Ripplestar ~ Torrentear ~ campRipplestar paced back an forth nerves gnawing at his stomach with his first twoleg day as a real leader coming up he had everything to worry about, who will guard the camp without food? Will the cats be good assets for the clan? If they aren't the clan with blame me and he will be the worst leader who hasn't recruited good cats in so many moons piled on top of each other. "Ripplestar," a warm and calming voice. "What is troubling you now, my son." Ripple almost wanted to lie and reassure his father everything was fine but he knew better, he knew his father would never take that as an answer, he knew he would see right through the younger tom. "I'm nervous for the twoleg day." Ripple confessed with just about no other option. "Oh," Torrentear said simply but it was enough for ripplestar to know he did not have a speech. That is what he loved most about his elderly dad he can rely on him but he did not have a massive speech about every one of his sons problems. "Let's go grab a few oysters," Another thing, Torrentear could never let any food go to waste. Ripplestar nodded pulling himself out of the underground den and into the clearing, cracking open his oyster with his shell he kept next to his nest as his own personal clam-opener. He then finishing the slimy snack got to his paws and trotted through the evening to the medicine den where he would ask check in with the two cats about herb patrols and preparations for the big day coming up in about 5 sunsets. Ripple pushed through the leaves of the pigmy palm and nodded in greeting at the two medicine cats, "hello, do you guys need any herb patrols or any help getting ready for the big day?"

Webfin sat her tail wrapped around her paws delicately. She wondered if she should go hunting. It was perfect weather for trout fishing. She watched as Ripplestar wandered to the medicine den with Tornear she contemplated going to ask about hunting but decided not to interrupt whatever they were doing. She lowered herself to the ground soaking up the morning sun. No, she'd wait to be given an order, she didn't want to presume orders.
Stormkit slowly attempted standing, she'd just woken up and was the only kit awake. Her tail twitched as she tumbled out of the nursery. She giggled realizing she hadn't been caught, what would she do first... It seemed like no one was up except the cats in the medicine den and Webfin, she didn't want to wake her up for she might send her back to her mother. She wanted to wait for Slatekit to wake up he'd be funnier to play with than some busy apprentices or sleepy elders. And Prawnkit probably wouldn't want to get his precious paws dirty.

When Prawnkit woke up all he saw was a little grey tail disappearing from the entrance to the nursery, but that was enough for him to know Stormkit had left on her own.
I bet she's up to no good! he thought, bristling with righteous indignation. He didn't have an extensive knowledge of the rules, being 3 moons old, but he had a vague sense that Stormkit was doing something illegal. Just wait until Mama hears about this!
Slowly his eyes closed as he drifted back to sleep... and then snapped open. He had to know where Stormkit was going. So he could report back to their mother, of course! Yeah!
"What are you doing?" he hissed when he finally caught up to her. "Don't you know it's dangerous for kits to be out alone? We could be eaten by... uh... sharks!"

"I have noticed that we are running a bit low on herbs... mostly on juniper berries at most. You could ask Jellyfishdancer for help! That cat's brilliant at finding things!" Oysterpaw suggested. Jellyfishdancer was, in fact, great at finding things. Supposedly it wouldn't be a bad idea to bring them along?

Slatekit ~ camp ~ Prawnkit, stormkit
Slatekit woke up slowly as usual first he was half asleep then opened one eye, and them the other. He yawned and hopped out of his nest joyfully ready to start the exciting day Slate was sure he would get a lot more friends on the upcoming twoleg day but could not yet understand the dangers... of... anything at all. He glimpsed Stormkit then Prawnkit's tail as they left the den leaving Slatekit with his sleeping mother, and an empty den. "Stormkit, Prawnkit?" "where are you guys?" Slate asked as if it was a game of hide and seek. Then he saw exactly what he needed, Prawnkit's stubby ginger tail disappearing behind the medicine den. Slate trotted over to his siblings hopping on top of his favorite spot of all time, the pigmy palm den he would often watch the two medicine cats since that is where all the interesting stuff is talked upon and Slate can hop right on top of it-literly an listen to whatever he wanted to without getting caught... most of the time.

Stormkit looked over at the grey tom "Morning!" She meowed jumping up to put her front paws on the stump. "Prawnkit went somewhere... Wanna play?!" She said her ears twitched excitedly. Maybe her boredom would cease she had been waiting for a while to play and was barely surprising her energy now.
Webfin woke from her spot. she watched the other cats move around for a bit before getting bored, she stood slowly and trotted to the medicine den. "Morning." She meowed her greetings to the cats before asking "Should I go hunting?" Her ears flicked.

They have 100 legs so they can climb really fast, so don't bother trying to outrun them!" Hah! That should put the fear in them! Prawnkit was certain they'd be impressed with his shark knowledge. |

Luna ~ Twoleg village ~ open for interactionLuna was usually not an early riser at all but today something pulled her to the waking world, something that did not normally happen in her house. Packing. For days upon days the morning routine had been the same sleep, wake up, eat breakfast, take a walk, check in with Urchin. The past days had been a little different Luna can sense a difference in the owners, they were almost anticipating something like something new was happening. They had even been packing some of her spare bowls and toys and that kind of change had happened two times in her life and can only bring one dreaded thought to her fluffy head. Were they getting rid of her? Luna finished her food and nodded to her elderly male twoleg as she headed to the window that was always open. She glanced around the warming home the small stack of newspapers on the small three chair table, the patched up couch she often fell asleep on late at night, her favorite scratching post on the floor by the working desk and the computer she loved to rest her head on while the male did who knows what on the glowy sun thing. She sigh looking at her home her home they could not get rid of her. Luna hopped out the window and trotted down her route down the street for her daily walk.

Vapor woke yawning, My stub seems even more pitiful than yesterday... Her thoughts were desolate and dry. Sometimes it felt like she had claws in her arm instead of on a paw. "Anything out there willing to kill me?" She called out into the brushes as she stretched almost falling off balance. Maybe I'll meet someone else?... "What good would that do anyways?!" She hissed quietly trying to remember she didn't want or NEED anyone else.
Stormkit trotted trying to keep up up with her littermates. "I wonder if we'll catch anything?! I bet they'd make us apprentices EARLY!" She called. "Then none of the bigger cats will look down on us!" She thought of how the apprentices looked at them like fish-brained little scraps. THEN we'll see whos big and strong!

Pearl
Pearl woke up. She had such a good, uninterrupted sleep. Feeling rejuvinated, she stretched her paws, jer back and her tail. Wait, why had she been able to sleep for so long? And why was she able to stretch so much? There should be kittens in the way, her kittens!
She quickly opened her eyes and looked around the nursery. Her kits were not here. She sniffed their nest. Her kits soft scent was still fresh, they couldn't have gone very far.
She felt a bit of panic, what if they tried sneaking out of camp? She sinserely hoped that wasn't the case. She got up and walked out of the nursery, paws unsteady and eyes still heavy from sleep.

Owlswoop ~~ 15 moons ~~ he/him
Physical: A ruddy Tom with a smooth coat. His legs and tail are just a little too long to look anything but jaggly and young. His amber eyes are always wide open, like he just heard a secret. A little bit of a snaggle tooth.
Personality: A confident cat, gained from a natural athletic nature. Often moves very quickly or continuously fidgets. Not one for standing still or listening. He tries his best to remember orders but sometimes they just slip his mind. He tends to resist doing things he knows he is bad at. His one wish is to become a mentor thinking that’s when he is truly a warrior.
Role: grasspelt
Connections: none but open to most anything, except apprentice
Melodytide ~~ 74 moons ~~ she/her
Physical: Her tuxedo patterned pelt still shines as if she was an apprentice but now has a speckling of grey fur. The pupils of her green eyes are slightly clouded with grey. She is often flicking her ears or twitching her pink nose. Missing patches of fur and small scars mark her paws from years of scraping against ocean rocks for oysters and clams.
Personality: She takes pride in the source of her name: reliability. She is known to always be where she is expected and doesn’t like to get creative with much. She is exceptionally patient and clear spoken. Though, if someone were to contradict her, she won’t fight it. Rather, she simply agrees out loud and disagrees in her mind. Something’s have always been done one way for a reason, she figures. She knows she is on the cusp of retirement but can’t seem to rest yet.
Role: soggypelt
Relationship: none, would love old apprentices for her

Webfin looked up hearing someone come from the nursery. "Morning!" She meowed to the she-cat "Are you okay? Are you sick?" She asked walking toward the queen "I think Wisteriaflower and Oysterpaw are up do you need to go see them?"
Vapor still didn't understand why but after she woke up she'd circle her nest. Whenever she tried to stop it became worse she'd speed u and circle even more, she was on her 5th circle by now. All she knew was that it started after she got attacked she had hit her head and blacked out. "Finally." She growled as her paws stopped moving "Now all I need is food." She looked at the discarded bones from last nights meal, She slowly stalked toward the brown creature, a mouse would be fine sure she'd have to hunt later to stay full but who cared! Food was food especially when the mouse breeding season ended.
