Dawnpelt *spoilers for TaS*

I loved her in this book and I felt so sorry for her. She is very loyal and I think she's a great mother as well, it's just a shame her kits aren't loyal. Though it looked like she and Strikestone have a pretty good relationship.

She had a hard life. I admire that she handled everything that happened to her in TaS really well. It really shows her growth from OOTS.

i don't understand how she can go as far as to accuse jayfeather of murdering her brother with little to no proof, then be inconsiderate to twigpaw's feelings for wanting to discuss about her dead mother to her only living relative.

Well she wasn't exactly wrong either. As much as I like Jayfeather in a way he was involved with Flametail's death, it just wasn't intentional, like Dawnpelt thought. And the other cats, the majority at least, were in agreement with her view. Still, I don't blame her either, like the others said, she was greiving over Flametail still, and when something like that happens it can drive you to do certain things.
