I find comparing and contrasting newer and older peices is so empowering. It definitely makes you feel like you are moving in the right direction.
Here's a peice I finished today, and then the others from 2023 and 2021. It's of my friend Charlee's oc.

Oooo these posts are always fun! It's super cool to see how people have improved. You're art is fantastic! The amount of detail you've worked up to insane :0 I can especially see some improvement in places like the mouth and eyes.
I don't think I have a character who've I've drawn consistently for my entire art career, but I do have a bunch of Kaitou Kid and Shinichi Kudo art so I'll use them.

I've been drawing since 2015.... this is gonna be fun :3 2015: 2019: 2023-24: In 2015-16 I used MSpaint and Deviantart Muro, but in 2017 I started to use autodesk and I've kept on using it ever since! |
