What characters that appeared only once (or had an off hand mention) in the series do you want to learn more about? I still want to know who the f Pumpkin (Tigerheart's Shadow) was, and more about Mistfeather. Was Mistfeather actually supposed to be Creekfeather but was just mixed up in one of the Erins' heads?
Thoughts?

Marigold from Graystripe's Vow. She's only mentioned like twice in at the end in the comic. Literally all we know about her is that she is a she-cat who presumably once was in Petunia's owners house, and that she died in went to the unnamed residence. I don't know why I want to know more about her, I just really love Petunia and Warriorclan in general.
Crowfeather and Nightcloud's kits. They are mentioned a few times in Crowfeather's trial and never are heard about again. I'm surprised they haven't appeared on the family tree considering that other dead kits and named on there (Elderkit and Tulipkit for example.) and they have given some cats dead kits and siblings out of nowhere. Not even Su Susan named them! (Even though almost everything she said on Bacebook was non-canon) I know they are extremely minor characters, but at least think they should be put on the family tree considering the affect their death has on Nightcloud and is the cause of her smothering Breezepelt.
In a similar vein, Blue Whisker's kits. It was cute seeing Moth Flight with her grandchildren at the end of Moth Flight's vision, but they didn't appear on the family tree either which is baffling. I don't know, I just feels wrong that the cat that has a story centering around her children never having her grandchildren named or being referenced again.
The Warriorclan mother and her three kits from Graystripe's Vow. If we even see Warriorclan again, I want to see the kits as apprentices or warriors. It would be adorable.
Emberdawn and Silverhawk's son. There should be Novella's for some of the Dark Forest cats. That or some sort of field guide. Both of these characters raise so many questions. Silverhawk's son presumably didn't go to the Dark Forest, so did he go to Starclan? Has he long since faded away? Did he know about his father's plans? Was he in kahoots with Silverhawk and evil just like he was? would he had even made a good leader? As for Emberdawn, Firestar mentions he hasn't heard anything about her in Starclan, SO WHERE IS SHE? Did she fade? Did she end up in some other afterlife? She also presumably died before Silverhawk did (Since if Silverhawk died when she was still alive, he wouldn't have seen her and knew she was dead if he was in the Dark Forest.) which I find interesting.

I don't know why I want to know more about her, I just really love Petunia and Warriorclan in general. Tbh I'm like, vaguely invested in Marigold too. For me it's the fact that there's a second mysterious Marigold mentioned in Tigerheart's Super Edition who's an elderly she-cat and dies with the Guardian Cats trying to keep her company and comfortable at the end of her life. I realize it's not super likely but I always wonder if they're intended to be the same Marigold. It wouldn't be impossible, since TH's Marigold dies a while before GV's present story takes place. Of course, that would bring up the question of how and why she ended up with the Guardian Cats which would be interesting to think about. Aside from Marigold the StarClan Whitetail is always interesting to me. She just shows up to be tiny and vaguely threatening. I like to imagine there's some sort of story as to why she specifically was the one chosen to give a life of "little teeny kitties can choose violence". Also seconding Pumpkin. I remember it being suggested that Pumpkin was Fidgetflake at one point but I feel like that would've been confirmed by now? I'm also intrigued by the idea of him being from the Sisters. And on the note of the Sisters I also think Cloud, the leader before Moonlight, seems interesting. She's the one who let a tom stay longer than usually allowed only for the group to then be hit hard that winter, so they assumed it was because of the broken tradition (iirc). Lukewarm take but I already think the Sisters as a whole aren't as bad as the fandom makes them out to be (to me the clans and the sisters are like two sides of the same "stubbornly clinging to the rules created by those long gone in the name of tradition and a desperate hope they'll keep them safe" coin) to begin with though so I'm biased.

Any of the AppleReed kits/Shellheart's parents The WindClan medicine cat from MV (Milkfur??). Apparently they were the same cat who watched Skyclan get exiled in FQ and CJ

This is a very unpopular opinion but I actually sort of like the Sisters and how it works. But seriously the book that made me like them (sort of) was Tree's Roots. But I remember there were two cats who were really interesting and who I really want to know more about: Cloud (leader of Sisters before Moonlight) and that tom who Cloud let stay in longer than he should've have.

Blue Whisker's kits. Also Skyheart and Reedtail's kits. (Even though they never technically appeared.)

Man after reading Tree's Roots I couldn't disagree more. I still respect your opinion, though, not gonna persuade you to not like them. I just am not a fan of the group as a whole, they made me aggravated throughout the whole book.

On an unrelated note, I am reading Pebbleshine's Kits and I LOVE BUG AND BUNNY SO MUCH!! They only show up for about 5 pages but they are the sweetest. The books need to show more "unlikely animal friends" tropes! It was so refreshing to see a character be buddies with a dog for once instead of being instinctively scared.

Yeah probably the only reason I like them is because at least I know there is another group of cats besides the clans and the tribe who do ancestor stuff. And then there's the whole "singing to the stars" and "talking to the earth" stuff

In my mind Mistfeather is Creekfeather and I refuse to believe different.
Mallowfur from YS, the StarClan cat who appeared to Featherwhisker when he first visited StarClan as an apprentice. From their interaction, I like to believe the she-cat was I be his and Sunfall’s grandmother.
Greenflower from RiverClan. Who is she, who is she kin to, and what happened to her? Her name is pretty and I’ve always liked her for some odd reason despite her only appearing once. I wish she appeared in Crookedstar or Leopardstar’s super edition.
Swift from DOTC. I was almost certain the orange rogue would appear again and I hoped she joined a Clan. I really liked her and idk her why. She came across as cunning and wily.
