Warriors has such a rich diversity of prefixes. So many plants- flowers, trees, herbs, and various others. Just look at how many birds we have! And yet, we have very few fish names. It's even stranger when RiverClan is brought into the equation. Fish are their main prey! Side note: did you know the very obscure character Solefur is actually named after a fish? Then I Googled it. And yeah, I understand now. Let me present the fruit of my labor. Here are the very few fish that would work as a warrior name prefix. And beware- most of these suck. - Sturgeon. Pretty unlikely the Clans would encounter one, unless I'm forgetting a scene.
- Moray. We already have an Eel, why not Moray?
- Bream. I feel like we have a scene where a RiverClan cat catch some.
- Carp. How do we not already have it? It's literally perfect!
- Dace. Again, perfect.
- Loach. Too close to roach for my liking, but it'd work. (There actually is a fish called roach btw.)
- Smelt. Kind of cute, tbh. The actual fish however, is not.
- Salmon. Again, why hasn't this been used?
- Charr. Short and sweet.
- Dab. Please don't use this one. I can already hear the jokes.
- Goby. Also terrible, but less cringy.
Now this is barely scratching the surface of fish species native to Great Britain. But I excluded any saltwater fish. Most fish had too long names to be used as well. Some look like the result of a randomizer.

I volunteer Trout and Hake Trout's been used a lot of times actually. It got used for one of Havenpelt's kits extremely recently. - Salmon (Surprised this one wasn't been used yet.) - Sturgeon - Fish (I'm also surprised this hasn't been used a prefix, only a suffix.) - Gar (I've only seen this one brought up when people bring up that Garfield is a valid warrior name.) - Loach - Abalone (Not really a fish, but I still think it's cool) - Clam (Same as above.) - Zander

Trout was also used with Troutstar, a RiverClan leader in Codes of the Clans.

I imagine some of these aren’t used because they are not the type of fish that would dwell in the lake/river (i.e. moray, salmon).
I am surprised that fish parts are not used in RiverClan names more often. Such as fin, gill, scale.

I honestly really like Goby as a prefix! Imagine how cute a Gobyfin would be. Sardine and Anchovy would be neat too.
Also, very minor correction to the top post. The obscure character you mentioned is actually Sloefur, which is a type of berry! Another fun fact, the name shows up twice in the series. Although Sloefur's most well-known appearance would be as ShadowClan's medicine cat in Mapleshade's Vengeance. Just some fun little trivia!

Guppy. I have a kit now for an rp with that name, who’s in need of an rp home. I think it’s adorable.

Plecko! I’ve got a plecko fish. I think it’s an adorable prefix, the actual fish is less adorable. Tetra and koi/coi could also be great.

I am surprised that fish parts are not used in RiverClan names more often. Such as fin, gill, scale. That's a great point, since "feather" has seen multiple uses as a prefix and a suffix, and "-wing," is a surprisingly popular suffix considering that cats have neither.

Mollusk, crab, cray (like crayfish) Maybe even goldfish, since I wouldn't be surprised if Twolegs in the WC universe dumped their pet goldfish in lakes like some awful people do in real life
