proboards and mobile has always been.... weird. using the button on the bottom to make it desktop and view landscape has been better for me, but I still wouldn't use it as the primary forum-viewing device, it's really not great
for posts, it actually looks pretty decent. Compared to the old mobile UI, at least

Compared to the old mobile UI, at least Yeah, when my computer broke down I had to settle for mobile web version for awhile and have just gotten used to it. However, it usually doesn’t look like the photos on the top posts. It’s 10x more easier to navigate and things aren’t really shrunken down to fit your screen, you just kinda have to zoom in a little. But here the website is doing something weird and making everything laid very vertically. I’ll get u a reference of what the website usually looks like on mobile web:

Huh is it still bugged?
I thought it might be an update, but maybe it was just being weird for a little bit

Huh is it still bugged? I thought it might be an update, but maybe it was just being weird for a little bit I went on a different browser to show you how it is normally. Now it’s just super when coming straight off of google. When I click desktop mode it’ll go how it is normally and then I split second later will bounce back to the lagged version. It’s really weird and is super hard to navigate in the glitching version.

I’ll try to troubleshoot this. What browsers are you using?

I usually use Safari for the forums on my phone. Sometimes it'll get all funky, but I've only seen this issue once on my own mobile phone. I believe the reason for having to zoom in is due to how the template for the forums is built. The person who built the forums made it to be a wide resolution like the old forums had. For present day websites, it's really bad for accessibility & responsiveness. I'm wondering if adding the #wrapper {max-width: [insert number here]%;} would change things? Did this happen on multiple threads (or boards) or was it specific threads (or boards) only?

It’s happening on every single page. I’ve stumbled upon this issue before but it would go away after the page was refreshed, this time it won’t.

I misread your post, I apologize. The zooming in is helpful, but also bad because of the UI and accessibility issues. If it bothers you a lot (whether it's now or in the future): maybe try logging out of the forums, closing all the forum tabs, and re-logging in?
PB will never fix the disaster that they call mobile PB. Using Tapatalk isn't really any better either due to ads + crappy UI & UX. In the past, PB has asked administrators of forums if they'd want a mobile app, though I'm not sure what happened to that idea.

They definitely should implement something for that; I’m shocked they haven’t yet after all these years.

They definitely should implement something for that; I’m shocked they haven’t yet after all these years. They canceled the new PB update about a year ago that everyone had been waiting for since 2016. ProBoards was bought by another company (Vertical Scope) although they still run like they always have. Basically, we will never see an updated version of any forums hosted by ProBoards. It’s frustrating because there’s so much more that could be done with v6 compared to what we’re stuck with. I would move us to another forum/hosting place, but I think we would lose a lot of members on the way.
