i have some romance options open for sure
• honey: currently has a massive crush on wavepaw, will likely develop others as she realizes wave is Married To The Grind(TM) so open to other soft crushes
• bumble: not romanceable - cares more about medicine than Emotions
• drift: currently (hilariously) down bad for both brine and marsh, who will never reciprocate, would love for someone to break his heart, this man is a (TM)
• tide: paired w marsh, recent development of feelings
• coral: a baddie, questioning, probs want her to have a crush on two cats for the Bi Panic(TM)
• otter: open to eventual romance, friends-to-lovers or rivals-to-lovers would be cute as he begins to open up

If Actor and I do Rain x Cloudy
That leaves me with Shark and Puddle
Shark is very relaxed and go with the flow, so they could be fun to pair up with someone a bit more opposite of that?
As for Puddle, he’s an absolutely useless gay who has never once acted on any crushes because he always put his medicine cat duties first. That said, something I think might be fun would be like…revisiting an old crush. Like, the potential of him having liked someone way before, gave up on it, and it comes back

hm i could maybe toss otter at shark? he’s kinda neurotic, type A, needs to plan everything - would be a slow burn maybe? if you don’t mind him being a bit older (i feel like he’s around 26-30 moons ish)

Otter and Shark could be interesting! I’m down to explore it. Especially since I’m not really sure of Shark’s age tbh. They’re just Shark and could be whichever age works. Plus I do think they have a fun opposites vibe going on, and I’m all about that slow burn

Puddle = brother is Marshclaw, open to ships (he’s gay/ace) or friends
Rain = paired with Cloudy I think, open to friends, family, rivals, etc, or even a past apprentice
Shark = siblings with Salt, possibly paired with Otter, open to anything else
Breeze = father is Brineshade, paired with Firepaw, not open to siblings but is open to friends and stuff
Lily = she’s like, 4 moons old so rn she’s only got her family, which is full
