I think it was Molewhisker with Honeypaw, Rosepetal with Larkpaw, and Bumblestripe with Leafpaw. I'm going to check the book again... EDIT: Okay, quotes found. Molewhisker was coaxing Honeypaw onto the tree-bridge. “I’ll be right behind you,” he promised his apprentice. “If you slip, I’ll grab y our scruff.” Rosepetal trotted toward Alderpaw. “Is Larkpaw awake?” Leafpaw snorted. “Warriors aren’t meant to be afraid of anything.”
Bumblestripe nudged her play fully. “I’ll remind y ou of that next time we smell a fox while we’re out training.” |

FernxIvy is a no in my book. Not sure about RosexBumble though. Personally, I like it, so far it's pretty smooth and not shoved in our faces. I'm also interested to see Ivypool balance her warrior duties, while also being a queen, and a stay at home Fernsong sounds interesting. On the other hand, I'm not big on Dovewing possibly getting a mate like the Erin's implied before AVoS. At this point, she might end up back with Tigerheart....And as much as I don't like Bumblestripe, I think he and Rosepetal would make a good match, since it was implied at the end of BrS. I wonder if Cherry and Storm will get together too? |

I won't complain if Fern x Ivy does become canon, but I'm certainly not a fan. I'd be ok with Dovewing and Tigerheart getting back together provided no one else found out, there were no kits involved, and it didn't cause any other issues. Which we all no wont be the case. I wish there were more forbidden relationships like Gorsetail and Beechfur's. We never hear about them and there's no drama incolved. Rosepetal x Bumblestripe doesn't seem to bad though. I think it would be great if that became canon. I actually sorta see Dovewing as asexual, because I don't see her getting with anyone but Tigerheart, and I don't think they're gonna get back together unless someone moves to another clan. Other then that, I think she's fine on her own, single. |
