( haha sure.)
A boy with dark, shoulder-length hair vaulted over the fence in a back alley, messenger back slung across his chest. He skidded to a stop to snatch a parchment out of the air that had slipped out of his grasp, then dashed around the corner of a baker's shop, on his way towards the palace

(I still don't really know what rank he can be xD)
Ciel headed through the town, looking for anything out of the usual. This is when he spotted the messenger running toward him. He frowned and quickly side stepped to avoid being taken out. "Excuse me! You had better watch where you're going," the by warned, shaking his head.

(He could be the son of a NPC nobleman or something. Kurt's just a street urchin lol)
Kurt slid to a halt as a small cloud of dust rose from the street. "Excuse yourself mister, some of us have to work to make a living." He took in the other boy's cleaner appearance and jumped to the conclusion he was a much higher class than himself. He should probably be more respectful.

(Okay sure ^^ I can't think of anything lol oh poor Kurt hah)
Ciel leaned forward the tiniest bit, glaring at the other boy. He was silent for a second, then continued when he realized he had nothing else to say. "I'm sorry, what was that?" He straightened up again, crossing his arms. "Yes, you better hurry off now, but be more careful. You wouldn want to cause an accident, would you?"

Hinata landed awkwardly on his tailbone when Komaeda knocked into him, sharp pain shooting into his spine. Unfortunately, they collided in a spot where the rain poured through gaps in the canopies of archways and overhangs and stall canopies, and he was quick to become soaked as well; His careful work dodging and ducking under shelters went to waste in a matter of seconds.
For a few seconds, his eyes were shut tight, trying to shake off the pain of getting the wind knocked out of him and landing on the stones like so, biting back curses. The werewolf wasn't paying much attention to the person he had ran into, until he heard a very quiet 'sorry'. Hinata glanced up at them, abruptly, eyes widening when their appearance registered in his head.
What a striking similarity, huh? The dreams may have been muddled nonsense, but it was almost uncanny that he resembled..
He quickly shoved this aside when he finally noticed he was staring like a deer in the headlights, and at the same time as Komaeda, broke eye contact to stand up. Hinata nimbly pushed himself back on his feet, ignoring the dull, achy pain in his back and the butterflies in his stomach. "It's okay," he mumbled after the second time Komaeda apologized, running a hand through the front of his soaked hair, studying him for a few seconds. An unmistakable pair of calico cat ears poked from his head, a tail curling around his leg idly. His clothes looked expensive. Too expensive to possibly be.. He met his eyes again, and he noticed once again he had been staring.
Everything was completely different about his appearance, yet, he was certain he was looking at the same face from his dream.
"Eh? You want me to..?" He's running away from someplace.. Someone was chasing him? "I.. A-alright, then?" Hinata stumbled over his words. He didn't have much to say, due to a combination of being flustered, in pain, and unsure if he should even ask. When the royal pet waved and said his goodbyes, the werewolf moved out of the way and watched him continue to run down the street, soaking his silky clothing more and more.
..Komaeda, huh? That's his name, isn't it?
Hinata started again when he was long gone, making his way down the street once more, finally arriving at the marketplace. The rest of the time he spent out and about was a blur. He picked up the boxes and sacks of yeast and sugar and things he didn't even know went into pastries until now from the specific stores Naegi informed him about. He even managed to completely ignore the meat stall; Every time he passed by it, he normally had to stare longingly at the various plucked game fowl and freshly slaughtered animals on hooks and chopping boards. However, with the pressing concern that he had just had a precognitive dream of someone he had just met less than ten minutes ago in mind, he barely gave it a passing glance this time around.
Finally, after facing the horde of lines and bargaining troubles, he carried the groceries slowly back down the streets, back to where they were needed. The rain let up only slightly, but somehow, he was managing.

He wasn't looking for a fight, if he got injured he couldn't move as quickly to deliver messages. However, he had been taunted one too many time by other boys like this one that he couldn't help a snide remark or two.

Ciel blinked, tilting his head to one side. "Excuse me? Have you any idea who you are speaking to? That is no way to to act in front of the upper-class, now is it?" He asked, though he wasn't really expecting him to answer. He wasn't even expecting an apology from the rude boy. "Sorry, perhaps you haven't been taught proper manners."

Kicking up mud as he ran, Komaeda was careful to not slip again, continuing to dodge in and out between passerbys. This was not an unusual occurance. In fact, he got out of the castle at least once per day, so the sight of the royal pet roaming where he wasn't supposed to be was not uncommon.
Reaching the entrance of the bakery, he tried to skid to a stop, resulting in him slipping. Again.
Picking himself up and off the ground, Komaeda, again, pat off what mud he could before waving to the exitting Chamomile, pushing the door open with a dirt covered gloved hand. Beaming at the baker, he took out some coins from the bag that hung at his side, smearing the shiny surfaces with mud. "Can I have five anpans? Keep the change."
Sighing, Naegi reluctantly took the money, pocketing it away. "...No one's following you this time, right?" He asked cautiously, grabbing the sweet buns off the shelf and placing them on the counter.
"Nope! Or, at least, I don't think so." Last time, he had lead some knights into the bakery in an attempt to hide from them, and had been sold out by one of the costumers. Not only was this devastating for Komaeda, but it had interrupted Naegi's business, as everyone who had been in the building at the time had been startled by the appearance of Your Highness' knights. It was not uncommon for the princess to drag someone off to the guillotine. Not at all.
Slipping the gloves off his hands, he pocketed them away, swiping the desserts off the counter before settling in at a table. Komaeda wrung his hair out first, then his tail, letting out a long, drawn out sigh as he did so. Rain was just so gross when you didn't wear a cloak out. It clung to his fur and his hair and made the dirt all squishy and--
Suppressing a disgusted shiver, he took a bite into one of the buns, the earthy, sweet taste flooding his mouth almost immediately. His thoughts drifted, naturally, to the boy he had seen earlier. The familiar boy with bright eyes that held a bright, strong hope...
He could feel his heartbeat quicken at the memory of their encounter, gaze unfocusing as he tried to recall all the little details. A voice so wonderful, a voice that made him feel calm by the very sound of it...
...Pure serenity. Pure hope.
Letting out a dreamy sigh, he bit off more of the anpan as he lost himself in his thoughts.
...Could he at least have taken his gloves off before giving me the money? Naegi exhaled in exasperation, leaving the counter to check on the beans he had begun to boil earlier. Using the cloth he held in his hand, he took off the lid to see that enough time had passed, quickly placing it to the side. He moved the pot to a less warmer part of the oven, now bringing it to a pleasant simmer.

(AHH i am so sorry, I should probably just leave instead of making you wait while I vanish x-x ) "My appologies, dearest sir." Kurt said with a mock bow. "How ever was I to know?" Then he dropped the polished voice and slipped more into street brouge. "Me dad 'n mum ne're had zhe time, seein' as zheir dead an' all." He grinned, not bothered by his statement one bit. "Guess I'mma have to act like a normal person instead of strutting about asking everyvone about zheir manners, eh?" With that remark, he spun around and took off again, dodging around a corner and back into the alleyways of the city.

(hi clo ! hey lark, im doing alright ^^) After having lost track of where Riliane had run to after the morning bustle, Peridot had decided to use the opportunity to finish resorting her messed parchment before another need arose. She'd made her place in a study as she went through each page of the documents to put them back in order, occasionally drifting in and out of focus as her nightmares caught up with her again. She hated dwelling on the reoccurring dreams and trying to make sense of it all. They were just dreams and yet she couldn't help the strange feelings that welled up each time she had a new one.
And of course here she was getting distracted again. Peridot lightly slapped her cheeks and shook her head. "I have to focus," she muttered to herself.

(the characters have been waking up from nightmares/meeting up with each other and just going about 'normal' business for now o:) Peridot's shoulders hunched at the disturbance, but she held in a sigh. She only had a few more pages left to sort, and the very last thing she wanted was for something to happen to make ruin it all again. Planting her hands firmly on the parchment to keep it from accidentally getting blown from the desk, she looked up at Noctin as she gave him a nod of greeting. "Good morning, Noctin," she said, "can I help you?"

(hey stri do you want to continue with crutchie and madoka?^^) Peridot carefully lifted her hands to sift through the other papers beside her. "Ah yes, these two letters should be delivered by noon to [insert noblemen names here]. And--" the advisor slipped one more letter out and added it to the pile-- "a tax notice for that shepherdess," she said, handing the letters out to Noctin. An idea struck Peridot then, and she put on her best innocent face. "Say, Noctin. It's been awfully quiet around for a certain cat, and it's just a hunch, but if you just so happen to see Komaeda while you're out could you please bring him back? And I'm sure Her Highness will be worried if he's out in this weather." Peridot was about ready to do anything to avoid being the one sent out for that pet.

(night echo!) Madoka nodded quickly. "Of course he will! Naegi is really nice," she assured Crutchie. Giving him a smile, she began to walk in the bakery's direction, and as she did she felt water droplets hit her head as the rain reached where she and Crutchie were. "Looks like we better hurry if we don't want to get too wet!" Crutchie hesitated another second before nodding and limping quickly to catch up with Madoka. His smile fell slightly at the feeling of rain, but he'd survive. "I 'ope the storm blows over soon," he murmured nervously, thinking of how difficult it would be to walk after the rain stopped. He'd live, but his messages might come a little slower than they should. The boy pushed the thoughts away, instead focusing on the idea of helping in the bakery.
