The question has been asked before, but since I'm sure most of us have read the spoiler thread for Star, I'm curious if that has changed for anybody.
Personally my favourites are:
1. Ashfur - Okay in PoT, but in TBC he skyrocketed to the top spot. Entertainingly fun.
2. Tigerstar I - Classic villain but still good.
3. Splashtail - There's valid criticisms of his character but I still enjoyed him and the part he played. Curlfeather is a pretty close contender for this spot, though.

hawkfrost (i think his relationship with mothwing as well as his parents are incredibly interesting which is most of his appeal to me), ashfur (overall fun villain and "nice guy"-esque character that sticks in my mind), curlfeather, sol and darktail.

This is a tough one, I like most of the WC antagonists (except Sol, Slash and Hawkfrost).
I would say Clear Sky, Tigerstar I and Darktail!

But for the third...I think Curlfeather has gained that spot now.

Scourge is forever #1 but Curlfeather and Tigerstar are pretty close runner ups! Cats who have aura >>>>

Against most people's opinions, I like Sol. Also Splinter from DotC (his name is also really cool). Scourge is also my favorite because hes a short guy with anger issues

I still really like Scourge. I also like the simplistic yet pure evil energy that Brokenstar gave. With zero remorse and zero redemption, he was pure evil and sometimes I love the over the top evil characters.
I also liked Tigerstar ofc, classic.

I’m Scourge’s #1 supporter forever and will gladly die on that hill!
Close runner ups are Tigerstar OG and Curlfeather though. Love when a villain has a compelling backstory and interesting motivations.

1. Scourge (Little tiny trash gremlin comes out of nowhere and goes "BOO! I just killed the main bad guy with my emo dog claws." Probably the most clearly evil character we ever got and that's a good thing)
2. Mapleshade (Evil female villain that decides she just likes screwing people over and killing guys)
3. Darktail (The guy with the highest death toll. Great at manipulating cats and well written. The best thing to come out of AVOS except for Needletail. Little mad about the constant trope of "My dad doesn't love me/abandoned me!" though)
