I think Cypress fits the most, it fits Treeclan because Cypress trees grow in water, and Seaclan for the same reason Of course it doesen't fit Shellclan but if we pick one that does fit it, it wouldn't fit Treeclan and that's the most unique one compared to the others, and I think it should have some representation in the name.
Mangrove fits aswell but Cypress sounds better imo.

Cypress have stronger branches tho! you can use them to catch birds and sit on the roots for fishing! Also you can use the dead branches as building as well.. ^^

🎄tansypool🪿 hear me out what if we combine the ideas and Cyrove.. a mix of cypress and mangrove trees, the cypress part is used for hunting and the mangrove is used for dens

Well, they'll just be living in ShellClan camp - which won't change lol. It'll just be made larger. The dens are mostly bramble bushes and the camp is in a small valley between two hills.

I need everyone to tell me whether you want your cats to be a SWIMMER or a RUNNER. PLEASE don't segregate based on previous clan. So, I do want some Sea cats to be Runners and some Tree cats to be Swimmers and Shell can be a mixture of both! EDIT: Apprentices and Mentors WILL be switched around once we separate into Swimmers and Runners! So, apprentices may change mentors, keep in mind! |

I know you said we should try to not make every TreeClan cat a Runner but in my case it seems to suit both of them best. But if I really have to split it up then Cedarfrost would be the better choice for a Swimmer

Yea, I get why it's best to mix things up. It's just that I've been trying to imagine either of those two as Swimmers and it just doesn't really fit them, they both strongly prefer land over sea unfortunately. So thank you for allowing both of them as Runners and sorry for them being this way. Normally I like it when my characters kind of have a will of their own but here it's really troublesome, haha. Hopefully the others have an easier time separating their former TreeClan and SeaClan cats!
And oooh, I like that name!
