Help making a layout?

Just need a border for a text I already have! Preferably a border with the inside filled in too. I wanted a rectangle with round corners, and also borders for each text box. I have 3 clans I am making, and I wanted one to be light/sky blue, one dark blue and one dark brown. Do you think we could make it work?
