Shadepaw happily hoped around as they rentered camp, as he put his fish down in the prey pile he heard Gulfstar call a clan meeting, I wonder why? he thought as he trotted up next to Viperpaw to listen to his leader.
Moonsky was tierd after spending all morning huting, but it was worth it. He had caught a bass, 2 mice, and a water vole. Voles were Bloomflower's favorite so he brought it to her and put the rest in the pile. After grabbing a sparrow, eating it with his mate, and finishing it, he heard the leader call out to the clan, Why don't you come with us?" he asked Bloomflower, "It could do the kits some good to get out of the den," "I supose," Bloomflower replied and soon the whole family was out with the rest of the clan awaiting Gulfstar's announcement.
Tide blinked as the sun shone onto her, "This must be important!" she announced to her brother and sisters, "But after wanna play cat and mice? or moss-ball?" She mewed excitedly

Crowpaw
The black-furred apprentice padded to the bottom of the ledge, joining the growing group of cats. He looked up at Gulfstar, his emerald eyes shining in the growing darkness, as he slowly began to blend into the waning light. Hardly able to stand still, he wrapped his tail around him, before placing his front paws upon it.

Tropickit || (IT's TIDEKIT, storm!) ||
He jumped, startled as Otterscratch, the elder who had been telling them stories rose and went out after the call from Gulfstar. Hearing Tidekit, he humphed. "Let's play cat and mice! I want to be the cat this time!" He cheerfully grabbed Tidekit's tail in his jaws carefully and tugged it before racing after their parents.

He nodded to Crowpaw as he saw him arrive, and then he looked to the sky as a star popped out in the steady shadows. His eyes swept over the clan and he motioned for Crowpaw and Marsh to go to the front of the semi circle before leaping down with a nod at the two cats.
Marsh || Uh... I'm not sure what to do. ||
He stepped up to the front of the semi circle, nervous and scared. Was this it? Am I going to be part of the clan? He wondered, his paws kneading the ground.

Splashfrost glanced up at her leader as the patrol entered camp, wondering what the Clan meeting was about. Another ceremony? The tabby she-cat thought, wrapping her tail around her paws.

Viperpaw stood next to Shadepaw and watched the cats gather around. For a clan who is so hesitant about new members, they sure did let in a loners without much thought. Her pelt was brushing against Shadepaw's and she scooted closer to him. His and her's dark pelts could barely be seen in the waning light, and only her own coppery gold eyes and his deep blue ones could be seen. She didn't mind the cold at all, but she sought out Shadepaw's warm body. She let out an almost inaudible purr at his touch and gently touched her nose to his cheek.

Gulfstar || Ceremony ||
He recited the words of the ceremony, naming Crowpaw as Crowfeather and honoring him for his faith and for their tireless energy. He licked them briefly and they returned the lick before stepping back into the semi circle again. Gulfstar stepped torwards Marsh and after naming them Marshpaw and their mentor as Siren'vocals for their sympathy and pride, he repeated the process that he had done with Crowpaw, but as he licked them, he whispered into Marshpaw's ear about what to do.

Shadepaw watched as he ceramony went on, and was purring so softly only Viperpaw could hear, this would be the cat, the cat he would forever love. As the ceramony came to a finish Shadepaw yowled the names of the new apprentice and warrior, "Marshpaw, Crowfeather, Marshpaw Crowfeather!" he rested his chin on Viperpaw's head, due to being a bit taller then her, and said, "Our first day apart of a clan.. what did you think..?" (OOC: I imagine its sundown rn so ima go with it lol) |

Splashfrost called the names of the new warrior and apprentice alongside the Clan. “Marshpaw! Crowfeather! Marshpaw! Crowfeather!” For a Clan who, only a few days ago, was so reluctant to take in any outsiders, we’ve sure taken in a lot of them recently, The tabby she-cat thought to herself.

I’m definitely going to stay, but now I know that apparently I won’t be able to eat unless I catch it myself.” She pressed her face into his chest and heard the gentle flutter of his heart and the vibration of his purr. Her eyes closed with contentment and she drank in his unique smell. He smelled like sea water and forests. All she wanted to do was curl up next to him and let his body warm her own as she slept. “Would you mind sleeping next to me tonight?” She murmured quietly to him so quietly that no one else could hear. She had something important to tell him, but she wanted to wait until they were alone to ask. |

She snuggled up closer to him and gently touched her nose to his and looked him straight in his warm blue eyes. "I was wanting to ask you something important." She wrapped her tail around him even tighter and refused to break eye contact with him. "I was wondering, if after we get accepted into the clan, if you'd like to be a father to my kits." She held her breath and looked at him with her copper-gold eyes, and his own dark blue ones stared back. |

Raising his voice he called to the clan, which many of them were trickling back into camp after hunting. "Let all cats old enough to swim the rapids gather around the Ledge!" His tail flicked up as he waited for the clan to gather. Waspwhisker || Returning to Camp (Rainpaw, pretend we explored territory already ) || He trotted into camp with Rainpaw on his tail. His paw pads were a little scraped from walking so long, but he forgot about it when Gulfstar called a clan meeting. Marsh || Camp || Dew He flicked his tail in surprise as Gulfstar called some bizzare words to the camp. To his surprise, cats began to walk towards their leader, and he looked over to Lilypaw, curious. Otterscratch || Camp || He wrenched himself from the fresh-kill pile as Gulfstar yowled for GulfClan to gather. Otterscratch trotted to the Ledge with Lavender by his side. Rainpaw After a long day of exploring, Rainpaw returned to camp with Waspwhisker. As she walked in, she heard the call to meet from Gulfstar. All she wanted to do was eat and collapse into her nest, but she dragged herself to the other cats and sat down to rest her paws. |
