Redoing my favourite book series as comics!

Design notes:
- Ellore is half snow leopard (taiga gryphon), which is why her behind is that of a taiga gryphon’s. Her mate and daughter were taiga gryphons also.
- she’s the most typical looking blue heron, the others have had their colours changed so it’s easier to identify them. But if you ever see a blue heron in the wild it will look like she does.

Design notes:
- Bruen is half kjarr (swamplands) gryphon, so his behind represents that of a caracal’s. His kjarr ancestry means he’s resistant or immune to the parasite infecting gryphons around the time of book 3 (think of a zombie plague).
- his name makes me think of the colour brown, so he’s a brownish colour. He’s uninjured here as in the comic he was recently in a border skirmish. This is what he looks like without injuries.

Design notes:
- like most of the blue heron opinici, Ferrick’s back half is not mentioned, so I just made his legs a lighter green. He also has an opinical (bird like) tail, which most opinici have (Bruen and Ellore are exceptions). Technically, Ellore has a feathered tail, but I like to stretch canon a bit.
- Ferrick’s name is green coloured to me, so I made him have green feathers.
