost could jump out like in one of his plays. He always wanted to be in a real life horror movie, so maybe he'd get it... Though he doubted it, from the lack of bloody walls, and wailing. In fact he didn't hear much of anything besides the other when they spoke. "Should have brought a ouija board." He commented softly as he looked around the deserted kitchen. "Wait, the basement!" He snapped in joy as he figured if he was going to get attacked by a ghost, or demon of the night it'd be in the basement.
Alexander Mosses:
Alexander didn't even look at Indigo as she spoke, and he was sure she had gave him some type of coy look as well. However he had no plans on dealing with her, even when high. He watched Thomas entered a room, and sighed deciding he might as well find a hole to wait out the night. Being alone was quite a good idea in his mind, especially as his vision started getting weird signaling the drugs were kicking in. With Judah claiming the upstairs, and Thomas claiming what Alexander assumed to be the kitchen, he decided he go find the garage area. Who knows maybe the drugs will put him to work, and he'll wake up next to a weird machine of his creation. With that he headed down a hallway that was basically the first walkway his now blurred vision located.
His walking was a bit off as one would expect from someone who was clearly in a different world at the moment. He walked in silence for awhile before he located a closet door. Well his curiosity got the best of him, and he opened it. Unluckily for him he shouldn't have, as when he opened the closest a bunch of brooms, and other cleaning supplies came crashing down atop the male burying him inside the pile of supplies.
"Dammit." Alexander groaned as he pushed the crap off him, and pushed himself to the wall so he was sitting up. "Good enough spot to chill." He laughed deciding to take a note from Thomas, and say that was a sign of the 'deities' telling Alexander to just close his eyes, and ride the high.

JUDAH NIETO
Rule number two for not dying in a horror movie, donโt go anywhere predisposed to being spooky, because thatโs probably where the jump scare is hiding. Basements, then, are a big no no. โHey, likeโ, of course Thomas would be the one to suggest bringing an Ouija board. What an original idea. Judah knew kids who would come out here with Ouija boards back in highschool, usually the slightly bizarre might-try-and-summon-a-demon types, you know, the dark hair too much eyeliner probably wearing a my chemical romance shirt that doesnโt fit quite right, those people. Anyways, Judah would overhear them chattering on about โthe signsโ or โfortuneโ or some bullsh*t, he never paid that much attention, didnโt care enough to โ where was he going with this? Right. Thomas Mosses is an idiot. โHow about we donโt go into the basement. Thereโs probably like rats and sh*t down there.โ
Judah listened in to the intermittent chatter below him as he ascended the stairs, taking them two at a time if only to hear the satisfying creak when he placed a foot down. (He should probably be gentle given that the building was like, over a hundred years old, but it had probably been renovated at least twice in that time span. There was no way that the stove down there belonged to the original owner.) He reached the top of the stairs in a matter of seconds. It opened into a short hallway connecting to what looked like a larger, second living space. Behind him were a series of doors, probably leading to bedrooms and closets and what-not. The second living space seemed more interesting, at the moment. The entire wall was covered in windows. Four normal looking, square ones, and a circular one placed slightly higher than the other three. It was a bizarre architecturally design, and one that Judah had never really payed attention to from the outside. He wandered over to them, blue light scattering onto the floor.
They faced the backyard, presumably. All he could see when he looked out of them was the faint silhouette of a tree line. It was kind of pretty, he supposed, in that vague way that shadows are also pretty. Judah stood there a moment longer; collecting himself. Rubbed a hand over the bridge of his nose, pressing his index finger against its side, and just leaned there, a second, forehead pressed to the dank, bland white wall. Now that he thought about it, none of the rooms so far had any sort of wall coloring. The whole bottom story had been a traditional wood finish โ up here it was just white.
At least everything wasnโt covered in blood.
As Judah let his eyes flicker back up to the window he caught sight of something; small, so much so that he would have missed it had he not been virtually pressed up against the window pane. It was a small drawing, chipped into the wood in the bottom right corner of the window. It looked something like two concentric circles with lines running through it in a sort of X-pattern.
Weird.
Judah took a step back. Runes were spooky. It was probably planted there by some kid who broke in, trying to make the house look more โsupernaturalโ or whatever than the rumors already said it was. Judah didnโt believe a word of it. Heโd just go explore more. Right. Ignore the spooky stuff.
