I’ll add the new characters later when I’m on my computer. I’m not forgetting - just don’t like messing with the coding in my phone

I just realized 2/3 of the characters I submitted are introverted.

Quartz Silva - 16 - District 2 - @edgelord 
Quartz is a beautiful girl with shiny blonde hair that falls into soft curls, and dazzling light blue eyes. She has fair skin with hardly any blemishes, except for a pair of dimples that appear anytime she smiles. With long legs and gentle curves, she stands at a height of about 5'7", and all of her movements are calculated and elegant. With her charming looks and way with words, Quartz finds that she can get away with just about anything. The girl acts like a typical air head blonde, but she's incredibly clever. She can also be incredibly cruel, masking her antagonistic ways through her glamour. Quartz is quick, overly confident, and has a pretty selfish streak. Growing up in a career district favored by the Capitol definitely had its privileges, especially with her father being a head Peacekeeper. As a young girl, Quartz trained in ballet before starting her combat training. She is highly skilled in hand-to-hand combat, her quick movements and light footsteps make her a competent opponent for those bigger and stronger than her. Quartz is also proficient with any kind of blade, specifically daggers and spears. She is the oldest of three daughters, and was pretty much spoiled growing up. With her families extensive military background, Quartz is honored to have been voted by her district as their female tribute and hopes to make her friends and family proud by winning the first ever Quarter Quell.  

Klein Andrews - 14 - District 8 - @edgelord
Klein has a young, attractive face, with freckles dusting his pale cheeks and shoulders. He has kind, hazel eyes and wavy ginger hair that he often keeps styled out of his face. Having recently hit his growth spurt, Klein is already 5'8" in height and looks like he'll grow taller as he gets older. Growing up, Klein has always been a quiet kid who likes to keep to himself. He is patient, careful with his words, and hates confrontation, yet somehow possesses natural leadership skills. Klein has been known to be a good person who usually has a kind thing to say to just about anyone. He tries to be helpful and is often picking up his schoolmates' shift at the factory when they can't. Not particularly skilled in any combat or weapons, he does know his way with a needle and has always been a hard worker. Klein started working at one of the factories when he was 11 in order to help support his parents and 4 other siblings. He is the middle child of two older sisters and two younger brothers. He's always tried to keep out of trouble, his only focus being school and work. He'll be shocked come reaping day to find out that his district voted him as their tribute.

Penny Harmon - 17 - District 12 - @edgelord
An average looking girl, Penny has olive toned skin with long, straight brown hair and face framing bangs. She has big brown eyes and an unassuming face. Not particularly tall, Penny stands at about 5'4" but she seems shorter. A modest and traditional girl, Penny can often seem indifferent towards others, but really she's just careful about whose side she's taking. Overall, she is easy-going, intuitive, and quite a devoted person. Despite being overall pretty average, Penny has a quiet fiereness hidden behind her bashful appearance. She is the only daughter to the mayor of Distrct 12 and her mother died when she was five years old. Being the mayor's daughter, even if it doesn't mean much in her district, she's used to the spotlight but tries to avoid it as much as possible. Penny knows how she's supposed to act in public, and while she's encouraged to make many friends, she's been warned to never make enemies. So, she's always been careful of her appearance. Not very strong, Penny has at least had some self defense training, but she excels in traditional healing with herbs and the little resources found in her district. She's often sneaking around to the workers compound to heal the miners, and sells medicine for trade at The Hob.

is it one per year? and sorry, I haven’t I was planning on watching it soon

As much as I’d like for you to be here, I really want to have people who are familiar with the series in this RP just for the sake of ease as we go along. I’m glad you’re interested, but I think this isn’t the right fit in that way.

eta further explanation; the RP will rely quite heavily on the context of knowing the series. I think it will be frustrating for both of us once we get started having to teach/learn at the same time.

Kaori Ren - 17 - District 6 - Sand
Kaori is a lithe, tall woman for her age and most notably, the district she’s from. She has short, dark black hair that’s cut into a sleek bob that stops beneath her chin. They are paired with thick black bangs which frame her face. Her nose is small like a button though it flares downwards. Her complexion is pale, with her lips being thin and small. They are a pale shade of bronze which contrasts the tone of her skin. She has deep, dark brown eyes.
Kaori is known for being a bold woman. She’s the type to speak her mind whether it’s the right time or not. This can lead to her ending up in easily avoidable conflicts yet she powers through it. She is sarcastic, usually opting for more of a deadpan approach than a serious one. Kaori is impatient and impulsive, making her a decent target in any arena. One wrong move from her impulsivity could lead her to an injury or worse— death. As she is from District 6, her family’s background is in transportation. She doesn’t have any notable skills other than navigating the train tracks which she learned when she became an employee of the transportation system in her district. She is quick on her feet due to her long, striking limbs. Kaori is runner which is something she took up in school.
Kaori’s parents had her when they were younger. Her father is an operator of a high-speed train. She has two younger siblings that are twins (toddler aged) who her mother cares for. Her grandmother lives with their family as well, so it’s a pretty packed household. Although Kaori still lives at home, she’s wanted to move out for a few years now and create new roots in District 6. Maybe with a chance at the Hunger Games she can do just that and more.
