TNP. OOTS is an unholy mess but at least it's not a snoozefest with a stupid ending.

Rome wasn’t built in one day, and neither was the modern writing team’s capability. AVoS is proof of that.

AVoS had potential but they kinda fumbled at the end. Thankfully they learned from their mistakes and TBC and ASC are both much better in terms of writing and quality in my opinion.
OotS is a close runner up. It had its downs but it at least managed to secure its ending.

DOTC belongs in Carrionplace with the rats. TBC is close second, but at least I got some laughs from it.

OOTS is a bag of missed potential that underutilized its main characters and clearly didn’t know what to do with their powers. At least AVOS embraces its low-key second half and has fun character moments and small important moments. OOTS is just bland.

I actually like OOTS.
You know what's not memorable? The second half of AVOS.

asc reads like a parody of annoying warrior cats arc moments except for like, curlfeather and berryheart, and when the strongest point in an arc is a villain who's dead by the end of book one and isn't revealed to be a villain until nearly book 5 that's not a good sign

DOTC’s hands down. I struggled even completing that arc. I disliked all of the pov characters and hated how she-cats like Storm and Turtle Tail were used and discarded and don’t even get me started on the way poor Bumble was treated.

AVoS imo. The first half was quite enjoyable but they made the huge mistake of killing off the main villain (Darktail) mid arc and replacing him with two annoying Tigerstar I descendants (Sleekwhisker and Tigerstar II) as antagonists instead smh.

even though dotc is still my fav arc it's also a disaster. I think it's earned its votes here. even outside of the more immediately notable issues I'm always baffled by one eye and slash- why introduce a villain with a unique vibe and play him up as super threatening and then...kill him off that same book...and replace him with a watered down version of him the next book??? And that's supposed to be the final villain of the arc???
it suffers from the same "last 3 books are kind of lame" issue as avos.

of the main series, I haven't finished the first arc.
But I heard DotC was bad so I'm voting for it.

Most of the arcs were terrible, but my vote goes to DOTC. valid opinion, to be honest most Warrior arcs are not that good when you step back and think about them. they're passably enjoyable but once you get a little older and develop a better sense of literary quality its like. hmm. these books were not as good as 12yro me used to think.

I liked Violetshine and Twigbranch and loved the first half, but the second half of AVoS was just awful. It was boring, disappointing and hard to read. Second worst goes to OotS in my opinion.

"Power of Three" is so boring. This Arc is what made me give up on the saga years ago, and it's still a pain to have to reread it. And with all of Vicky's confessions, we really understand why: POT was built on a single scene (the fire scene), the authors really don't know what to do with Hollyleaf and Lionblaze during most of the books, Ashfur's development is a disaster (his relationships with Brambleclaw, Squirrelflight and their children are super random), Sol is an absolutely pitiful antagonist despite a very good concept. Vicky also admitted that she was not satisfied with the way she had used him in the story.
"Omen of the Stars" has super shaky foundations, which makes the story created over 2 Arcs very disappointing. The ending is so unimpactful compared to the expected effect. The only thing that saves this Arc for me is the Ivypool/Dovewing relationship.
"Dawn of the Clans" completely misses its main goal, which is to show the birth of the Clans. I still don't understand why they didn't make Star Flower the antagonist after Clear Sky. The treatment of female characters is generally awful (even if there are fortunately exceptions), the Clans are named in the last chapter of the last book, we don't see the birth of the Warrior Code at all... And yet, our heroes don't learn much, since they already have warrior mentalities when they arrive from the Tribe. And it's so boring. Why not have done what everyone expected by showing alliances of loners, rogues and kittypets, instead of creating the Ancients > Tribe > Clans loop? Sigh.
And I absolutely hate the direction StarClan has taken since Tigerstar II's resurrection in AVOS.

Warrior cats suffers a LOT from the six book format, especially when they resolve the main conflict by book three. AVOS is a great example of this. Anyways DOTC sucks please let me change my vote.
Why did they make Clear Sky a good person
Evil Clear Sky was awesome.

AVOS actively destroyed my interest in reading Warriors for a very long time. It started out good, but just ended in a big dumpster fire. I disliked so many characters in that arc/era, and it just really broke me out of the magic of the series that I only really kind of just got back from ASC. So, yeah, worst arc by far for me was AVOS
