I love that it says Shadowstar and Riverstar were foster parents for Bubbling Stream and Spider Paw. Seems the leaders (barring Windstar) all essentially adopted Moth Flight’s kits

It’s great that they are doing these for all of the arcs. Looking forward to AVOS, TBC, and ASC.

I absolutely love how Shadowstar and Riverstar are said to be the respective foster parents of Bubbling Stream and Spider Paw.
Thunderstar being listed as the colour of autumn leaves was first stated in Secrets of the Clans, so nice to see that's still canon. I also really want to know how many kits Skystar had in total.
Sparrowstar's name meaning is finally revealed. She has brown coloured markings and a black splash on her throat like a sparrow.
Also, Riverstar being a tabby still despite the wiki listing it as a mistake. He was said to have rippling tabby stripes in the TR bonus scene.

Did we know Nightstar was canon? Interesting that we are seeing all the second leaders follow the succession line as we know it. I wonder if this is officially a retcon from the leader’s kin taking over instead of deputy until it was later established.
Technically, Gorsestar, Sparrowstar and Owlstar can all count as kin to their respective leaders, with Gorsestar being the direct mate of Windstar, but both Thunderstar and Skystar had kits who could take over leadership. Heck, even Violet Dawn and Star Flower could.

I see the Riverstar tabby thing in regards to the wiki a lot so I wanted to clarify: the wiki is aware of the TR bonus scene, but they choose not to use it because it contradicts all other book mentions of Riverstar. The allegiances in DotC don't even include a tabby description for him, and neither did the SL, TE, or *RH's allegiances, which are more recent. The wiki goes by the books first and foremost, since the website does make legitimate mistakes frequently (we have someone in the wiki Discord who works on the website and sometimes has to correct mistakes that we find), and the most frequently used descriptions. It's also why they didn't add Sparrowstar's and Turtle Tail's brown markings, because it's something that was never mentioned in any of the books. They included the black splash, though, because it matches Sparrowstar's tortoiseshell description, which has book evidence. They just had a discussion about both of these things like yesterday or the day before on the Discord, and the consensus remains that the books take priority. Tldr; the wiki generally prioritizes the books and most frequent descriptions, unless the new descriptor makes sense and fits with the description/evidence the wiki already has. *Side note: the RH allegiances are more dubious. It may be a coincidence, but I believe they ripped Ripple's description straight off his wiki page, as it uses almost all of the same descriptors in the same word order. The wiki has no citations from RH for it either, so it's not the other way around. The website has been doing this with these character sheets as well, which makes it more suspicious. This could be a reason why he's not called a tabby there, as the writing team apparently often does not double-check what they copy/paste in the allegiances.
