Are there any cannon LGBT relationships in Warriors? I know Ravenpaw and Barley were rumored to be gay and together. Are there any others?
Do you have any ships that have a lot of reasonable backing? Or are there any that you just want to happen? I always would think that mothwing was either a lesbian or pan. Thoughts?

Tallstar X Jake was always a popular one.

Tallstar x Jake and Barley x Ravenpaw are canon but can't be "confirmed" in the books due to where the series tends to be published. But more or less the Erins do support and imply them.
Confirm me if I'm wrong, but I also believe one of the Erins wrote a Firestar x Graystripe snippet at some point, for fun? Wasn't canon, but still a thing.
Not relationships, but we do have ace-coded characters like Mousefur, Blackstar, and Sol? If I'm not mistaken (I think there's more but not sure).
And not canon but there are pretty popular headcanon trans characters like Redtail, Rowanstar, and Nightheart, is a new addition, because of how they're written or due to listing errors by the editors.
We also have canonly poly characters like Daisy and Gray Wing. Graystripe and Crowfeather are implied the same as well but we'll just have to see how things work out for them in StarClan.

Sadly, no. There are no actually full on canon LGBTQIA+ couples or characters in the Warriors series and my guess is still that it's largely "thanks" to the publisher Harper Collins wanting to keep sales up in countries that are not supportive of the community.
TallJake and RavenBarely could be considered semi-canon since they are largely seen as such by the fandom and at least one of the authors. But then again, Mothpool (Mothwing x Leafpool) is also shipped by a large part of the fandom but not considered to be so by one of the authors as far as I know (I don't ship them but understand why they're popular). The authors are not the ones with much actual say in the character stories, ships and whatnot anyway since that is all ultimately decided by the editors and publisher, I'm pretty sure.
There are also a bunch characters which are considered as trans by parts of the fandom, mostly thanks to writing errors and such. The most known examples being Redtail, Rowanclaw and Mosskit. Redtail is largely considered trans due to being a tortoiseshell tom, which are apprently rare (don't know much on the topic, just repeating what I've read about the reasoning) and there being way more tortoiseshell she-cats rather than toms, thus people think Redtail is a trans tom. Rowanclaw is considered a trans tom by a lot of fans due to a writing inconsistency in the first arc describing him as a she-cat there and then as a tom in the following arcs. And finally, Mosskit was referred to as a tom in FoS as well as TLH and SotC but then got stated to be a she-cat in her mother's SE (BP) so some people do see her as a trans she-cat although I'm not sure if it's entirely serious or more of a joke since she's a kit.

Yeah... LGBTQ+ Representation in Warriors is not commonly seen. For me when I make fan fictions, I make Brightheart nonbinary because when reading stuff about her in the actual series, I always felt like she should be nonbinary. There are other instances like this for my fan fictions like:
Brightheart: Nonbinary/Bisexual Sandstorm: Brighthearts love interest/Lesbian/Cisgender Ravenpaw: Gay (obvi) but also demiboy (He/They) Jayfeather: An ally and supports but kinda also a grumpy old grandpa who understands some stuff but not most stuff. Blackstar: Gay Cinderpelt: Bisexual
Yeah idk I have 3 sets of mini figures so I use those to inspire my fan fics which is why there are only 6 but yeah.

Ravenbarley and TallJake are the closest to cannon gay couples.
There are actually several ace and/or aromantic coded characters though. Hollyleaf has a whole page at one point in PoT where she talks about how sheβs not interested in having kits when sheβs older.
