Rust carefully gets one of the rocks underneath the log before moving on to the next one. He was unaware of what was going on but he hoped that if he helped out that they would let him stay. Wasn't like he had anywhere else to be at the moment.

Keynes leapt from one branch to another, shimmying up a new branch clumsily as his heart leapt into his throat. That jump could've killed me! He thought, before scenting cats below. He gathered himself, smoothing his fur and trying to seem as unflappable as ever. He was a fearless adventurer now, no time for shaking in his paws.

The tom lay heavily on a sturdy branch, watching the cats below, who were milling about and chatting eagerly as they pushed around rocks and stick. He'd never seen anything like it, so he purred a laugh. "Wow, what busy little fellows you are!" He called down, not really meaning anything behind his words. But he did want to know more about them...

"It's good to meet you both. I think it would be interesting helping you. What would you like me to do?" Badger relaxed, cautiously eager to help.

"Why hello, yourself!" Keynes meowed, scrabbling down the branch to the ground. "What's your name? And what on earth are you all doing?" He'd never seen anything like it. A bunch of cats in a forest, pushing around stones? Obviously they must be doing it for a reason.

Keynes paused to lick his paw, before drawing it over his head to smooth his fur. "Good day, Lightsong. Keynes is my name... The adventurer, Keynes." He paused for a moment as they stared back blankly. "You haven't heard of me? No? Not even a little bit?"

"Uh, yeah." He meowed back a little too quickly. "Of course I am. I'm sure I am."

"So what are you doing? And can I join?"

Work? Keynes wrinkled his nose. Well, sometimes you had to make your own fun. And a camp sounded fun.

"Okay, fine..." He nodded and pushed a stone towards the log. He may be an adventurer, but these cats seemed a lot nicer than the alley cats fighting over their garbage piles that he was used to meeting. Perhaps he would stay awhile.

Feather went over to Rust to start helping. She wasn't exactly sure of what they were doing so she cleared up the space moving sharp twigs and rocks out of the way. Once she had done she asked "what should I do next Rust?"
