Lady Akiko, Haku, Masamune, & Kojūrō | Date Clan CampAfter a while, two feline shapes appeared from the den; a tall brown tabby and a rather short Siamese. The smaller of the two turned his attention to the two foreigners, his bright blue eyes flashed with some sort of irritability."What are you here for?" The Siamese asked. He stepped closer to the she-cats in a non-aggressive fashion, his tail lashing.Akiko bowed low to the Siamese, her eyes dark. "Greetings, Lord Masamune," she meowed, her voice gentle. "We have arrived to propose a request from you." Masamune was a rare type of leader - a young ruler, being only 13 months old. Because of the older leader, his father, passing away, Masamune had no choice but to success him. Akiko had to admit, that even though he was so young for a daimyo, we was quite wise and knew how to lead.
The Siamese raised an eyebrow. "What kind of request?"
"An alliance with your Clan."
Masamune gave her a look, turning to the taller cat beside him. "This is about those Oda imbeciles, right? Kojūrō, what do you think?" Kojūrō blinked, green eyes shining with thought. "Well, my lord, obviously SakuraClan can't take on the Oda Clan by ourselves. They have a cunning tactician over there and who knows if they will break the truce at the Gathering tomorrow. We must act with caution. Even though we hate making alliances, the best action is to make one now.” He paused waiting to how the Clan reacted to the proposal. "Right…SakuraClan," Masamune mumbled. "Well, they're not allied with any of our enemies... Even though it pains me to make an alliance, it's the best option for both of us, I guess."Akiko blinked. "Wait...the O-Oda?" So Daisuke was right; some Oda cat must have killled Saburo. Were the Date cats aware of that?
She looked over to Tsuki. "Tsuki-san, what are your thoughts on this? Objections?"Stormheart

Nares augmented with oxygen, ipso facto siphoning the surmised saccharine gas in punctilious, cosmopolitan expirations. Rubescent auricles effectuated locomotion, pinna’s fulcrum couching relatively rearward, rehashing assay of waylaying someone for espionage; to then castigate them - a lambasting she’d vacate the venue for the neophyte to venture on. After all, though an altruistic and solicitous pneuma was laudable for a medical practitioner, the tenderfoot verily necessitated to reach a cynosure on better maturing an emphatic deposition with his subsequent convalescents. Alas, the silver-brocaded grimalkin identified nil but the susurrate of boughs adhered to their coinciding sylvan perennials al fresco. Simply put, nothing the tyro could exercise his aplomb impromptu. Leastways his speculation had the terminus of pilose caudal tic with imprimatur.
After all, encephalon savvied now to vouchsafe gesticulations, even if they were marginally ill-defined. Ostensibly, it succored with Tarou’s morale - fathoming his pedagogue beheld him as a competent gib. It was the ensuing utterance that had fibril coagulate; ambivalent how to address the newfangled subject matter that had deliberately been an avoidant. Why else for the precipitous arrest whilst she articulated over her postulate?
Phalanges splayed against the uniform terra firma, cervix skewing to peruse their reservoir as though it had become a point of convergence. The sheaf of fibrous tissue for deglutition contracted, ergo indeterminately swilling the sputum accruing within buccals. It was then jowls split to speak - curt and serious.
“Lord Kotarou - Lady Akiko’s consort - was murdered in cold blood by Oda Clan’s lord, Nobunaga. That is all you need to know.” Cranium regressed to vet the greenhorn, lineaments nonplussed and stolid, as though the foe proprietor’s mea culpa scarcely daunted her. Physiognomy also incarcerated a sort of questioning air, as though goading the feline to inquiry for further enlightenment - something she would irrefutably not unbosom.

Tarou | Healer's DenMaw swelled into a discus shape, hence drawing off the unvarnished answer Izumi had given him. Compressed auditory apparatuses executed a further flattening movement, inner ears lying down against his head. Crown regressed to scrutiny at the earth, in the nick of time to see miniature rosé corollas drift in from the al fresco into the lair. But the tyro - fascinated as he was by the flora and its accompanying sugary bouquet - strangely payed them no heed. Bijou forepaws spread out on the smooth flooring, pink lips dubiously pursing for a swiftly evanescing interval. It was then that aforesaid labials separate to speak, words gloomy and cognizant. "Oh. I...I understand. Forgive my prying."Tarou needed to stop being so curious and overly inquisitive, especially when it came to other cats' personal, private affairs. He was still young, yes, but his psyche was mature enough not to be naive. It was as if he never become aware of the verity that no cat in the family wanted to talk about the incident - it had occurred so soon; a month and a half earlier, to be exact, not to mention it must have horribly damaged their sovereign's mental health and sanity. Now I know why my lady acts the way she does. I only hope that she doesn't go mad...He decided not to question further on the matter, as that would obviously irate Izumi further, he supposed. Why he'd suddenly shifted the subject to something so dark...he didn't know. He wanted to talk to Akiko again, but soon found out that she had left, with Izumi's older brother - Takeshi - to watch over in her absence. Fibre in growing musculature shivered as the male drew his eyelids over multi-colored oculi."Sometimes I...I worry about Lady Akiko," came nearly inaudible words after a long, tensed quietude. Timbre was much higher in pitch, yet strained. "Sometimes she seems...miserable, maybe depressed, confining herself to her temple and never coming out. But...sometimes she just doesn't seem like herself. She doesn't seem very...sane. And that r-really...really worries me."
The words weren't uttered in a denigrating manner, nor an uncomforted one. They were out of sheer concern; above all, it was paradigmatic of his sympathetic and compassionate essential qualities. He was probably blathering solus at this juncture, but he spoke the psychological notions of his intellectuals aloud, as an assay to calm his frayed axons.

Tsuki pondered for a moment before taking a step forward, bowing respectively to both Daimyo. "Well," she began, eyes blazing with rage. "The Oda clan should be punished for their crimes, however we must be cautious and strategic if we're preparing for battle. Of course, I believe we stand a better chance of defeating them United together as allies against a common enemy instead of divided against ourselves." The feminine sat down and bowed her head before looking up at them oncemore.

Akiko, Haku, Masamune, Kojuro | Date Clan Camp Akiko nodded, turning her eyes back to the two toms, her eyes on Kojuro. "I concur," she meowed to the tactician. "We must be smart about it, otherwise we can't stand a chance.""Quite," Kojuro agreed. "Now that it is mentioned...I will amenable to accommodate the other clans' tacticians into creating a plan."
The Date warlord listened to both cats, taking in their entire comments before nodding in agreement; there was no reason for him to disagree with what they had suggested. What was said seemed perfectly reasonable to him.
Masamune bowed to Akiko, a smirk playing on his youthful face. "Very well," he meowed, pleased that they could make a decision. "We're allies now, Akiko. We could actually use some help right now. We can form some kind of plan later on. If you need help, feel free to let us know. Haku will escort you two out."
Akiko's eyes softened as she bowed back. "Arigatou gozaimasu," she meowed in the native language of the clans. "I wish you and your clan luck." Turning around with Tsuki, flanked by Haku, they returned to the entrance, where the blue she-cat meowed a genial goodbye. "May Amaterasu light your path, cats of SakuraClan," she said, waving a paw, blue eyes staying fixed on the two she-cats until they disappeared from the bramble tunnel.Stormheart

The neophyte’s contrition apropos the peccadillo perpetrated permeated tympanic membranes. With a deficit of élan, scapulae upheaved with insouciance, preparatory to humerus lazing down - analogous to how it had been antecedent. Into the bargain, nil was enunciated, as kinesics premeditatedly evinced the whole schmear of how she perceived the sequence of events. Though ostensibly nonchalant, the grimalkin wasn’t verily choleric, nor was the molly jubilant; merely an amalgamate of the two - lackadaisical and ruminative.
But it was the ensuing vocables that most galvanized inquisitiveness. Not inasmuch as the svelte premier’s cerebral plight from a lachrymose radix, but that Tarou could fathom the tribulation so posthaste. The eleemosynary gib was candidly on the veracious pedway to permuting into a ne plus ultra physician - not that the pedagogue ever deliberated otherwise. Timbre’s caliber plummeted as the molly modulated tonality into a susurrus - none could espionage such paramount enlightenment. Chiefly one from a medical practitioner.
“I concur with you, Tarou-kun. As healers, we are the most adept at spotting disturbances within our patients. Lady Akiko is no different - she’s a sentient being, like all of us. There’s no doubt Lord Kotarou’s demise traumatized her deeply, but you needn’t be worried. I have been looking out for her, Takeshi as well, being a tactician. But this does not leave the den, do you understand?”
Phlegmatic, aegean gander regressed to peruse the tenderfoot afresh, each nictate effectuated steadily and sedately - seemingly exuding the impression of ennui.

Akiko | Pine Forest As they trekked back through the dense forest, Akiko's ears pricked as her samurai asked a request for a question - an important question, at that. The Siamese, not giving Tsuki any eye contact, responded with a curious, "What is it?"

Tarou | Healer's Den Citrus-verdure gradients within dilated oculi coruscated with pellucid droplets that were commencing to take form. However, the neophyte had...no real justification to start crying, although the capricious tears were probably minor, trivial tears of condolence for the premier. As luck would have it, however, he was able to stop the water from overflowing with a few steady blinks.
Izumi did not move from her spot, however her tapered aegean blue eyes met his as she spoke. Lady Akiko is no different - she’s a sentient being, like all of us. There’s no doubt Lord Kotarou’s demise traumatized her deeply, but you needn’t be worried. I have been looking out for her, Takeshi as well, being a tactician. But this does not leave the den, do you understand?
Well, of course Tarou would be smart enough to keep a secret, and one of the virtues to become the skillful physician that he was, he had to be trustworthy. So, with this, sincere words leaked from his maw, cranium dropping back to the floor. "I'm glad... And, understood, my lady. This discussion was between us alone, and I will keep my lips sealed."
Noting that Izumi looked tired and enervated of her vigor, he ceased vocalizing in all respects, as not to further bother her. She seemed to need time to mediate. Not knowing what else to do, the tyro directed his treads so that he lay right beside his preceptor, maxilla skewing to rest on both ulnas. Perchance, no toil would be undertaken today, with the string of events that had recently occurred in one morning. He simply stayed quiet, proceeding to ruminate apropos the tense morn.ᔕɿɱƿՆעᗰעς੮ע Akiko | Pine Forest Akiko stopped, her eyes meeting Tsuki's. "Well. Consider what we just witnessed as your...evaluation. Through your life in my Clan, I have taken great notice of you. You are a loyal, strong, and very authoritative cat who is the exemplary candidate as my right hand."
Her voice modulated into a pleased meow as, with a slight amount of poise, she directed her pawsteps so that she was standing face-to-face with the muscular silver female. With proud, glittering eyes - the equivalent of a smile in Akiko's case - words escaped her lips. "I want to appoint you as my new commander." Stormheart

(Hey. I'm sorry I haven't been active at all. College has been keeping me busy, but what's really kept me from doing anything at all has been my ever deteriorating will to do anything. I've been struggling with mental issues lately, I don't know if it's a side effect of stress and college and personal issues, but I honestly don't think I'll be able to rp until that gets better, whenever that will be.
So, I came here to tell y'all I'm leaving. I might come back when I feel better, when I feel like actually rping, but I don't know when that will be.
I hope the best for everyone, and for SakuraClan.)

I have a great plot turning idea that I'm sure you all will like, but the sheer lack of activity here really disheartens me and lowers my interest in keeping this alive. If you still show true interest in it, then thank you. We can still continue, but be honest and tell me what exactly you want to do. )

Tsuki nodded and bowed. "Thank you my lady, I won't let you down. I promise I will make you proud." The silver-blue Molly trotted by Lady Akiko's side, face remaining neutral and humble, but eyes slightly glimmering with pride and excitement. The feminine was both proud and a little nervous. This was such a huge role to take, but she was ready, she would prevail. Lady Akiko had known this and chosen her because she believed she was more than capable and trusted her. Tsuki would prove herself many times over to her Warlord that she could help make SakuraClan thrive. With this, she pondered how different her life would be now, and what would come in days ahead. What challenges would she face? Whatever they may be, she was prepared for them. Failure wasn't an option. It was weakness, and weakness isn't tolerated for a commander.

The amalgam of admiral and glaucous that sculpted oculus uterque scintillated with erudite mulls, ruminatively vetting the neophyte for divers interims. The perusal simply heeded his mammalian mentum reposed atop carpal ossein - the ulnas - well-nigh as though lachrymose. Surmised probe was anterior to the silver-brocaded molly’s maneuver, one that encompassed svelte physique to assume an upright posture anon; effectuated in an ornate, frangible kinesics.
Phalanges splayed against the uniform topography with identifiable treads, scapulae upraising and descending with each vis-à-vis feline fibula. The promenade was operated en route to the egress, of which a genesis of cessation eventuated - a standstill that had the physician’s cervix skew over humerus.
“Tarou-kun, I suppose it would do you good if you accompanied me to eat.”
In a recherché display, the feminine had inquired the tyro to tag along in sooth. Paradigmatically, she would ordain him fetch her viands, else the Oriental would never absent herself from the lair unless it was an obligation.
What then? Peradventure the queer ordinance had been out of assimilation for Tarou - again, something quite sparse as it was often a trial to be concerned with others’ emotions. It wasn’t in a dastardly way, no, but she never did understand - or care, for that matter - how to console someone. It was simply in her nature.

Her next solicit surprised the tryo slightly; never had she invited him to eat with her. But this was no request; the tone of her voice told him that this was a command. Still, in the case that she needed assistance of the sort, the tabby immediately trailed after her, a respectful nod following suit. "Yes, ma'am," he mewed, voice quiet.Lady Akiko | Camp Feeling quite confident at her choice, Akiko walked with her head high, knowing that Tsuki must be just as proud. Smiling inwardly, she continued the journey back to the valley, just as late afternoon was taking over. It won't be long before sundown. We have to bury Saburo and prepare for the Gathering tonight. As they passed over the red torii gate, Akiko tapped Tsuki's robust shoulder with her thin tail. "It would do you good for you to relax, Lady Tsuki, until sundown comes," she said, addressing the silver tabby with the title a only noble would have.

(I'm going to start working on a reply for each of them, but I like the responses, especially as starters, to be rather longer, so it may take me awhile to get all of them up. For now, I think I want to try getting the twins up.)
(And thanks, Moon. It is what it is. I'm having just a hard time with a few of my closest friends being sort of taken from me because their parents think that I'm not a good influence. Their reasoning on that is that I'm depressed, and feel that talking to others is healthy, as well as writing with others being a healthy thing. That is apparently not correct, in one of their mom's eyes especially, so her daughter can't talk to me at all right now because I was engaged in a writing thing with her, and because I let her rant to me when she was having a particularly hard time being in her house with her mom, who is really controlling. And it's hard to have been trying to do something positive and have it backfire like that. On a similar note, one of my friends got angry at me, and she won't expressly apologize about the really cruel things she said. So I'm not particularly thrilled with any of them...)

Albeit encephalon archived the neophyte’s assenting asseveration to her recommendation, the silver-brocaded molly enunciated nil — as was paradigmatic. Oculi simply took to squinting comparatively, pupils ergo dilating at the variance of refulgence; surmised lambency more scintillating than that of within the lair.
Aegean gander perused the locus, promenade abruptly catalyzing forth, almost as though the aggregate of grimalkins heeded was discombobulating. Evidently it was not the manifestation, but even so, one might speculate over the physician being a tad disquieted by communal activities as she scarcely departed the healer’s chambers.
Exterior of auricles rotated upon their respective commissures, hearkening disparate woebegone pules of still-lamenting kith and kin.

The Gathering Plot I think a timeskip will have to suffice for now.
It is currently midnight. Right now, most of the SakuraClan cats are preparing to make their way to the Gathering. You are to roleplay your characters participating if they are involved in the meeting and conversations. If your characters are staying in the camp for any valid reason, they should not interfere in any way. Your cats are free to question the leaders, and converse with the other clan cats or among themselves. ( I will be playing the various Clan cats, so don't fret. Just make like the all Clans are acquaintances. X'D )
It is like any other Gathering, but the Benitsuki ( "Red Moon"; which you should know about by the SakuraClan traditions ) appears in the sky as the Gathering ends. The demons are returning to the land, but it is not just any demon. They will be finally revealed at the third day of the plot.Unfortunately, I will have to play all of the other clan leaders, so my posts might be quite long. Just bear with me on that. ;u;
A starter post will be on the next page!
ᔕɿɱƿՆעᗰעς੮ע , Darktalon , Razz , Stormheart
Darktalon ;; ( I will allow you to return. I won't blame you for having school, as it's unavoidable. Try to maintain your activity so I won't have to delete you. We can make as if Isukei already had her kittens and the meddie cats are just helping her out, as we are preparing for the Gathering plot right now. c: ) Razz ;; ( I'm so, so sorry for not getting to you sooner, Razz. I had school. )
