  Welcome Hello yall, and welcome to Petrichor Dreams, a layout shop! For some of you, this is going to be an absolute blast from the past. For others, this might be your first time experiencing a forum coding shop. In both cases, welcome! There have been a lot of new members around here recently looking for fancy code: for roleplay layouts or post headers, for signatures or fanfics. I've got you covered! All you have to do is fill out a form with what you want, and I'll handle the rest.

 About A graphics shop is a place for you to request code and graphics to customize your projects, roleplays, or replies! You do NOT need to have any prior knowledge of coding to use your code: simply copy the stuff in the box on your pickup link, and then paste the code into the "BBCode" tab. Switch back to the "Preview" tab and edit your code to your heart's content! Note! I am not the best at picking color palettes. If you want the best result, please give me an exact color palette with your request. You can use the color picker in the post creation tool to find the hexcode of a color. Okay: red, dark red and black

I specialize in post layouts for roleplays.
☁ -- Graphics -- Banners, headers and dividers are all within my repertoire. However, my layouts generally don't use graphics and instead rely entirely on code to form borders and titles.
☁ -- Signatures -- I know coded signatures haven't been in style, but there once was an era when they were all the rage. I can do graphic signatures and coded ones.
☁ -- Layouts -- Need a coded page for a roleplay, den, or fanfiction? You've come to the right place! Layouts take a while and slots are limited, but Rules ☁ -- Be kind -- I'm running this shop because I enjoy it. Please do not be pushy or rude, or ask when your request will be completed.
☁ -- Alterations -- I am willing to do one modification pass if you don't like the product you receive, but no more than that. Please be specific in your request form and any modification requests you make: the more details I have, the easier it is for me to create exactly what you're looking for.
☁ -- Image rights -- This is a personal rule of mine, but if you want an image as part of your request (character art, background images ect) you must have express permission to use that art and/or use stock images. I refuse to use licensed images or AI generated artwork in these requests, so do not submit them.
☁ -- Watermarks -- Layouts will have the cat watermark on the right, while post headers will have the simple watermark on the left. Do not remove the watermarks from my code and claim it as your own.

Post header examples These are all post headers. People use these in roleplays to organize their replies and make each character unique. There is typically a header (above, where the character name usually is) a body (where the rp goes) and a footer (below, typically for OOC or tags). When requesting, please describe what information you'd like to be placed in the header and footer locations. EXAMPLE 1:character at place
with character ★ In this example, the header has a place for a character name and two other lines for extra information (usually people like a place and what characters are in the scene).
This footer is separated from the body and has a place for OOC chat and to tag roleplayers mentioned in the body.
★ Tags go in blue and out of character comments go here ★
didn't know you could comment huh well it's not this is just a font size of 0px so it doesn't show. I could write a whole story in here that you couldn't see unless you quoted the code isn't that funny and cool. This one only has an OOC section and does not have any other sections in the header besides a character name.

This is a very simple, transparent post header. It's old but it gets the job done.

tl;dr: it also has a tl;dr for summaries, so people skimming know what happened in the reply! - - - Name Place . with characters This is where the rp text would go. It's a transparent header and fairly simple, but keeps things organized easily! |

LMAO I went back on waybackmachine to see if I could find any old graphics shops on the original forums, ya know, to try and match the style for ~nostalgia~ reasons right? WOW I thought they were so elegant back in the day, but most of them were just... really bad. Clashing colors, big boxes, broken text. crazy what those rose-tinted glasses make you see haha
bro I'm so happy with this little kitty watermark she's only a couple dozen pixels but I love her already <3

and thank you! It took a few iterations and I'll probably tinker with the colors and the body box for a while yet, but it was a fun thing to work on, esp the little twinkles haha. I really wanted to have dotted lines on the sides and I think that part came out exactly how I wanted it to!
hopefully there's enough new faces here to support a shop. =o

You are truly a miracle worker Brownie ^^ thank you again! will be coming back once I find an excuse tooGlad you like it!! the end design was the marriage of two happy accidents when I was trying for a different effect and I think it came out well! the hardest part was making it readable on mobile devices, because I really, really try to make all my code mobile-compatible as much as I can (or at least the rp body is easy to read) every time I look at this thread, I keep reading the banner as Dreoms and then cringe and promise to fix it asap but I just. haven't done that yet. lmao |

it literally took me. less than a minute to fix
(+4 minutes of a comedy of errors: forgetting to make it transparent, one of my layers losing its mask, and then accidentally turning the sparkles off, and THEN uploading the still instead of the animated one smh)

Colors - #2e5073 (background), #8196ab (Headers and additional lines/boxes, etc.) #ffffff (font color) Vibe - Stormy Image background [not recommended] - N/A Extras [please be as DETAILED as you can; wide or thin? what kind of headers do you like? testing It was hard to miss Nightbeast scent. Each Nightbeast smelled different, but in a way, they were all the same: so sour it curled his lip and made Plumstripe sneeze, buzzing with ozone and with a hint of carrion, of something long dead and rotted.
This Nightbeast also carried the musk of a reptile and an earthy scent Plumstripe couldn't identify. "Peat moss?" he suggested.
"Pond earth?" Furledstar added. DuskClan's leader crouched beside the drop of dark ichor, his nose wrinkled, either from concentration or distaste.
It was Tulippaw that had the most insight, the young tom's grey eyes going wide as he checked the scent beside his mentor. "It's willow bark," Tulippaw said, licking the scent from his lip. He looked surprised to have recognized it. "Mothpuddle gave me some for headaches, it smelled just like that."
"Nice, Tulippaw," Plumstripe praised the black tabby tom, who ducked beneath the praise, bashful.
"Have none of you ever had headaches before?" Tulippaw mumbled.
Furledstar flicked his tail, calling Fireglide back from where she'd been watching on a nearby Star jutting from the ground while the others investigated. "Let's see if we can't get eyes on it. We don't know how big it is, so I'll leave it up to you, Plumstripe. But don't take unnecessary risks."
"Sounds good."
The Nightbeast's trail ran parallel to the Nightlands, so Furledstar took Tulippaw south, back towards DuskClan's camp, leaving Plumstripe and Fireglide to take the northbound tracks. "It got far too close to camp," Fireglide said softly, once the two were on their way. The scent was thick and impossible to lose, the trail following the path of least resistance through tumbles of rocks and pools of water.
"That's why we're here," Plumstripe noted. "Furledstar and Tulippaw scented it earlier, when they were training, but didn't risk investigating further since it was far into the Dimreaches." It was always disturbing to find one, though. Usually the Nightbeasts were hesitant to venture into the Twilight, and finding one brave enough to stay on their borders for so long meant it was certainly dangerous.
The trail led into a tunnel, where the cavern walls pinched close together. It would open back up on the other side, Plumstripe knew, but the narrow tunnel was long and dark, Stars absent, and they couldn't see more than a few paces into it. The idea of being trapped inside made his hackles prickle. "Wait here," he said to Fireglide, gathering his courage. "I'll scout it out first. If it's clear, I'll call you." And he wanted someone to protect the entrance on this side, so he'd have somewhere to retreat to if things went sour. The last thing he wanted was to run from a Nightbeast on that side, only to be boxed in by another threat on this one.
"Yeah, totally, sure," Fireglide said, looking relieved that he'd offered to go into the darkness. Plumstripe knew Fireglide was faster than he was, but the tom couldn't bear putting her in harm's way, especially when Furledstar had left him in charge.
Plumstripe didn't give himself a chance to second guess himself, pushing into the darkness. It wasn't actually that narrow, plenty wide enough for two cats to walk shoulder-to-shoulder and tall above besides, but it certainly wasn't open like the rest of the Caverns, and the absence of Starglow was stark, the darkness absolute after only a few moments. But while he didn't like being in the dark, he certainly had been in plenty of dark tunnels before--it was hard to avoid them, really--and so he was confident relying on his other senses--touch and scent, mostly, but also the air pressure on his fur and whiskers--to navigate the space.
It was also how he realized that the Nightbeast was here, in the tunnel with him. Its rasping breath echoed, a warmth pressing into his fur. It was close.
Plumstripe didn't hesitate, he ran. And not a moment too soon, as he heard jaws snap behind his tail, a sudden wind pressing against the backs of his paws as something large displaced the air. He pushed his paws faster. From the feel of it, the Nightbeast would struggle to push its mass through the narrow tunnel, but that didn't stop Plumstripe from running as fast as he could towards the smudge of light at the end of the tunnel. |

(the above, btw, is a black gradient that fades to 0.1 transparency + a 0.1 black transparent background on the text. Makes it pop just a lil)
