Okay. I lied. There is way too much thought put into this.
Hello hi! This is meant to be a jump-in Post-Apocalyptic roleplay loosely based on Fallout, the Hunger Games, the X-men, and a secret third thing! It's obvious. I have no shame
But again, I'm not going to go through the trouble of making it if no one is interested ;;^;;

PLOT:: Characters who have lived their lives in the 'Vaults' of walled cities sneak out to see what the world is really like and accidentally stumble upon Plot Occurrences and Associated Shenanigans
SETTING:: The ravaged US, in particular a walled city in California. The characters will travel between states, however.

× No known mutations. Genius scientist who takes his lab to the field, hunting and studying mutants.
Ramiel Corentin |
× Mutations linked to celestial bodies. Tries to skate through life unnoticed but often finds himself caught up in others' problems due to a newly developed hero complex. Well-meaning pacifist with a violent side.
Ruaidhri |
× Mutations pretty much turn him into a vampire. Probably a theatre kid with a screw loose. Unpredictable and untrustworthy but hates being alone to the point where he relentlessly inflicts himself upon others.

Minerva Caldwell. Petty thief, over-generous demeanour often gets him into trouble.
Obsessed with old books and often steals them instead of the money/valuables he is meant to. Mutation allows him to very temporarily hear distant things.
