It seems like Onestar was more upset about her death than he would have been if she was any old Clanmate. Or maybe he just really cares about his clan idk. Doesn't really seem like it from what we know about him but you never know~

or it just was him going crazy and stuff

Yeah, that's actually what I was thinking when I was reading the book. If they are related, then his anger makes even more sense and even a bit saddening, actually.
