Okay, I'm here! We were doing Mean streak, (my plot) right? The one when muse a goes to muse B's house for the summer to try and straighten out? And then which other one was it? Yeah, I think we were. And honestly, I can't even remember at this point, it's been too long to keep up with everything. ^^' I think it might have been the one with Travis in it? Honestly, though, I'd rather only do one plot with each person though. I tried doing multiple plots with a single person and it was a lot to keep up with. Why don't we just pick one and keep with it...?

Valkoinen came out of her apartment, dressed for work with her apron draped over her arm and her purse on her other shoulder. She didn't own a vehicle (the streets were always too crowded anyways) so she usually walked to work while it was still light outside and when her shift ended in the late evening, she usually claimed she took the bus home to avoid hearing lectures about how it was unsafe for her to walk around by herself at night. There were plenty of things she feared in this world, but walking home at night was not one of them. Besides, only a fool would mess with someone who constantly wore a scowl in public.
She'd considered quitting many times. She hated pretending to be a sweet or considerate person. She hated the fake smiles and dumb laughs she feigned just to keep her job. She couldn't help but feel like her IQ decreased a few points every time she pretended to laugh at a customer's joke. She'd probably heard every lame food pun and pick-up line ever written by now. The worse was that she had to pretend to be nice around most of her coworkers too. The other waitresses all trying to share make-up secrets, the manager pushing for her to color her hair a 'natural' color (for crying out loud, even her eyelashes were pale! How was that not a natural color?), the waiters talking down to her when she made mistakes. She'd gotten fairly good, and she hadn't messed up an order in a few months now (not counting all of the false complaints by customers trying to squeeze a free meal or dessert), so she'd avoided being hassled for some time. Still, she hated it. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if she got rid of Valkoinen and just stayed Faewild?
The walk to work was about fifteen minutes. Not bad at all, though she knew plenty of people who would complain. She entered through the back door of the building to avoid attention and confusion on the serving floor. As she entered, she pulled her apron over her shirt and hung her purse on the hooks near the door. She took a moment to straighten her hair and put on another false smile before going to clock herself in.

(That is absolutely fine! I'll try to make my replies as long as I possibly can, but when I'm on my Kindle, it'll be kind of hard. So if I ever start making replies too short, that may be why.)
Destiny remembered that terrible night all those years go. The screams of her friend keeping her awake at night when the nightmares got too bad. It was her fault they had been in the forest to begin with, after all. So the guilt never left her.
The girl always had a soft spot for her father's old battle horse. The stallion had been retired for two years before his leg injury, a nasty gash he received after having a run in with a feral dog in town. Luckily it survived, and Destiny had wanted to make sure he was getting enough exercise.
So with that excuse, she had convinced Axl to ride with her through the forest, giving the horse a well deserved outing after being cooped up in his stall for so long. She never meant to stay out as late as they had, nor did she realize how early the wolves came out to hunt.
She never forgot how she was screaming for Axl after she had returned to the safety of the gates. She never forgot the horror she felt as she watched the boy get dragged away by the enormous creature. Living in the castle meant she was sheltered from many things, and tales of werewolves were never spoken to her. Her father said they would only scare her too much. He was right. The site she saw that night had scarred her for life. It also gave her a new found determination.
After that night, Destiny had taken it upon herself to study everything she could about werewolves. Many people saw them as myths, so finding books with any information was scarce, but testimonies of the townspeople were much more helpful. Without her father knowing, she listened to the stories people shared with her about the beasts, taking in every detail. What she found out wasn't pretty, but she didn't expect it to be.
After years of gathering the information, she had figured out, with the help of a trusted personal tutor of hers, where a group of people lived that might be werewolves. Her tutor had made contact with the people there, and had made all the arrangements. She was to stay with these people for three months while her father thought she was away visiting a friend in the next town over. Had he known what she was planning, he would never allow her to carry on with it. So she had to work around him.
Now, she rode the same old battle horse, which had a few more grey hairs around the muzzle then before, down the path that lead to the house of the "werewolves." She would be lying if she said she wasn't nervous, but at least she wasn't alone. Her tutor had insisted on accompanying her to make sure she made it back to her father in one piece.

( AH i love them being together too. I mean, Lucinda is low-key super problematic but in like two days she'll probably end up being in love with him again and everything will be fine <3 ) Lucinda raised an eyebrow, there was a tiredness to her eyes that hadn’t been there before. She might have been only twenty but the girl seemed to have aged much faster. While Grigio had remained the same adventurous boy, Lucinda had been forced to grow up. To become the caste-climbing woman her father had needed her to be. “I would rather you offer me the bottle rather than a glass; however, it seems that will have to do.” She didn’t look at him as she spoke, instead Lucinda busied herself with removing the pins that had managed to keep her hair up – even after the events of her near drowning.
After that had been dealt with, she turned her attention to Grigio once more. Besides his unkempt appearance and newfound muscle, Grigio looked the same to her as he had when the two were just young elites. Lucinda found herself pondering what could have been had he not faked his own death. They might have been happy together – unsatisfied, but still happy.
A part of her couldn’t manage to get past his words, ‘I’m sure those feelings still linger, however far deep we may have buried them’. If only the man knew exactly how deep they had been buried. “I do not love you, please do not be mistaken. How am I ever to love a man who leaves with such ease?” Lucinda stood up, crossing the room to stand in front of him and their drinks. “However we do have a deal,” she continued. “And if that is not something to drink too, then I certainly don’t know what is.”
With that, Lucinda pressed against him and reached forward, grabbing the bottle and taking a swig from it as she stepped back. “Cheers, Grigio.”

Allie Jones had dropped the twins off at the middle school early that morning, knowing the boys would be irritated that they had to sit and wait in the hallways before the school officially opened. Well. That was their fault for deciding to ride with their sister rather than take the bus like normal 12 year olds. She had pulled into the parking lot right as the high school opened and parked her car, joining the flow of students heading inside. She met up with a friend by their lockers.
"Guess who I saw this morning?" Sarah asked, leaning against the locker next to Allie's as she loaded her school supplies inside.
"Who?" Allie asked, tired of playing Sarah's guessing games. She already had an idea of what the answer would be, but she turned to her friend anyway.
"Traaaavis," Sarah said, drawing out his name and winking at Allie. The other girl laughed as her friend pushed her away. Allie rolled her eyes. Yeah, Travis was a nice enough guy, but he just didn't seem like her type.
"Whatever. It's senior year. He's probably given up and found someone else. After all, it's not like I'm much compared to some of these other girls," she said, shrugging. As if it prove her point, one of the cheerleaders walked by, nodding at the two girls.
"Maybe you should just give the boy a chance. Clearly you are something special if he hasn't given up yet," Sarah sighed, serious now. "Good luck," she whispered, nodding when she saw Travis down the hallway. Sarah walked away, leaving Allie alone at her locker to think about the other girl's words.
While it was true that Travis hadn't given up (which ruined Allie's first theory about it being a prank), she was just sure that they wouldn't match up well. She thought he wasn't her type and figured she wasn't his type. And the attention from him flirting and asking her out all the time embarrassed Allie. It attracted attention from other people, and she didn't like attention. She was happy with her small group of friends and good grades.
Plus she was so busy between school, work, and riding that she wasn't sure she had time for a relationship. Part of her thought Sarah was right about giving him a chance but she shook her head. She didn't think it would work out for the two of them, which would just lead to heartbreak, and she was too busy for a boyfriend at the moment. Plus, was it really a good idea to get a boyfriend just for senior year, then both go their separate ways to separate colleges? Maybe if she explained all of this instead of just rejecting him, he'd understand. But as Allie watched Travis walk through the hall, her mind went blank and she wasn't sure how to explain it all. She didn't want to hurt his feelings, she just thought rejecting him would be better for both of them in the end.

(Okay, good xD He's not 100% done because there's a few dates I need to work out and things I'm unsure about, but everything related to his personality and such is done ^^)
As Stella have him an innocent smile, Lucas briefly glared at her. Despite the previous conversation about teasing, he didn't find that amusing. Part of blending in seamlessly with humans was being aware of culture - Batman included. "And I'm not that old," he said softly as he rolled his eyes. "I would've gotten in a hell of a lot of trouble for disrespecting my parents, or anyone for that matter, when I was human."
Lucas took his phone from Stella and slid it into his pocket as he nodded once at her. "Thanks," he said. He didn't bother asking her the name she had put her phone number under. Even if she had put it under a false name, he would still be able to find it for two reasons. One, his memory allowed him to remember which number belonged to who. Two, he didn't have that many contacts in his phone because he didn't keep phone numbers from humans he knew in cities in which he used to live.
"Ready," he said with a nod. He stood still for a moment as he looked at the front doors of the building. It was finally hitting him that this was a rehearsal dinner for a wedding, and weddings that weren't his were a slippery slope for his emotions. He let out a breath and shook his head in an attempt to clear it. "Yeah, I'm ready," he said again.

(Sorry it took so long to reply to you! I was very busy!)
Tonight was the night, the night she was on her mission alone. This was the first time she was, on her own since becoming a hunter. Every time she had gone out she had been with a team or at least one other person. Now it was her chance to kill one of those vile creatures. Vampires. The kind that had taken her family from her. Lilith let out a soft sigh, she was playing the bait. Of course she had weapons hidden on her under the layers of normal clothing she was wearing. She had to look the part after all.
There had been a vampire that was known for hunting down women, so tonight she played the part of a poor defenseless woman who was so be lured by the vampire. But really is was her who was going to do the luring. Her heels clicked lightly on the ground as she made her way toward where she had planned to corner the vampire. She of course was alone, just looking like a simple woman making her way home. Her long red hair was down in loose curls and she was done up in make-up to enhance her already pretty features. After all he went after young, a beautiful women so she had to look the part. It wasn't all the time that she put on make up and dolled herself up but she was already naturally pretty. She glanced around a bit, her bright blue gaze searching for anyone out of the norm, or anyone following her. So far she didn't see anyone odd or misplaced. At least for now everyone looked fairly normal. So, she just kept walking, hopefully the vampire would find her before she passed where she had planned everything out.

So getting my teeth out isn't as bad as I thought it would be!! But that may be because my roots weren't fully formed yet so it wasn't as invasive. I'm not in pain though, so that works for me~ If only the swelling in my cheeks would go down, that'd be perfect.

Val--; Drake slipped into the restaurant through the back entrance, effectively avoiding customers who would demand him to do some menial task for them before he was officially getting paid. He was a bit later than he normally was, but he wasn't going to think about the disappointment that had occurred earlier today that caused his delay. Instead, he shook it off and grabbed his card, swiping it and punching in his employee code before dumping his stuff in the backroom designated as the 'break room'.
"Hi," he said, flashing a tired smile in Valkoinen's direction. "Can I just say that I am so glad that I never work mornings? The lunch and dinner crowd are hard enough, but I think I might scream if I have to deal with the brunch bunch too. And I'm babbling again, sorry. Long morning."
Shutting up, Drake stretched, working the kink out of his neck before he started carrying trays laden with expensive meals that looked like they could barely feed a bird.
Night--; Axl stood stiffly beside Channing and his friends, Thanatos, Stella, and Chelsea, anxiously awaiting the arrival of the so-called 'expert' (according to Channing, Axl had a feeling he might be stretching the truth). This was the person who was supposed to 'cure' him, but Axl knew he couldn't be cured; not in the way he wanted to. He wanted to be human again, to go back home with his family and be normal again. But that was never going to happen. He bared scars his parents would never understand, and formed bonds with his pack that couldn't be broken.
Axl never did find out why he was targeted specifically that night. Apparently, the werewolf that had changed him had gone rogue suddenly and Axl was his last act of defiance before he just vanished into thin air. His thoughts drifted but the sound of an approaching horse and rider caught his attention. One of the few pros of being turned was heightened senses. The clip-clop of the horse's shoes on the ground sounded familiar, like he knew the horse. But that was impossible; he had only worked in one stable ever, and there was no way any of those horses would be coming this way unless they had been sold. It was highly improbable; the family he worked for was attached to their horses.
Regardless, he stood up straighter, a hard look on his face. He had no hopes, so he had nothing to lose. There was no way he'd feel disappointment when this human failed to cure him. As he was now, he was almost unrecognizable. He had filled in during his time with the wolves; he was more muscular and the fat he had held had melted off his form. His cheeks no longer held a boyish roundness and his eyes were almost always carefully devoid of emotion. Not to mention the collection of scars he had accumulated, most from that first night.
Nef--; They're both problematic. xD "Hey, I didn't even know if you would drink anything," Grigio grumbled, pouring them both a glass and handing it to her after she reached across him. He wasn't going to lie, he liked that. He liked have Lucinda close to him in that way. He drank quietly while Lucinda assessed him. She obviously needed to get something off of her chest in order to finally trust him (well, come close to trusting him as she would for now) and he wasn't going to interrupt that.
As she insinuated that it was easy for him to leave, he set his glass down quietly and looked at her evenly. "I never said leaving was easy," he told her in a quiet voice. "If you think that it was a decision I made on a whim, I'm afraid you are mistaken." He looked out the window in the cabin, blinking. "It was something that I lost sleep over. I'm sure you didn't notice then, but I had dark circles under my eyes when we first met. I hadn't slept the night before because I had finally reached my decision of leaving." He reached for his glass again, downing the rest of it.
"I almost stayed. After meeting you, I could see myself being happy living the life my mother wanted for me, but I'd never be... Satisfied. It wasn't enough for me." Grigio stopped suddenly, giving a bitter laugh. "I have everything I have ever wanted, but I still find myself wanting something else. Logically, I should want for nothing. But there's something missing and I've been searching for that missing piece of me ever since I left." He would never tell her, but Grigio was sure that the missing piece he was referring to was currently in Lucinda. She was his biggest 'what if' and he was determined not to let her get away again. He let her go once and he wasn't going to let her go so easily again.
Swin--; OH MY GOSH, I'm so sorry I missed you!! Normally I'm much better at keeping up with everyone but I've been so scattered-brained lately. >.< Thanatos Gray, or T as he preferred to go by, was leaning against a tree, bored out of his mind. He didn't see the point of being here. As far as he knew, his mentor and leader, Channing Devin, was only waiting to greet a few of his personal guests that were supposed to be arriving today, and it wasn't like he had absolutely had to be introduced as soon as they arrived. He could have waited until dinner that night.
He pulled out one of the various knives hidden on his body to inspect, huffing in annoyance and catching Channing's attention. The older man rolled his eyes, turning to face the young man standing behind him in the shadows. "Can you at least try to not look so angry?" he asked in an exasperated tone.
"Channing, this is my face. I can't control my default neutral expression," T replied in a dry tone, though he was scowling.
"Thanatos, your neutral expression isn't normally a scowl. Lighten up, I dragged you along because I think you'll get along with one of the people visiting us," he said. "So, please, try not to offend anyone."
"If anyone gets offended, it's their fault for being too sensitive," T quipped, seeing absolutely no fault in his sarcasm and dry humor. If people were offended by what he said, they didn't need to be friends in his opinion.
Channing only sighed, turning around to face forward again, muttering something under his breath that made T snort as he returned his attention back to his knife. Being part of the assassins guild in Ravenwood Forest meant that he was trained in different types of weapons, but he had chosen a specialty weapon. It wasn't uncommon, but he had only been there for three years and technically he wasn't finished with his training, but he was almost finished he could taste it. Children born into the Guild were able to chose whether or not they wanted to join up or live with them, away from the tyranny of the current king's rule. It was where political opponents sought refuge until it was safe for them to return to the capital. After they were sworn to secrecy, of course. And they all kept the Guild's location secret, after living with them. The Guild, while it was mostly known for their flawless assassinations, also carried out other services, such as retrieving stolen items and/or people as well as gathering information through any means necessary, even the... Unsavory methods. Thanatos was personally hoping to get into gathering information, having always been rather light on his feet. Plus, his weapon of choice was easily concealed within regular clothing and his uniform, so it worked well for him.
After a while, he was pulled from his thoughts when Channing said his name quietly. He frowned, before listening, soon hearing the telltale sound of horses making their way through the forest. He couldn't quite decipher how many were coming, but he knew it was more than one. He stood up straight, hiding the knife back in its little hiding spot and moving forward to stand next to Channing, his face taking his true neutral expression of vague disinterest.
Equine--; Travis, after finally finding his locker and setting it up the way he liked, was wandering the halls, looking for signs of his two best friends, Hunter and Ethan. They were blowing up his phone, telling him that they were almost there, but knowing them it probably meant that they were just leaving their homes.
He rolled his eyes, pocketing his phone and continuing on his merry way, eventually spotting Allie and Sarah at her locker. He paused, considering his options. He could go over there and talk to her or just breeze by. He wasn't quite sure which way he should go; he had had a crush on her for as long as he could remember, and when he finally got the courage to ask her out she turned him down. The rejection had stung but he could see where she was coming from; they ran in two different social circles. It logically didn't make sense for them to start dating, but Travis had never liked social constructs.
As Sarah walked away, Travis suddenly decided that he'd at least go talk to her. Even if she didn't like him the same way he liked her, that didn't mean they still couldn't be friends, right? Sighing is resignation, Travis strolled over there, having perfected the casual walk when he didn't feel casual at all years ago.
"Hey Allie," he said, flashing a friendly smile at her as he approached.
Misty--; "Well, everyone gets in trouble for disrespecting their parents. That hasn't changed since the start of time," Stella informed Lucas, rolling her eyes before slipping her hand in his to play along with the couple persona they were supposed to be exuding. She knew his hand was going to be colder than hers, but it felt like ice against her burning skin. Stella always did run hot though.
She started walking towards the doors, tugging Lucas along with her, her heart beating wildly in her chest. She was sure he'd be able to hear it with his freaking vampire powers, but that was in the back of her mind now. She was about to face the man that had broken her heart with a vampire that was technically supposed to be dead by her hand. When had her life gotten so complicated?
Looking for reassurance, Stella gave Lucas's hand a soft squeeze before pulling out the invitation and handing it to the doorman and walking into the reception hall. They were a little late (not enough to miss the meal), but most of the guests had already arrived. She canvased the room, not spotting Michael and his fiance yet (thank God), but she knew they were here somewhere.
"Let's find our seats," Stella suggested to Lucas, still clutching onto his hand tightly.
Inky--; You're all good! I take forever with my replies too, so. ^^' Axl followed the scent, letting himself be led further and further away from what he considered safety. He rounded a corner and stopped suddenly, nearly running into Lilith. He reached out and grabbed her shoulders to steady himself, looking startled. He was so focused on the hunt that he forgot to check for other signs of life.
"Ah, I apologize!" he said, releasing her and taking a step back. "I guess I was not paying attention to where I was going." He let out a small, nervous laugh as he looked at her. There was no doubt that she was pretty, beautiful in fact, and the scent he was following was exceedingly strong here, but he was still going to be cautious.
At first glance, Axl appeared the normal human male. He was tall, had ruffled brown hair, and skin that was paler than normal, but most humans brushed it off. To the trained eye, he screamed vampire though. His teeth, when he smiled, had a definite sharpness to them that they shouldn't, his brown eyes were ringed with red from his last meal, his skin was too pale to be healthy, and his hands were always cold. His overall attitude and personality were a bit stiff for the current era as well, seeing as he was a few hundred years old.
Axl was distracted tonight; if he was on his a-game, he'd have recognized the signs that Lilith herself was a hunter. No young woman would be out this late dressed as nice as she was by herself. The warning signs were all there, but he wasn't paying attention.

"I'm pretty sure there's some parents that don't give a s-." Lucas stopped mid-word as they approached the doors, ending both the conversation and one of the many words he wasn't supposed to use while at the rehearsal dinner.
As Stella slipped her hand into his, his response was pulling her toward him ever so slightly. Meanwhile, his face gave away no hint that her hand was much hotter than his. Truthfully, he found the sensation odd and slightly comforting at the same time - odd because, before meeting Stella, he hadn't felt it in years, and slightly comforting because it was a reminder of a time when he was truly happy. "You need to calm down," Lucas said softly, glancing over at her as he spoke.
He was then silent until she suggested they find their seats. Nodding once, Lucas scanned the remaining seats for theirs. He quickly found them, courtesy of his enhanced vision, and led Stella toward them. Now that they were in the presence of other people, anything he wanted to tell only her would have to be said in a much quieter manner.
