Scourge and BloodClan because they literally only lost the fight with the Clans because Scourge was killed, they definitely would've won otherwise. They also are with way more, and some of them have dog teeth studded on their claws, so I feel bad for whichever The Kin cat will be victim to those claws.

BloodClan. The only reason they lost in TDH was because they lost their leader. Also, they have literal dog teeth studded on their claws.

A plausible way for Darktail and the Kin to win is if Darktail and a couple others immediately target Scourge (Like five cats all going against Scourge) while the rest of the Kin form a defensive ring around them to hold off the BloodClan onslaught. Is there a chance for Darktail to win? A strong maybe.
Is there a chance the defensive ring breaks first or Scourge just kills Darktail and the others ganging up on him instead? Yes.

Poor, poor Darktail, this is just not going to be his day. I feel like even just putting aside the fact that Bloodclan is larger than the Kin, that Scourge would floss his teeth with Darktail in a head on fight, that the Bloodclan cats have weapons and armor of a sort, all that being ignored, that Bloodclan has another large advantage. That would be its loyalty to Scourge, as we see that the fighting band he brought up all react perfectly to his orders and Bone has been by his side for a long time without any incident. The only disloyalty we see with Bloodclan were deserters
Meanwhile, Darktail faced a full four rebellions in the span of a few books, two from the same cat. He has no real deputy unlike Scourge does, not one that won't stab him in the back the first chance he gets, anyway. So even putting aside the difference in warrior skills, Scourge has the advantage in discipline over his followers. When Scourge's cats get sick of him, they leave Bloodclan. When Darktail's cats get sick of him, they try to kill him. If that's not illustrative of the difference between them, nothing is, that there is a not insignificant chance that Darktail might get killed by one of his own cats in this battle.
