Out of all the arcs, which introductory book comes out on top in your opinion?

My answer changes from time to time but for now I gotta go with The Sight.

It’s between The Sight and River.

It's between The Sight and Into the Wild for me. (River was okay but the Nightheart Sunbeam chapters were wasted and didn't contribute anything to the plot.)
Into the Wild was good but it's pacing was kinda bad I feel like. So The sight it is for me.

Into the Wild is a classic but Lost Stars is up there for me... I went with Into the Wild

Easily The Sight, it has so much going on and it's overall one of the better books in the series imo. Into the Wild, Lost Stars, and The Apprentice's Quest are up there too.

Went with River. The murder mystery aspect with Frostpaw was fantastic, Flamepaw's struggle to fit in and be his own cat only to be weighed down by Firestar's legacy was great, and Sunbeam losing who she thought was going to be her mate was very interesting to me.

ITW. Sorta wondering what the people who chose The Sight are tripping on.

There’s no bad warrior cats opening book except for maybe midnight or TFA, so it’s hard to choose. The Sun Trail is really good and TAQ definitely kept my attention, but The sight is so good and it’s baffling how they followed it up with Dark River and Outcast, which were a huge drop in quality. Dark River isn’t that bad, but compared to the amazing start to the arc, it just put a bad taste in my mouth. Lost Stars is also really good and seems so much like a dystopia, even more so than the previous arcs second and third books.

To me it came off a bit different, my bad. I think it's really good personally, and definitely worthy of taking the title here. But to each their own, of course.

The Sight. But I also like Midnight a lot, simply because we got a lot of character introductions in the first few chapters and just a day-to-day of how the Clan worked, more than I think we've ever gotten in Arc 1 because everything was literally hitting the fan. I think Midnight was the first time we got a view of the Clans working as they were supposed to be - remember that in Into the Wild, WindClan had been driven out when Rusty joined the Clan, Brokenstar was still leader, and at Firepaw's first Gathering, Crookedstar was already giving territory away to Brokenstar, and Firepaw finds out that Tigerclaw's a murderer. Midnight is the first book where things are relatively stable and normal. But I definitely think The Sight is the strongest when it comes to an intro book.
For me, this isn't an argument of which intro book is the best. i think which book works the best as an introductory book. And I think that's The Sight, not Into the Wild. Like I mentioned, although ITW is arguably one of the best books in the series, Rusty's already being thrown in a war-ridden Clan. The Sight has everyone at peace (much like Midnight), we have a lot more characters with their own different stories and backgrounds, our main characters have a family and we can see different interactions between them and the cats around them. They're already Clan members too, so we're not immediately thrown into "wow mostly everyone hates me because I'm a kittypet." It's a good way of showing how the Clan works in a normal cat's eyes, and everything is relatively peaceful.

Into the Wild. Midnight's a close second.
