Warm + brother = sleepy time || ForestPup POV || ✦⚝Stormscar⚝✦ForestPup gave a bark of joy as he saw the black wolf bring in his brother by the scruff of his neck. His wounds didn't hurt nearly as bad, and he was warm. Plus now he had TinyPup back! When the she-wolf dropped him next to him, he gave them a large lick on the head. And then he got food and water; which made him sleepy. So with a tired but happy yip, he snuggled closer to the big dog and his brother, and promptly fell asleep. |

These dumbasses || PhantomStep || ✦⚝Stormscar⚝✦ -Brightheart86 || As PhantomStep got back to the camp after a long hunting trip, she saw blood spattered across the entrance to the camp along with the scent of MeadowFrond and StorkBlood. I wonder what that sapbrain has done now. I just don’t see why ScarFlare likes that weak little creature so much. She walked in and dropped the small deer she had been dragging into the prey pile before poking her head inside the medicine den to see if ScarFlare was there. When she saw her, she quietly came over and sat next to her. “What happened?” She whispered, “I smelled and saw blood smeared all over the ground outside. I also,” she shot a glare at the sleeping MeadowFrond, “saw that StorkBlood isn’t dead. So obviously, MeadowFrond failed.” Her blue eyes were cold as she looked down at the sleeping form of MeadowFrond. I could just kill her now and get it over with. But she decided not to. Not that she was scared of reprimand or anything, but she wanted to get the signal from ScarFlare before killing. “Whatever.” She muttered as she laid down next to ScarFlare. “At least she’s weakened now.” Her blue eyes glittered maliciously. “It should be an easy kill. You could even drag it out a little… you know, do the slow dragging bite down the throat before eventually tearing it out.” PhantomStep longed to see StorkBlood’s blood all over ScarFlares muzzle. Because when she saw that she would know, the age of rules was over. And then, the rise of ScarFlare had begun. |

She put her mouth to ScarFlare's ear so that LittleShine and StorkBlood couldn't hear her. "I've heard," she said softly but with relish, "-that you killed the Darkpack leader, is that correct?" At ScarFlare's nod she grinned, her large fangs glinting in the dim light. "Well, I picked up news that they're going to pose an attack on us at some point. We can plead self defense and kill one of their own, so that they won't attempt to attack when you take over." |

You will be the best leader that Rosepack has ever seen. The most ruthless, sharply intelligent, and dangerous. And I will be with you the entire time." Her words seemed to melt from her mouth as she licked her friend one last time before settling even closer. Her cold blue eyes ran over ScarFlare's strong body and sharp teeth. She indeed will be the best leader. But then she sighed. "There is only one flaw in this plan. What will we do with those retched pups of StorkBlood's? We could of course," she smiled dangerously, "-throw them into one of the lakes. Or tie them down to get attacked by a bear. But then if anyone found out we'd get attacked fast. So perhaps something more subtle, have anything in mind?" |

*insert something witty* || PhantomStep POV || ✦⚝Stormscar⚝✦She snorted dryly. “Hey, better her than me.” PhantomStep despised pups with all her soul. They were useless usually, although she did have a slightly better toleration for the rebellious pups. “Which one would you give her? I feel like FrostPup would work, she’s weak as anything. But maybe she needs someone who will test her strength. PoppyPup would be better I suppose. And then, you could teach FrostPup some resilience… and a lesson.” Then she yawned. She had been hunting for two days, and her muscles ached from running but it had been successful; she had returned with a deer and there were several other pieces of prey she had hidden to get tomorrow. With a small smile, she curled close to ScarFlare before saying softly, “I might try to get some sleep now. Tomorrow, will you go on a patrol with me? We can grab my prey and discuss plans.” Then, she fell asleep with her mind full plans for a bloody future, and ScarFlare would be with her the entire time. |
