i've been trying to get back into going into the gym so i'm curious. if u go to the gym, what routine do u have (if any)?
so far, mine has just been 20 minutes of speedwalking at 3.0 to 3.5 mph at a 3.5 point incline on a treadmill + a 5 minute cooldown of 0 incline and 1.0 mph, then 20 reps of 80 lbs on the leg press, and then 20 reps of 95 lbs on the leg press
it's very leg heavy and doesn't consist of a lot, but it's progress and it's a process

at the lowest point of my life i sprinted on a treadmill for an hour everyday for 30 days in a row i dont suggest that routine i had blisters for 3 months
i dont have a good routine for u just here to offer moral support and say ive been meaning to get back to the gym too

Don’t have a full routine but I regularly pop on a Caroline Girvan video and follow whatever she does. Her arm workouts are awesome.
