As much as I like Tawnypelt, she is too old to lead ShadowClan. She's like ten years old almost. ShadowClan needs a younger cat to take over as leader

Part of me feels like I shouldn't have added Tawnypelt, she's getting too old lol. But I would have liked a Tawnystar over a annoying Rowanstar.

An Oakstar would be just like Rowanstar(probably much more mean and shy, actually), to be honest. Definitely not him.

Snowstar the Shadowclan leader and Lilyheart, his loyal mate and/or deputy? Or maybe his sister Ambermoon would join him and be deputy. Heck, move the entire family to Shadowclan! |

I don't know if this is true or not, but I don't think any of the cats have even referred to Tigerstar by his name anymore so you wouldn't have that problem with two Tigerstar's since the first one is disgraced, forgotten since the whole dark forest deal.

I'd love a Tawnystar, I really would. However, she's too old at this point. From what I've heard about Dawnpelt, I'd think it'd be cool for her to be leader. Besides, the last female leader in ShadowClan we had was, well, Dawnstar I think.

Tawnypelt would probably make the best leader, but she is so old. Also it might be weird for her to be leader of ShadowClan when her brother is leader of ThunderClan.
Snowbird is also pretty old if I remember correctly. Also we don't know much about her, Scorchfur, or Wasptail.
Needletail and Sleekwhisker would make terrible leaders as they completely disregard the rules.
That leaves us with Tigerheart and Dawnpelt. I think Dawnpelt would be the better leader of the two. She was really cool in Thunder and Shadow and has matured so much since the whole Flametail incident. Also, Tigerheart is already distracted with his feelings for Dovewing.
