So, this site doesn't seem to load or display properly for me since yesterday. It looks like this right now: Not shown in any of the three images but some profile pictures almost take up the whole screen. Some links aren't working when I click on them but when I reload the page they work again. Same for spoiler tags, sometimes they don't open when I click them. The forums looked and worked normal two days ago and it's only being weird since yesterday morning. I don't recall doing anything out of the ordinary that could have caused this but who knows. So is anyone else having this issue and does anyone know what might be causing this and how to fix it? |

I've gotten the profile picture error many times, the link issue, and spoiler tags not opening. I'm wondering if this has to do with PB's recent changes that they made this week. I was told by one of their staff that it addresses issues like bad gateway, slow loading, etc.
I let them know on Thursday that we're still experiencing weird stuff, so he did a wildcard ban on some bots. This may be related to a weird version of the slowness. I'll have to ask them again, but they probably won't get back to me until Monday. Is it okay if I forward your screenshots to PB?

Ah, okay. I didn't know about them having made changes but it makes sense that they want to do something about the slowness and bad gateway. It's been pretty bad at times after all. I do check that thread here every now and then but I must have missed that post about the changes. And thanks ^^ Until they get back to you I'll just switch to my laptop for the time being since the site is loading normally here for some reason (hope it stays that way!) while the site is still being weird on the other computer

They don't really announce the changes they make, so I usually find out randomly. I'm hoping that they'll find a permanent solution that will work out. I removed the thread from being announced, so that's probably why you didn't see it. I didn't find out until Thursday about the changes.
Are you using the same browser on both computers?
You're welcome! I'll let them know asap and ask if there's anything more that can be done. Hopefully they can find a solution.

Ah, okay, so that's why ^^
Yup, I use the same browser (firefox) on both computers. Same operating system too though that's probably not relevant. And yea, hopefully they can find a solution. Both to that and also something permanent for the slowness and bad gateway stuff that bothered (or still bothers?) so many users
