ALL IS WASHED AWAY BY RAIN
Hello! It's Con who has been absent from the forums for a long while. I've seen a few of these floating around on tumblr and on here, and I thought I'd give it a shot!
This is going to be a sketch comic series that I will be playing up to 100 moons, and hopefully I'll be able to get that far. Due to real life, I will most likely end up updating irregularly, and it may be a while until we get there. Fingers crossed!
CONTENT WARNINGS:

*the list of warnings will get updated if any extra warnings are needed, and any related content warnings will be placed in front of each moon.
Base Rules:
1. Pre-set family ties for extra impact.
2. Exile and/or kill the leader, deputy, and healer.
3. Leave only 4-5 cats.
4. Not mandatory, but have at least one cat skills related to dreams, omens/prophecies, or ghosts.
*this isn't a challenge I picked up from the clangen discord, although I definitely think there may be some that are similar to this one. These are the rules I set for myself while doing this challenge.
Starting Cats:
Heathbloom (45 moons) - a white and golden brown speckled tabby tom
Finchspeckle (37 moons) - a black speckled tabby molly
Copperchest (27 moons) - a cream and white spotted tabby molly
Emberpaw (11 moons) - a ginger tabby molly
Rosepaw (6 moons) - a cream classic tabby tom
Lore:
*CONTENT WARNING: mentions of animal death
- 10 years of peace in ScorchClan was the deal the founder of ScorchClan struck with [REDACTED].
- 1 moon ago, five moons before the 10 peaceful years end: Gentlestripe died under mysterious circumstances. Silentstar did not choose a deputy.
- Silverspring, worried about the situation, left for advice. She didn’t come back.
- Tallfur died of old age during this time, but with one final lesson to pass on to her grandkit Copperchest.
“Don’t worry,
The rain will wash away everything."
- Almondshade, the clan’s most senior at this point, snoops around to find Silverspring, and returns with horror in his voice and a story about a terrifying beast.
- Almondshade tries to find Silverspring again, but is found dead the next night in a field with Silverspring’s body, found by Heathbloom and Copperchest. They SEE something.
- Silentstar’s nest is also empty, having left in the night.
- In line with what Tallfur told her, Copperchest names remainder of the clan RainClan
