Hiii! o/
My name is Halcyon, y'all can call me Hal for short (I use they / them pronouns) I used to be a regular on the old forums way back when they were still up, writing fics of some fan clans I made, occasionally doing some rp.
Recently I got back into the series thanks to Clangen and I've been (very slowly) rereading the series trying to refresh my memory on the series. I'm generally a very shy person but I'm hoping I can make some friends around here! Here's some fun facts about me, both related and unrelated to Warriors. - I'm an artist - I do both digital and traditional art. (My pfp is my own art!)
- I'm... a writer? I guess? I'm trying to work on a fic right now of my fan clans and their cats, and I write other stuff as well.
- I'm a Dungeon Master, and I've been DMing since late 2018. D&D has really helped me become a better role-player.
- My favorite character in the series is Yellowfang! (The kitty cat in my pfp.)
I'm not sure how active I'll be since I got a job and I'm typically playing video games, writing, or drawing during my free time. I got a Discord if anyone is interesting in dming me! |

I think it's so cool that you're a dungeon master in D&D, I've never played D&D but I'd love to sometime. I love your pfp! You did a great job on Yellowfang; she looks exactly like how I would imagine her. :3

Hey there! Nice to meet you Your art looks really nice and DnD is so super fun. It's been awhile since I've been in a group but I miss it big time! You'll have to tell me some of your DnD stories Ohhh my gosh, we had our first session of the new campaign I'm running not too long ago and 30 minutes in I accidentally killed one of my player's character! In hindsight I should've used a weaker monster but my thought process was "Oh well my dice rolls are always the worst and it makes fights super easy for them so surely they can take this single Displacer Beast with no issues."
First attack I rolled against him it made a nat 20 and already knocked him down to 0, and then it hit him again and took one death save off of him. And then when it was time to roll his death saves, he rolled a nat 1 and died instantly.
We were all shocked. He was super cool about it though - he's one of my nicest players in my group lol. Luckily nobody else died but hoo boy did I feel so bad about it!

He did. It took him a little while to think up a new character but he got his Paladin/Warlock made. Luckily his new character has survived longer than his last one now lol.
