- Introduction
"When I was a kid, I asked my grandpa once if he ever killed any Germans in the war. He wouldn't answer, said that was grown up stuff. So I asked if the Germans ever tried to kill him, and he got real quiet. He said he was dead the minute he stepped into enemy territory. Everyday he woke up and told himself, 'rest in peace, now get up and go to war.' And then after a few years of pretending he was dead, he made it out alive. That's the trick of it I think: we do what we need to do and then we get to live. But no matter what we find in DC, I know we'll be okay. Because this is how we live, we tell ourselves that we are the walking dead." -- Rick Grimes
It's been how long since the dead first roamed the earth? Too long, and most people have been out in the world for too long. Morals? Most are lost. Sympathy? Don't expect it, you probably wouldn't get any even if you asked. It's what this world will do to you, no matter which side of he equation you're on: the one needing sympathy or not giving it, the one trying to preach morals or doing away with them. And no matter which side of the equation you're on, they will get you. The dead and the living. You may think you will survive until the end, but is there even an end? Is this world just destined to die? Maybe. But either way, it's within human nature to survive, and that means you have to do anything to stay alive. Anything. Don't pull any brave stunts, because nine times out of ten, those who do, die. And that would be going against instinct wouldn't it? Self preservation is key here, unless you're dumb enough to worry about strangers or family members you honestly don't believe were meant to live in this world. Don't join the dead, rule over them, get back to the top of the food chain where the living humans belong, and not these sorry sacks of rotting flesh. But why am I telling you this? You've been out here long enough haven't you known these things? Well if not, I'm telling you now, luck runs out. - About
If you have not guessed yet, this is an rp based upon the AMC show The Walking Dead. You do not have to have prior knowledge to be part of this rp, I will explain everything from how the outbreak started, terminology, and anything else that you may need to know for this rp. If you have prior knowledge, then great! You should know what you're doing, but I highly advise you reading through everything as I may include information you didn't know, or need to know. Oh I should probably introduce myself, I am Gumball Watterson. The moderator and creator of this rp. You may call me the following nicknames: gum, gummy, whales, hope, or dutchy. I hope we have a great time rping and if you have any questions, feel free to ask! - Rules
i. Follow all Forum Rules These rules are our rules, and may be repeated throughout the rules section. If you do not know the forum rules or may have forgotten about them, please read up on them. I will not stand for any forum rules breaking. Punishment: rulebreaker will recieve anything from one warning to being kicked out of the roleplay depending on severity of actions
ii. Trigger Warnings This is a zombie apocalypse rp, there will obviously be violence, but try not to pass a PG-13 rating. Curse words? Either star them out or substitute them (i.e. "Holy [curse]!"). And knowing what animalistic behaviors humans can develop when being driven to the extreme, there will be some scary or frightening content but keep it in moderation. If there is anything else in one or your roleplay posts that may need a trigger warning, put at the top of your posts: TW: [insert explanation of content] So you may not be held responsible if you had given the reader of the post a warning beforehand. Punishment: failure to comply will result in one warning to two depending on severity of offense.
iii. Godmodding and Powerplaying First off let me say, I hate hate hate hate hate when people make overpowered characters. Or characters that have a bunch of stuff with them and aren't in a group. Although while it is possible to have a safe place with things inside of them, keep it in moderation. I want to make this realistic, and if you need a reference, think of the show or video game by telltale. I will not hesitate to tell you that you are Godmodding or Powerplaying, and if I point it out, you must either change the post, or convince me otherwise. I know this sounds harsh, but this is my number one pet peeve when roleplaying. Punishment: failure to comply will result in a verbal warning. Failure to follow through again will result in an actual warning.
iv. Mary-Sues and Gary-Stues We all know them, and we all get annoyed by them, please try to refrain from making these types of Characters. If you are unsure if your character may be a Mary-Sue or Gary-Stue, pm me or ask me on the thread. Punishment: verbal warning
v. Plots Before you start a plot with others, think to yourself 'will this plot impact the whole group?', if you think to yourself yes, then I suggest running it by me so I can approve of the idea or adjust it to specific needs. Punishment: one warning
vi. Literacy and Post Length Nine times out of ten, I will usually side with quality over quantity when it comes to posts. So I will not make a certain post length, but no one liners. It is very difficult to reply to these and really slows down the roleplay. As for Literacy, I'm not as lenient, so please try to use proper grammar and spelling. I'm fine with minor slip ups, it happens. Punishment: Varies from verbal warning to actual warning
vii. Activity I'm not particularly strict when it comes to activity, but try not to poof for a week and not tell me why. If it's as simple as 'I lost Muse for a time' then that's fine, I get it, just let me know. But if you make me hunt you down because you have said nothing to me, then I'm not going to be so happy. If you want to leave the rp completely, then as said above, just let me know. Punishment: if you do not say anything, then you will recieve one warning
viii. Drama and Bullying Drama is allowed in the rp, it's what keeps things interesting. However, if you bring it out of rp and into OOC chat, that is not tolerated here. And as Negan puts it, "I will shut that [curse] down quick." As for bullying, same policies. You can have an antagonist character that is practically the Governor, Negan, and Terminus combined, but out of character, it stops. Punishment: may be two warnings to immediate dismissal depending on severity of offense.
ix. Spamming Do not even think about advertising for another rp on this thread. Once you enter this thread, you basically enter a new domain. And this domain, does not tolerate spamming whether you are a member or not. However, asking someone to come back to an rp is okay, but only every once in a great while Punishment: one verbal warning and may lead to an actual warning
x. OCs or Cannon Characters? This rp will only be OCs. However, there is some mention of cannon characters in the description of the groups. I'm not really a fan of claim a character rps or any rps that use cannon characters, so this will be strictly OCs.
xi. Warnings I have a system of warnings in place, where basically if you recieve three warnings, you will be kicked out of the rp. You do have an oppritunity to take back warnings. There are a few ways to do it: 1. Wait - you're warnings can go away over time (approximately two weeks) if you are active and abide by the rules. 2. Come up with a plot - if you can come up with a plot to keep the rp moving forward, I would greatly appreciate it and one warning will go away.
xii. Have Fun I know I sound sort of strict with the rules, but I'm really not like a dictator. Please have fun and respect one another and me and this will be a great rp Punishment: hugs to make you feel better

- Walkers
Overview
Reanimated human beings, while not immortal, will not "die" under typical conditions that would ordinarily cause the death of a living person. They do not appear to feel or respond to pain, can survive even the most brutal injuries, and despite their bottomless appetite for flesh, they do not need food, water, or sleep to survive.
They show no other bodily function that relates to a human, showing no signs of self-healing or response to extreme temperatures. The brain maintains limited abilities of the body, allowing for movement of the limbs (provided that they are not decomposed to the point where the bones are not strong enough to bend without breaking), jaws, neck, and even the use of its sensory systems. While the walkers are notoriously weaker than humans, the only way to kill one is to destroy the brain. Despite severely weakened frames, they will continue to hunt for living animals to consume. Even when decapitated, the head will remain active, even though it would be practically harmless at such point.
Everyone in The Walking Dead universe somehow contracted the pathogen that, for reasons and through means unknown, brings the dead back to "life." It is unknown how the disease is spread, though its apparently total infection rate worldwide suggests it is either water-borne, air-borne, or both. The exact taxonomy of the pathogen is unknown. The pathogen itself does not kill its hosts, but it seems to weaken their immune systems considerably, to the point where even minor illnesses are far more likely to be fatal than normal to humans.
"The rule is WHATEVER it is that causes the zombies, is something everyone already has. If you stub your toe, get an infection and die, you turn into a zombie, UNLESS your brain is damaged. If someone shoots you in the head and you die, you're dead. A zombie bite kills you because of infection, or blood loss, not because of the zombie 'virus.'" -- Robert Kirkman
The dead corpse of anyone that dies for any reason will reanimate as a zombie, unless the brain of the individual is badly damaged or destroyed or the person was dead prior to the outbreak. When a person dies, the infection they carry reactivates critical areas of the brain that support necessary vital systems, resulting in reanimation. Because only a portion of the brain is reactivated, the reanimated person retains only a physical resemblance to their former self.
"A dead body wouldn't become a walker until its body temperature had lowered enough that another walker wouldn't be tempted to bite it. It reaches a very dead corpse state before reanimation occurs." -- Robert Kirkman
In the TV Series, it was stated that a corpse can reanimate between three minutes and eight hours after death, though the video game suggests that it could happen in seconds.
The first cases of infection progressed through a state of fever, aches, and internal bleeding, and this illness ultimately was fatal. As seen on the MRI of Candace Jenner in the episode "TS-19", the pathogen spreads into the brain like meningitis. It infects synapses, mostly concentrating on those in the brain stem. It eventually causes the adrenal glands to hemorrhage and the brain to shutdown, all brain activity would cease, followed by the major organs and the body would be clinically dead: no measurable brain activity, no reflexes, and no respiration or pulse. A variable time later, the pathogen, through some means, would revive synapses it infected and reactivate the brainstem and other parts of the cerebrum and cerebellum of the dead body.
Behavior
"Attracted to sound and movement. Compulsion to eat never subsides. Susceptible to group behavior that makes movement easy to predict and control. They're simple creatures. Easy to figure out." -- Eugene
A reanimated body responds to stimuli such as light, scent, and loud noises. Oddly, even if the head is separated from the body, as long as the brain is intact, the head will still attempt to eat anything within reach. The body of a zombie does appear to be truly dead, which means that it does not feel pain, has no reflexes, and wounds to it will not heal; its rate of decomposition slows drastically but does continue.
There is anecdotal evidence that some retain vestigial elements of memory and personality and this is shown some repeating behavior such as clinging to possessions, attempting to open doors, and even using large rocks to break through windows and doors. Zombies though, are incredibly unintelligent and generally unable to use tools or understand the need for them. It has been hinted at that newly reanimated corpses retain some basic sense of intellect and perhaps memory, and can perform very basic tasks such as opening doors. They have no sense of self-preservation other than eating, and will not react at all to the deaths of other zombies or to potentially lethal dangers to themselves.
Zombies instinctively bite whatever prey they come in contact with, but have also been observed clawing at and tearing at humans and animals in order to topple them.
Intelligence
Though zombies retain a physical resemblance to the living, cognitive similarities are almost non-existent beyond low-level functions, though there are examples of behavior that suggest zombies may retain small fragments of memory of their past lives. Zombies have enough intelligence to walk upright, to use their bodies to break objects, and to climb around or over somewhat small obstacles such as chain-link fences. Zombies can ascend and descend staircases, albeit very clumsily and slowly. They cannot generally operate doors or gates and only attempt to do so when they are relatively "fresh"; they tend to bash through obstacles rather than traversing them.
Mostly, zombies are void of any emotional expression and thought. When stimulated, whether by noise, sight of prey, or simply encountering a problem they cannot solve, such as being unable to open a locked door, they quickly descend into a state of murderous aggression. If they spot prey when stimulated, they can pursue them ceaselessly, showing ravenous hunger.
They are not hunters, however, and take no concern in alerting their victims or trying to hunt them with intelligence, always seeming to roar, grunt, and growl whenever they are stimulated. Zombies seem to be drawn to noise (such as that of a gunshot), presumably because they attribute the source of the noise to be caused by potential victims.
Zombies also tend to form groups and stick together, and mimic the actions of other zombies, giving them a mob mentality. This can lead to zombies forming "herds," large hordes of zombies are far more dangerous and aggressive than smaller groups. In the episode "Guts," zombies retain a further animalistic trait within their "herds," appearing to "sniff out" or examine new-coming zombies before leaving them be, as they do to Rick and Glenn, which may indicate that zombies seem to be able to familiarize themselves with their own kind and be cautious of ones they do not recognize.
Newer zombies may rarely use primitive tools, such as using a heavy brick to smash a window, but none have any high-level abilities to use items in their environment.
They lack any remaining speech capabilities, and can only moan, grunt, or wheeze, as well as roar and scream when alerted. Zombies are not shown to be able to "communicate" with other zombies by any means, though they will frequently copy the actions they witness other zombies perform, such as bashing on a door or moving in a group, eventually forming a herd.
Disposal
Because a zombie is derived from a human form, it is limited physically by many of the same constraints that a human has. But because a zombie is, by definition, dead, it slowly rots and decays like other dead organisms. Over time, flesh and muscles deteriorate, and it becomes less and less formidable.
They are only truly killed by destroying the brain, a common theme in many zombie variations. A severed head will remain animated and aggressive until the brain is destroyed or eventually disintegrates from decomposition. Fire has little effect on zombies, other than possibly angering them further, and normally lethal things such as acid or electricity also do little to impede them. They can be paralyzed if their spinal cords are severed, though this does not kill them, even if their heads are severed from the bodies.
Symptoms of infection
Symptoms of the infection includes:
-Dizziness -Weakness and Fatigue -Fever/Delirium/Hallucinations -Chills -Nausea/Vomiting -Pale skin -Dilated pupils -Soreness -Fluid discharge -Spontaneous aggression or anger -Fainting -Loss of hair and missing scalp pieces -Dehydration -Coughing up blood -Pale yellow sclera

- Alexandria
"Mercy for the lost, vengeance for the plunderers."
Pre-Apocalypse
The Alexandria-Safe Zone was established in a neighborhood outside of Alexandria, Virginia, near Washington, D.C.. The neighborhood was a planned upscale community with its own solar grid, cisterns and eco-based sewage filtration with pricing starting at the $800,000 to $1,400,000 range. It was designed for sustainability.
Post Apocalypse
The upscale planned community was a safe-zone established by the military in the early days of the outbreak, containing a handful of supplies for a large group of people. Ohio Congresswoman Deanna Monroe and her family were attempting to evacuate D.C. and return to Ohio to help handle the crisis in her state. While doing so, they were directed by the military to the neighborhood, among other survivors from D.C., and ordered to wait for their return, which never occurred.
The evacuees used the supplies for their survival, including construction materials from a shopping mall nearby, which were used to build the wall. New survivors joined the community shortly thereafter. Deanna soon became their leader and saw promise and the rebirth of civilization in Alexandria. She believed who people were before the apocalypse mattered in rebuilding and sustaining the community. Reg Monroe, her husband, was a professor of architecture and took charge of building the walls. Her son, Aiden, was in ROTC and was made supply runner while her other son, Spencer, used the church tower as a sniper's post. She put Aaron and Eric Raleigh in charge of going outside to recruit more survivors due to their experience of working together for an NGO in Africa.
Over time, Aaron and Eric recruited enough survivors to establish a thriving community. However, they recruited a man named Davidson who was the leader of a small group. Davidson and his group did not agree with Deanna and could not work in the safe-zone. Deanna had them exiled and driven out by Aaron, Aiden, and Nicholas, another member of the community. Because of what occurred with recruiting a group of survivors, Deanna suspended the recruiting program from taking in larger groups and instead focused on lone survivors. As time went on, Deanna saw that her citizens were not prepared for the outside world and that being inside the walls since the beginning of the outbreak made them weak and inexperienced in surviving. Knowing that this made them vulnerable to the undead and to hostile survivors that wanted to attack the safe-zone, Deanna allowed Aaron and Eric to resume recruiting larger groups.

- The Hilltop Colony
Pre-Apocalypse
Before the apocalypse, the Hilltop was only the mansion, known as Barrington House, a barn and a blacksmith's shop. The Barrington House was located deep in the woods on top of a hill in the Virginia area, just south of Alexandria, Virginia. In the 1930s, the family who owned the house gave it to the state and made it into a museum. For years since then, elementary schools around the state would make field trips to the house.
Post-Apocalypse
When the apocalypse began, the governor of Virginia declared a state of emergency and requested government assistance in handling the epidemic, bringing in FEMA. FEMA chose the Barrington House as one of its safe-zones, bringing trailers to the location as well as defense, security, and supplies. As survivors began to arrive to the now Hilltop Colony, they found themselves abandoned. Like every other government and military power across the United States, FEMA abandoned the Hilltop, like all the other abandoned safe-zones and civilian populations, leaving the survivors to fend for themselves. However, due to their location, the survivors of Hilltop saw promise. The terrain offered fertile land and crops, while the hill they presided on would offer them an advantage of oncoming survivors and the undead. At some point they used the surrounding trees to build a large wall around the colony's perimeter.
Government and Society
The Hilltop seems to have a very loose system. [To be announced leader] seems to be the main authority figure acting as leader and negotiator and is most likely the primary authority to come up with or approve ideas brought on by community members. [To be announced leader] might also hold power over the small guard of the community, but this remains uncertain due to his tendency to negotiate and submit instead of aggression. [To be announced right hand] seems to be the only other major figure of authority, but that may be more out of his/her skill as a fighter and the respect and likability he/she gains from the community. There is also the guard which seems to act as a police system to secure peace and stability inside the community.
The community, due to its closed off nature, is very social based. In terms of punishment none have been really applied. Most conflicts seem to be resolved almost entirely by conversation and it is unknown if any other punishments have been made. Philosophically, Hilltop residents believe in cremation as the way of body disposal. They also seem to hold the lives of other members in high regard and most likely oppose any form of capital punishment.
Agriculture seems to be the main resource for the communities supplies, but individual searches seem to still make runs to get enough supplies to meet demands.

- The Kingdom
"Drink from the well, replenish the well."
Pre-Apocalypse
Nothing is known about the Kingdom before the apocalypse, except that it was some form of school, with part of it (the garden) being built for common recreation and study.
Post Apocalypse
At some point [to be announced leader] and their men took over the school.
Its survivors are often seen wearing armor and riding horses. They have an affinity for melee weapons such as spears, but guards also use firearms. They also have gardens and other agricultural areas and have grown enough to maintain the community. They have at least some electricity. Festive events such as movie nights take place. They have many fields, houses and a theater for plays.
Government and Society
The Kingdom has a bizarre monarchical government. It is headed by its first self declared 'King' or 'Queen'. Under him/her are his/her knights who work as soldiers, scouts and scavengers.
Citizens of the Kingdom live in an almost angelic environment. There is a school system, a choir and a market place. Society seems to be the most like former world governments compared to other communities with the exception of its governing body.

- The Saviors
"We survive. We bring security to others. We bring civilization back to this world. We are the saviors."
Pre-Apocalypse
Like most survivors of the undead apocalypse, their lives before the outbreak are largely unknown nor if any members knew each other. It can be deduced that many of the Saviors were formerly residents who lived around or near the Virginia/Maryland area. It can be deduced by their behavior that several of them were former criminals and gang members.
Post Apocalypse
The Saviors are based somewhere in Virginia/Maryland and are led by a man/woman named [to be announced leader]. They have a number of outposts scattered around the area, allowing them to extend their sphere of influence. Their primary base is an old factory known as "The Sanctuary". According to [to be announced right hand], the Saviors were founded close to the beginning of the apocalypse and originally seemed to be a good group of people. As time went on and their numbers grew, they became increasingly authoritarian and ruthless. They became feared by many established communities in the area. One of the survivor groups they extorted was Hilltop Colony, where they clubbed a boy named Rory to death to make an example of him. In exchange for half of Hilltop's supplies, crops and livestock, they stated they would do no further damage. They also extorted from a large group of survivors with whom they eventually slaughtered all their male members, including young boys after they attempted to fight back. The surviving female survivors fled to Oceanside to avoid being extorted from the Saviors further. They also made similar arrangements with The Kingdom and another community living in a library, the latter of which was eventually pillaged and the survivors killed for trying to fight back.
In contrary to their namesake, the Saviors are extortionists: they resort to murder and brutality to coerce other communities of survivors (such as Hilltop) to provide a steady stream of food and other goods. They also have a reputation of being ruthless and uncompromising. They do not employ the scorched earth technique used by The Wolves, and there is no evidence that they are cannibals like the inhabitants of Terminus. The Saviors (or at least its leader) are even opposed to ****, according to one of their members. However, their violence is still extreme: On several occasions, the Saviors have clubbed people to death, and one known group has taken polaroid-style photos of these victims' gruesome head wounds and kept them in their rooms. One such victim was a 16 year old boy named Rory, who was beaten to death to force the servitude of the Hilltop community. Most of the Saviors are shown as sociopaths: they do not show any remorse toward killing others, nor do they show satisfaction. Some although are quite humorous, and will usually taunt their victims. Additionally, it is common practice for Saviors to shoot one person when they encounter a group of strangers on the road, before stealing supplies from the rest.
While some individual Saviors may not be particularly dangerous, what makes them such a formidable threat is their massive numbers, which enable them to overwhelm other groups and employ psychological warfare on a large scale. The Saviors are the largest group of survivors shown, with their main base located at a compound called The Sanctuary, but a majority of their fighting force is not found there. Instead, they are divided into smaller groups which reside at various outposts for miles around. The largest group of Saviors ever directly encountered consisted of at least 100 people, and it is assumed that there are still many, perhaps hundreds, of other members.
Government and Society
The Saviors have a well-structured hierarchy. At the top of the power structure is [to be announced leader], whose will is carried out through his lieutenants. [to be announced right hand] is the second-in-command and also maintains power over the lieutenants. The lieutenants themselves lead missions and have added benefits in the Sanctuary. Below the lieutenants are the "soldiers" who fill the role of scouts, enforcers and guards. Under the soldiers are noncombatant survivors who labor for points in exchange for supplies and comfort benefits. Any woman whom [to be announced leader] finds attractive can offer herself off as a wife for him to escape the point system (if the leader f this roleplay is a female, then this will not be an option). At the bottom are the prisoners who are identified by a letter painted on their shirts.
The Savior's primary base of operations is a compound known as The Sanctuary, an abandoned factory. This is where Negan himself resides, alongside a number of lieutenants and soldiers, and dozens of normal people. However, it appears that much of, perhaps even most of the Saviors' soldiers are not at the Sanctuary. Instead, they are stationed at various outposts for miles around. These outposts are self-sufficient communities in their own right, with dozens of fighters in each. These outposts, under the leadership of a lieutenant, are assigned the task of managing the communities under Savior rule. This ensures a significant tactical advantage, as other communities are kept unaware of the Saviors' true manpower, base of operations, and even whether or not Negan actually exists.
[To be announced leader] himself/herself is hailed as a cult personality, particularly among high ranking Saviors. Though there are those who do not like him/her or his/her methods, he/she is loved by some, revered by many and feared by all. People in the Sanctuary must kneel before him/her whenever he passes as a show of respect. Lieutenants and the soldiers are seen as carriers of [to be announced leader]'s will, with lieutenants having to act similarly to him/her when dealing with another community, even though they have a degree of autonomy. Punishments for escape and disobedience include using the iron as a mark of shame, torture, imprisonment, and in extreme cases death. Prisoners are subjected to psychological torture and have to work in highly dangerous conditions. Philosophically, the Saviors regard themselves as the protectors of humanity due to their survival and successful preservation of several communities. The Saviors also seem to highly value the lives of people as a work force and source of benefit and income. Savior soldiers tend to see each other as superior to members of other communities.

@blubberywhales || Belle Friesenhahn || Female || 18 || Belle Friesenhahn is a caucasian female who is around 5'6" in height (about average). She weighs in at about around 120 pounds due to the scarcity of food since the outbreak of the apocalypse. Her ribs show through some clothing but not all. Her hair is dark brown and tied off in a braid or ponytail most of the time as she likes to keep it out of the way. Belle has a very straight figure, so not many curves. Her face is heart shaped and her eyes are a deep brown. She wears a red plaid long sleeve shirt with skinny jeans and your typical cowboy boots. She never goes anywhere without her hat, as it belonged to her father and is a prized possession of her's. Belle's weapon of choice would be a Colt Python with a six inch barrel. Although she will take a knife for a quieter weapon rather than the gun || wip || Belle was living on her family's land of 1,000 acres while she did online college along with stock shows and other agricultural activities. When the outbreak first began she was away at a stock show in Fort Worth, TX and when she returned she found her mother and father dead and her brother no where in sight. She set out to find any other family members, but had no luck. Belle was ruthless during that time, killing everything and anything she deemed an obstacle between getting to her family. When she found a cousin of her's in a rag tag group of survivors, she decided to join them soon after. However, after her cousin was eaten by a few walkers in front of her during a run, Belle lost it and killed the remaining group members. She was extremely suicidal after that, and if it had not been for Alexandria, she would have done so by now. || brother - Benjamin "Benny" Friesenhahn || N/A

He is about 6 feet tall and has longer black hair on the top with the sides cut shorter, he usually just pushes his hait off to the side and lets it do its own thing from there. He has two different eye colours, one being jade green the other being a nice shade of blue, he has a scar going over his right eye. He has quite the defined jawline but he's usually wearing a bandana either aound his face from his nose down or around his forehead, depends on if he's on the job or not. || Astral is a total hot head and tends to think he's the greatest person ever but a lot of the time he's quite calm and collected. He cares deeply for those close to him but will stop to help someone even if they're rivals. He's just too nice sometimes and that'll one day get him killed and that's a fact. || he had survived on his own for the longest time before becoming one of the saviours so if one day things go south for him with that group he wouldn't be scared to up and leave without notice. || no family yet ||

Fire on Cloud Nine || Chase Sylvester || Male || 29 || Chase is average for his height at about 6'0. He has bright green eyes, well eye. Th other one is scared and milky white. He has jet black hair that he slicks back and ties into a ponytail at the back. He wears an old trench coat that nearly touches the ground, a bright red t-shirt and blue jeans. As well as grey hiking boots and gloves. He has a visible scar across his left eye, which he now is blind in. || He is a surprisingly cheery person, once you get to know him. He most certainly has a dark side though and when you first meet him he's nice, but weary of you. If you break his trust though it's just about impossible to get it back, and if you try to hurt his friends or family in any way he will do his best to make sure you regret it. || Before the war he was part of the army and has the skills as part of that. || N/A || N/A

(No worries. Yeah I'll do that ) Astral had been out for what felt like days now, he was on his own although he usually stayed with his group. But lately food and water were scarce so he was told to go find as much as he could and not come back until he had something of use. He found his way to an old house that was still in good condition, although the door was locked he knew how to efficiently open the door quickly and quietly. As he made his way inside he was as quiet as he could, being weary that someone may be still living in there, after a few minutes of checking each room to make sure thingswere okay he made his way into the kitchen, he begun raiding the fridge and every cupboard he saw.

(Either should be fine, it depends on how you feel you'd like this to play out I guess)

{Well, there's the violent approach, or the more humorous one}

(The humorous one sounds fun though action is always fun. Lets go for humour I guess)
