There have been some pretty funny mistakes in Warriors. Here are a couple of great ones: Ivypaw's eye color changes in only a couple of lines of dialogue. The Leopardstar's Honor allegiances. The ThunderClan elders share their thoughts on Fireheart becoming the Clan deputy... they get a little confused in their old age. This is Graystripe's dialogue. He's also a little confused. Do you guys remember any other funny mistakes the authors have made?

From The Last Hope: “Brambleclaw scanned the Clan. ‘Spiderleg can train Mousefur and Purdy. He’s known them longest. They won’t mind taking orders from him.’
Spiderleg was huddled deep in conversation with Brackenfur. Lionblaze noticed for the first time that his black muzzle was flecked with gray. He’ll be moving into the elders den before long.”
—I remember being completely baffled by this when TLH released. I love how it’s wrong on so many levels. Including Brambleclaw himself being both older than Spiderleg and the first cat (besides Squirrelflight) to meet Purdy. I’m curious how this mistake came to be, back when the allegiances were correctly ordered by seniority. Does Spiderleg just give strong elderly vibes?

My rant about the River of Fire bonus scene made it into Izzzyzzz's WC deep dive so I'm going with that one. The entire bonus scene is a hot mess.

I think the quote from Dappletail about Firestar only being there for a half moon wasn't meant literally.
But my two favorite errors will always be: (1) the ShadowClan/WindClan fight that takes place in both Yellowfang's Secret and Tallstar's Revenge being portrayed differently between the two books, including who won the battle; and (2) Squirrelflight saying that RiverClan giving ShadowClan some of their marshy land would never work because "Who ever heard of a ShadowClan cat getting their paws wet?", as if ShadowClan didn't literally live in marshy woods for generations back in the Forest.

I'm pretty sure half the cats in the clan were older than Spiderleg at that time, it's truly baffling.

That battle was so insane that I have two comfort headcanons for it trying to make sense (since I love Tallstar's Revenge and Yellowfang's Secret, although not the best SE, is an easy reread) 1.) Because it's told from Talltail's POV in TR, he makes it seem like WC won, while since it's from Yellowfang's POV in YS, she makes it seem like SC won 2.) It's actually a completely different battle

Ratscar being called a "darn brown tom" in The Darkest Light allegiances is the most hilarious one to me.
In Tallstar's Revenge, when Finchkit appears to give Tallstar a life, she's described as being "as young as the day she died". it was stated before that Finchkit died shortly after being born, implying that she looks like a little newborn kitten.
