AuroraStar
AuroraStar woke from a terrible dream, and shook herself, clearing the debris of her bedding from her coat, as much as clearing her head from the dark thoughts of her dreams. Perhaps she needed to speak to her Bonemender about them, but now was not the time for that. Today, today was a day to be used to its fullest. Today, her pack had to eat, today, her pack had to live. Padding from her den, she brushed the covering away with her snout, and trotted across the clearing where ColdPack had set up camp, the fresh snow crunching softly under foot. ColdPack's way of life was much different from the others, moving camps as needed, following the prey. Thousands of moons of a nomadic life, ColdPack has made dozens of camps that they returned to as they followed the prey. Rather than sending out patrols to secure the borders, ColdPack secured their borders as a whole, leaving no wolf-kin behind.
As AuroraStar mused, she padded her way around the encampment while the majority of her pack slept, curled into each other to warm one another with their shared warmth. Tail wagging slightly at what she helped to survive; she left marks in the dusting of snow behind her.

Thundercloud slowly walks around camp just thinking to himself and seeing what the others were up too. He considered either getting a patrol together or going out on his own.
Maplewatcher sat on a tall rock and looks for any signs of intruders. She had left camp not to long ago mainly cause she had been bored and certain members of her pack were being a little annoying. So, she came out here to clear her head and be a little useful.

Waiting for leader to wake up || BlackShadow POV || ✦⚝Stormscar⚝✦ -Brightheart86BlackShadow gave a small huff of breath while she looked around at the dogs doing their daily tasks. They looked so happy and content with their lives in Darkpack. I wish it could stay like this forever... but something makes me feel like it will all change soon. Her dark green eyes flickered to the almost empty prey pile. StormNight's loss of a life threw off the entire schedule for the day. So taking a deep breath she called out to the dogs, "We still need food for the prey pile. SilverLeaf will you take two others and go hunting for a while? We're almost out of food." She felt bad asking her to go hunting right after fighting off a dog, but the pack needed food and BlackShadow trusted her to find enough food and lead a patrol. |

He didn't dislike the other wolf, but he got into to many fights for Littleshine to understand. It was as if he took every chance to fight another dog, as if he liked to shed blood. The two looked a little ruffled, maybe a scratch here or there, but not too bad. "What happened? You two look like you were play fighting a little too hard" Littleshine said, furrowing his brow. It was not like it was easy to hurt yourself on the open Meadow, plenty of space to run and avoid things like rogue bramble bushes. |

Why am I in my den? Suddenly a pain jerked her memory back, thats right, the sap-brained Rosepack secondpelt did this to me, the memory of getting attacked then losing a life also made its way back into her mind, how the life her mother gave her was now dead, and she only had four left. As StormNight opened her eyes she saw her own secondpelt telling the pack to hunt. She noticed BlackShadow's eyes light up and her secndpelt turned back into the den and saw StormNight awake, "Hello," StormNight said with a weary smile, "Bet you didn't have leader loses a life on your daily scedule?" Although StormNight tried to lighten the mood there was still an unspoken truth of what needed to happen, Rosepack will have to pay, BlackShadow knows it, I know it, I bet the whole pack even knows it. Poor StorkBlood, if she never made ScarFlare her deputy Darkpack and Rosepack could still be at a friendly peace, I know DarkNight and RoseBlood were close friends, atleast, thats what the legends say, its sad the friendship couldn't live on in their packs. |

Yay she awakens! || BlackShadow POV || ✦⚝Stormscar⚝✦BlackShadow wagged her tail as her leader exited the den. “You’re awake!” Her green eyes looked happy for a few moments before returning to their usual dark color and bitter expression. “After she killed you I got the pack back here and we’ve been waiting for you to wake up. That ScareFlare will pay…” a deep growl escaped her throat as she said the last part and she licked her lips. “The nerve of those dogs! We’ve always been allies with them, but once that second-pelt joined all has gone wrong. And I get the feeling it’ll only go downhill from here. Poor PoppyPup…” She had seen the small silver pup at full moon meetings and he had always stuck close to his mother and seemed sweet enough. She had even talked to him once, and he had asked how Darkpack was! ‘He has no idea of the coming storm.’ She sighed and looked sadly at the brave dogs that surrounded her. ‘They have no idea either…’ What the flippy || StorkBlood POV || StorkBlood looked up from PoppyPup’s sleeping body at the sound of dogs entering the camp. ‘If ScareFlare has gone and done something sapdrained again…’ she stood up with a small grumble. Walking out she saw a triumphant ScareFlare and a concerned looking LittleShine. “What in Skypack’s name happened? You reek of Darkpack and blood.” Her eyes glittered dangerously. “You had better have a good explanation for this.” She turned to LittleShine. “Do you know what happened?” |

Soon enough ScarFlare was in her moss bed and fast asleep. |

Sure -_- || StorkBlood POV || -Brightheart86StorkBlood looked with contempt at MeadowFrond. “What are you looking at?” She snarled and pinned the dog. “Is there anything else I should know about?” Her mouth was open as a deep growl left her throat and saliva dripped from her fangs. While she was aware of LittleShine’s hesitant gaze, she didn’t care. Something was going on and StorkBlood wanted answers. As MeadowFrond attempted to squirm away she put her mouth on the pinned dogs throat and gripped it hard. “I asked you a question you worthless piece of dung. Is there anything you and that ScareFlare are hiding from me?” A ripple of satisfaction ran through her as she heard MeadowFrond whimper at the pressure and pain being applied to the soft fur on her throat. Giving it a hard shake, she yelled, “I ASKED, ARE YOU HIDING SOMETHING.” StorkBlood had no idea why she was being so rough with the fellow dog but rage was blinding her. The whole pack seemed to be keeping something from her and she was intent on finding out what it was. (I want you to tell her something like this: “Darkpack is planning an attack. We were too scared to tell you because we knew that you were going to be angry.” I wanna create more conflict and discontent with Darkpack and Rosepack. If you don’t wanna do that it’s ok too but it keep the storyline moving XD) |

ScarFlare growled and pinned down StorkBlood, "Well fine, Darkpack is planning an attack, I told MedowFrond not to tell you because you'd lose your head. Happy?" This was true, now that ScarFlare had attacked the leader of Darkpack, and probally killed her, Darkpack would try and get revenge. |

Giving a particularly vicious snarl, she bit down hard on ScarFlare’s injured paw. She didn’t give a piece of dung if she maimed the other dog. “Get off of me you worthless little piece of beardung!” Once she was back on her feet she glared at the two dogs. Turning to the coughing MeadowFrond she asked with danger in her voice, “Is she telling the truth? If I find out either of you are lying I’ll throw you into a lake and watch you sink to the bottom.” While the threat was a bit much, StorkBlood knew that threats and bloodshed was the only way around these two. ‘They want a fight? I’ll give em a fight.’ |

"She's telling the truth, if you don't believe it, then go ahead and stroll into Darkpack's camp." Her lips curled up. Puny leader. Can't Scarflare take care of her soon for heavens sake? Her tail thrashed angrily behind her, but she made sure to stay calm. Or however calm she could. Her claws dug into the ground, and she nearly leaped at Storkblood. "Go ahead and try to even bring us to the lake. I'm sure that you'll regret it once you find Darkpack in the camp when you return." She snarled the words at the leader, and then muttered, "I'm sure a pup could kill you." |

StorkBlood looked with disgust at MeadowFrond. “Get over yourself. A pup? Well I know that you couldn’t beat me, so how would a pup? And you’re too scared to act without your precious ScarFlare as a leader. In fact, I get the feeling that you wouldn’t even dare to speak without ScarFlare’s permission.” She gave one last snarl to them before turning around and yelling to PoppyPup who had just woken up, “C’mon. We’re going for a walk.” Without waiting for a response from PoppyPup she picked him up by the scruff and bolted out of the camp.
