So, my little brother recently pointed out as he was reading some of the books that the past three leaders of Thunderclan were all chosen to lead by STARCLAN. Like, Bluestar, FIrestar, and Bramblestar have all had some prophecy that related to them and ended up causing them to get into leadership. I just thought it was interesting.

Not to mention, they were each others apprentices.
Bluestar mentored Firestar and Firestar mentored Bramblestar. And I guess you could say that Bramblestar did in a way mentor Squirrelflight when they were on the journey together.
