Oh, Sable bowing out sounds interesting. So far she'd be the only one doing that. Cedar is considering it too but decides against it because while he doesn't want to be leader he still believes that if he really does turn out to be the best option then he has to do it. He still hopes that someone else will prove themselves to be better though. It's the reason why he entered after all. To test the others and to serve as an obstacle to them. But if they really aren't better than him then yes, he'll have to accept that he's the best option

I like Solstice the best!! Also I WILL have Smolderdawn's (changed her name back) form up today and have all three replies posted by the end of the week. Marigold and Orchid are my first priorities since they're occupied

See, Sable doesn’t exactly want to be leader, she’s not a people person and she’s got other things she wants to focus on that would be hard if she was leader, but she figured she’d give it a try just to see how far she’d get
I’m really excited to see how all the cats do, tbh, because whoever does become leader will just depend on things like the activity of the user and which cats genuinely do the best

Oh none of my cats will be competing by the way! I'm mainly using them to fill in for the seasonal events. I know Marigold will be important for the summer event and Smolder for the winter. Orchidbloom is here to commentate on the games and provide lore for Laurelstar's past!

Part of me is thinking jsut using all three of those prefixes, while Solstice is the most popular I'll use that one for my little agnostic demigod, but for future cats(such as kits or soemthing) if they are available at the time can use Iris and Crocus then

I believe it was he killed him while the flood was going on and used the flood to cover up the evidence
Not sure if it was like with redheart type killing or if it was he just drowned fig

Drowning would probably work best because that's the easiest to cover up, it's not unusual to drown during such a flood

I personally like to imagine they had a Scar/Mufasa scene where it was just them and Thunder could’ve pulled Fig up to safety and instead he had this moment of realization and lightning struck behind him and he went “this is the gods telling me that I’m destined to be leader” and then he looked back at Fig and went “sorry, but it’s time for a new age of MyrtleClan” and pushed him into the water and watched him drown
