All you have to do is design a character based on the type of bag we are currently running, and then send it to me through PMs. This months bag is a mixed bag, so you can pretty much design any kind of character you want ^^ Just make sure to read the rules on the front page, and if you have any questions I'm more than happy to answer them!

Yeah, I don't allow picrew, bases, or anything along those lines. It is open to artists of any level though, if you want to join and start working on your art ^^
Speaking of joining, if there's enough interest I'll have a loosely fall themed bag this month. If not I'm more than happy to give people a break before the Halloween themed bag next month!
