The scene showed many things for me.
Needletail is unpredictable.
Violetpaw still cares about Twigpaw despite telling her off.
Ivypool is definitely a good mentor for Twigpaw.
...And Twigpaw is precious and must be protected at all costs starting to lose the hope that she previously had despite everything that has happened to her before. )=

i wished she took on both needletail and rain at the same time. didn't the dark forest teach her how to fight two cats at once? and with one of them being a rogue without any warrior-specific technique it should've been easy and brilliant.
but a simple pin like that did not impress me and was kinda anti-climatic for me due to her fighting potential.
