That’s be really investing to see, actually! Especially if they bring up the old Leopardclan/tigerclan/lionclan thing again. It’s always nice to see little bits of worldbuilding like that.
Actually, speaking of leopardclan, leopards are also a possibility!

If they do, I'd like to know how this is going to be communicated. Would they be able to talk to cats? (Maybe like how Midnight was able to) For that matter, are they ghosts like Midnight?
Since Ivypool's Heart is supposed to be a first half of a two super edition story, how important will these Lions/Tigers/Leopards be? Will they come to the lake? I don't know! That one line in the blurb raises so many questions I'm not even sure I want answered.
In some ways I'm looking forwards to the new lore, but I'm also not optimistic about how the Erins will actually fit it in.
Hoping for something interesting, but not world-shattering, though!

This would be cool, but its probably something kinda lame like the old twoleg farm’s dog or whatever.

Yeah, the communication would be odd. Unless they just decided not to let him talk, Sharptooth evidently couldn't communicate with the cats in Moonrise. It would be a little strange for a mountain lion to be unable to communicate with cats, but other wildcats can. Perhaps it'll just be retconned though.
