Hi all, I just finished re-reading the whole series (including the winglets and the legends books).
I hadn't read WoF in literal years, i think like 5-6 years lol. For the most part I wasn't too emotional while reading, however the book 15 finale made me tear up. The scene where Luna severs the Breadth of Evil from Cottonmouth's head but not Lizard/Freedoms and Lizard/Freedom gets angry at her? Oh, I was so close to tears. The only thing that stopped me was the fact I was on an airplane and too shy to cry in public, lol. I only wish that Luna and Dusky told Lizard/Freedom that they loved her before she died. I think then I really would've bawled. It was cruel that even with Luna and Dusky to comfort her, Lizard/Freedom didn't get to actually hear the words "I love you." I could talk about the scene with Lizard/Freedom and Luna for a while, it is just so sad.
What scenes are similar for you all? What scenes bring you close to tears or full on sobbing? I know there's so much loss and pain in WoF but certain scenes just tear you up. It's a morose question, but I am rather curious to hear everyones answer! :,)
