Thanks ^^ And oof, hope your day will be better than your night then, not sleeping well can really make for a rough start Oh, and in case I don't get too far this week I'm totally okay with just doing a small time skip, my characters will have done all their important stuff off-screen then. I don't want to delay the games which I'm sure we're all excited for. Oh, but don't take this the wrong way, I will do my best to get as much replies up this week as I can!

thanks!! c: i have the day off so i'll mostly be spending my time cleaning the house haha im gonna try to define Soothsight's family a bit more, so far i just have Windingdeer as one of his descendants, probably as one his grand-kit (which would make Pumpkinpaw his great grand-kit), so if anyone else needs some relative connections let me know! otherwise im gonna make most of his kids deceased, and definitely his previous mate(s) i feel like any coat color could work if we're worried about genetics but def reds, browns, or black pelts with some white spotting would fit best? which speaking of soot have you established if Winding's parents are alive or dead? i know you mention in her form that she's experienced a lot of tragedy. i wouldnt mind making her mom if you wanted at least one parent alive |

Thanks, guys. I'm just glad the rest of the week won't be that bad, today we had to work overtime and it was a hot day. We'll still have way too much sun and heat the rest of the week but at least we won't work so late And good for you, 𝚛𝚊𝚒𝚗𝚢 , having a day off is always nice! Well, probably not so much when you spend it cleaning I guess so don't spend all day doing stuff around the house ^^ Good to know, 𝕊’𝕞𝕠𝕣𝕖 ! Because yea, I bet we're all looking forward to getting the first trial started ^^ Still will do my best to move the scenes with my characters along this week of course. But as for the games, I can't wait to see my proud and overly confident Thornfang start out well, only to crash and burn later |

𝚛𝚊𝚒𝚗𝚢, I think her maybe having one parent alive would be good! But both behind deceased, or one alive I think would work best with her character ^^! Maybe a severely injured parent, who’s being taken care of in the elder den, but isn’t white that old yet? Maybe an early retirement? And similarly looking forward to the trials ^^’ I’ll have Flamedancer having added a token! I’m thinking she might’ve gone somewhere were they’d disposed of some form of charcoal or something, maybe from last fire rituals or something, and brining that. A sort of thing showing an endurance to survive after injury, and her passion for her clan or something akin!

And same! I don’t like going full one like, all my characters have a tragic backstory, not that that’s bad, just a preference really! I’m bad at creativity with sad stuff anyway, ^-^’, and I’m kind of thinking at some point she might’ve been more upset, but as she grew older, she’s much more like the second idea you mentioned. And definitely with why Windingdeer is more positive, and enjoys her life, what little she might have left, long or short! Plus, Windingdeer totally understand she’d mothers grief after having her own mate and kits, she couldn’t bear it, even if she’s vowed to try and stay positive afterwards.

no i get it! like i feel like some people come up with such creative tragic backstories and they're super interesting to read and see how they're incorporated into rp! oooh with that mind i feel like when her mom's sibling passed and she was injured, Winding and her could've had a heart to heart when she recovered - and now with Winding having created her own little family, her mom has been at the most peaceful she's felt since her mate's passing. like there's a little spark of hope ever since Pumpkinpaw was born and maybe looks super similar to her grandpa and she leaves the elders den a lot more to see her granddaughter also -` gumi ´- .✫ 🐾 let me know your thoughts on Pumpkinpaw being close with her no-so-sad-anymore little grandma |

Totally! I love seeing that kind of stuff, which, ironically, I am going to be having a pretty tragic character progression with Steelfish and Thundersnap, but that’ll be eventual. And not like.. losing all their kits, and sibling, and a parent-
And that is SUCH a wholesome idea, I adore that so much!! I love how the tragedy in their story makes these parts and their value of their family, plus with Sandyhawk’s past aswell, like, so amazingly adorable.
