(I really hope we see some of the kits that were brought to WarriorClan in Graystripes vow if we see them again... I also love the name Shyfrost... I was hoping they would use some of the family tree exclusive cat's prefix's for new characters (Shy was used before for Shyheart, one of Appledusk and Reedshine's kits who never appears in the books.) Now I just need a cat with the prefix Lavender. |

Aw, Shyfrost is an adorable name. I love it! We have only ever had one shy prefix in this series before with Shyheart, so this makes me happy. I wonder what Clan they are in.
I'm assuming Rufus is a kittypet, but who knows. The name makes me think of the naked mole rat Rufus from Kim Possible.

I might be thinking a little too hard in to this,but whit Shyfrost's name being a warrior name when we don't have a current Shykit, I think this can lead to One of two things. Either this arc is long enough to see a kit be born and grow into a full warrior, or Shyfrost and Rufus are kittypets/Rouguse/loners

Everyone’s talking about how cute Shyfrost is, but I’m more excited about Rufus. I want him to be a twist villain or something so we can continue the trend of villains with cute non-threatening names.

I expected two names: a cool name that gives a sense of dark purple edgy magic and a conventional kittypet name.
Very curious to see how these two characters will come into play!

I wonder if Shyfrost is a Warrior at all (in the beginning at least). We've had cats who have "warrior names" outside the clans before, like Rainfur. (Plus WarriorClan exists). It's possible they could have been born outside the clans?
