Definitely Darkstripe, only going along with the big bad who benefits him the most. Poisoning Sorrelkit was probably the only time he had an independent thought.

Darkstripe is usually the go-to since his character was pretty much made to be Tigerstar's little lackey, but I do want to say probably the best written or plot-relevant cowardly cat is Onestar. While I don't think he's like just plain white paper coward like Darkstripe is, Onestar's cowardice is far more impactful and far more interesting to read about through a character lens.
So I'd say Onestar is Warrior's best coward, if that makes sense.

Darkstripe isn't that big of a coward. He was able to survive the black water for a little bit, something that we know takes a strong will to do. He also sought revenge for Tigerstar rather than run away or beg for mercy, and when Firestar possessed Rootspring, he was the only one with the guts to try to fight him rather than run away. He has his cowardly moments, but over all, I think it's a little overstated. He's not as tough as he acts like he is, but he's not a total wimp either.
Leopardstar I think was far more egregiously spineless, but she benefits from surviving past a series so she could do stuff besides her horrific leadership debut. Stoneteller I think is worse because it was just non-stop terrible decisions there and letting the Tribe die repeatedly while refusing to do anything.
